Die bessere Alternative am Surin-Strand - dem schönsten Strand von Phuket.

Lage, Sauberkeit und Anblick des traumhaften Strandes. Häuser gut im Hang unter vielen Palmen versteckt. Tolles Personal und Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Beach Restaurant könnte innen gemütlicher gestaltet werden.

Great beach hotel with room for improvement

- sea view rooms with spectacular ocean view that was rough becausevof upcoming monsoon - very clean and well maintained hotel in a spectacular location and secluded beach

- no entertainment due to start of green season - there could be a bar at lobby level so that you can enjoy the hotel facilities during monsoon season. - hotel management should consider replacing the sliding doors in the seaview rooms by plain wooden doors as they kept banging with the strong wind. Very hard to have a good sleep. Considering the room rates, it was disappointing.

Would love to come back.

The hotel is a design classic. The beach was exceptional. Virtually private to the hotel so basically had very few people at any time of the day. The staff were brilliant with always delivering on any request in a very friendly manner. The hillside room was lovely & felt in tune with the nature around.

Breakfast could have more choices on the buffet.

The private beach location and staff were phenomenal.

There was nothing not to like about the property itself. There aren’t a lot of options of eating close by. The breakfasts at the property were fabulous, but the evening menu was just ok for the prices.

The lobby and breakfast area needs more ventilation is very hot! Its not a suitable for people who have difficulties with steps as there are lots of them with it been built into the landscape

i did book my friend and pay it in advance using my card but they did not accept it and they requested my friend to pay when they arrive, and they still charge me to my card. It pissed me off because i immediately told them that i already paid it and indicate that it is my friend not me who is gonna come but they told that the credit card holder should be there. and asking for refund took ages to process.

not as expected

the beach is amazing, the pool is quite ok, breakfast is good, location is very good

the stairs from and to the beach and pool was exhausting, specially if you have kids ….. there is no kids club or kids pool …. rooms are ok from inside but also you need a club car and STAIRS to reach your room

the staff was amazing! the cost was reasonable as well! the bed very comfortable!

the house keeping wasn’t very good. for example, we would take our drinks back to the room and the glasses stayed outside our room for the entire week. Also they house keepers would drop of bags in front of the rooms daily, in the am and if they don’t clean your room until 2 it’s just been sitting out there. also when we asked to get the sheets changed they didn’t change them. also beware of the bugs! we woke up to the room covered in flying ants on more than one occasions.

Exceptional

This place exceeded my expectations by far. Beautiful villas, delicious food (pomelo salad at the beach restaurant), nice and clean beach, they even provide you with sun hat and beach bag. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. The resort is on the hill and you need to climb up a lot of stairs which might be challenging for some, I personally enjoyed steep walk back to my villa after dinner.

Beautiful beach (be aware of sea lices). Great breakfast, a la carte meniu available as well.

In general is a very nice hotel. Just not worth the price.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, amazing staff, super breakfast, beautiful beach and view.

Excellent hotel. Extremely nice and helpful staff. super breakfast. lovely spacious cottage. Both AC and fan. sparkly clean. private beach. beautiful views and great nearby local food. quiet and laid back area away from hassle.

weather :) pool is a little small and basic and open on limited hours. we didn't mind the stairs so much, but it is an issue to be aware of as the whole property is situated on a hillside.

Beyong Amazing!

The stay at Surin was exceptional. Staff were very supportive and attentive. The cocktails by the beach are the best in Phuket! Private beach access and beach bar is perfect

The steps you need to take to go to cottage from beach /restaurant is quite an exhausting climb.

Prefect stay

The rooms a beautiful and spacious. Great views and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking staff let us check in early and were very welcoming. Breakfast was one of the best with plenty to pick from. Can speak highly enough about this resort. We definitely stay here again.

The pool was a little too warm but apart from that it was prefect.

Exceptional

The best hotel we've ever stayed in, without a doubt! The best aspect about Surin is undoubtedly the staff. We stayed for seven days, and the service was consistently outstanding. The cottages are lovely and the location is ideal! It's the perfect place to relax and refuel. The breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed the happy hour at the beach bar during sunset. A visit to the spa is also highly recommended. We'll be back, for sure!

Honestly, I cannot think of any disadvantages of Surin. If I have to name one, it would be the stairs leading to our cottage. We didn't mind, but if you don't like climbing stairs, you should book a room below the lobby level.

Truly 5* treatment in unforgettable environment

.Probably the best hotel/ holiday I ever had. You get the best what a 5* treatment can offer you. Privacy, smiles, highest quality...

Although the rooms are located on a steep hill with many steps to take every day several times, we considered this as a good cardio workout. For kids and older there is still an option to be taken by a buggy from the reception.
