Preciosa ciudad

Hotel de ciudad. Lo esperado. Bien colocado. En Bolt por 4 -5 euros estas en el centro. Parking grande sin problemas. Cerca del puerto marinero y sus restaurantes con buenos accesos

Que en esta época mientras duren las obras del metro mejor no usar el coche propio. Es un caos de ciudad esta época y mínimo 3 años mas

Razoável, Hotel antigo com cara mal lavada

Pessoal da limpeza bastante atencioso, zona da piscina bem cuidada.

Uma das camas era um sofá cama bastante desconfortável. As cortinas não tiravam luz e estavam furadas. 4 pessoas deixaram 2 toalhas. Não existia kit primeiros socorros na piscina.

Dit is gewoon een TOP hotel met geweldige service en super goed personeel, vooral het personeel maakt niet hotel toot een geweldig TOP hotel. Echt waar alles is prima geregeld en als er iet is je gaat naat de balie en het wordt gedaan. Echt waar een beter hotel als dit hebben we niet op onze reis gehad. Locatie is ideaal, net buiten porto maar je kunt er binnen 5 minuten met de taxi zijn, 5 euro. Of je loopt even.

Ja, dit is lastig maar een iets grotere kamer zou ideaal zijn maar de meeste tijd zit je toch in Porto. Het beviel ons goed. Geen probleem en alles is in orde.

el desayuno fue lo mejor, y la recepción también atentos. tenía zona infantil pequeña con cuatro cosas. La piscina es pequeña para darse un chapuzón. En las fotos parecía más grande. A la gente le gustó el ajedrez gigante.

la cena fue carísima para unas hamburguesas que se pidieron sin nada más que queso y mayonesa y se puso de todo para así cobrar 18 euros cada una. Se puso bacón, lechuga, tomate, y eso no se quería. Tardaron una hora aproximadamente en servir 2 hamburguesas con patatas fritas. Para hacer un gin tonic, se tardó lo mismo, una hora y cobrar 15 euros de bulldog con tónica con hielo a trozos pequeños. Pidieron perdón, pero tuve que estar detrás de los camareros que estaban como pollo sin cabeza de un lado para otro sin hacer nada. Se quejaron otras mesas por servir tarde y mal. Incluso una pareja se fue sin comer por lo que tardaron.

Hotel con buena ubicación si viajas en coche

Un hotel perfecto para visitar Porto ya que se encuentra a menos de 20 minutos del centro en coche. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito y aceptan mascotas (aunque por un suplemento no recuerdo de cuánto). Cuenta con parking gratuito.

No tiene buena conexión con el transporte público, por lo que tienes que ir a Porto en coche, donde es difícil dejarlo aparcado de forma segura.

Good, yet pricy hotel in Porto Gaia

Nice swimming pool. Comfortable rooms. Free parking. Good atmosphere. Good breakfast (can be crowded). Spacious garden. In-room coffee, tea and small fridge. Good airco.

Quite expensive for what you get. We had a room overlooking a parking place, poolview has up-charge. Questions in the app to the property are not well answered. The location is a bit surrounded by motorways. Wifi in room not so good, downstairs better.

Nice for a summer stay

The breakfast buffet was correct The room was fine, with comfortable beds. The staff at the restaurant in the evening (Erika and Ricardo) were excellent. Very friendly, taking very good care of us and surprising us with a birthday cacke and lights for my son. The receptionists were very nice too :-) The hotel is situated close to the marina and many authentic fish restaurants in Vila Nova de Gaia Nice pool area. A good place to start a run

The rooms are spacious and very clean with massive TVs which my son loved! The breakfast was nice with a good selection of fresh fruit and breads, cereal and pancakes.

The swimming pool was disappointing, it's very small and location isn't great because although you're pretty close to porto town and a nice shopping mall, there isn't great walking access.

Outdoor area was very clean and well kept. Nice pool. Great breakfast and super nice staff.

The parking lot was open, so it didn't feel very secure. But no incidents happened.

Pleasant

Buffet food was expensive with little other option. Breakfast buffet was not worth the price. The safe in the room had to be repaired. Otherwise it was comfortable enough.

Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is great. Pool and chill around the pool is for recomendation. We loved the position of hotel, very close to the fishing vilage and much closer to the ocean than if you stayed across the river.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and the food on dinner buffet was very tasty.

The room temperature was very high even with the airco switched off.
