Un endroit bien situé

Bien situé pour ma part avec un buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Piscine sur le toit, ce qui est agréable le soir après une randonnée.

Very pleasant and comfortable place.

The swimming pool is so cool 😎! Great view from the roof. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great value for money. I would visit it again. Quite and great for relaxing.

Empfehlenswert, wenn man gut zu Fuß für's Zentrum ist.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer ( Nummer A) mit riesiger Dachterrasse mit fantastischen Blick auf's Meer und die Berge. Das Zimmer war mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Wir konnten im Hotel für 4,-€ Wäsche waschen.

Die Zimmertür war ein "besserer" Vorhang, was mein Mann als Sichheitsexperte bemängelte.

La relación calidad-precio excelente, personal muy amable, sitio perfecto para desconectar. El parking es de difícil acceso, si vas con un montero no hay problema.

El microondas le hace falta un cambio.

El personal de recepción fue maravilloso. El chico de por la mañana es el mejor trato que me han dado en un hotel. Llegamos antes de nuestro ckeck in y nos facilitó la habitación, el desayuno y todo. Sin duda tienen un trabajador excelente. Y después otro chico que nos atendió por la tarde, nos posibilitó poder guardar nuestro coche en el parking ( que ya era tardísimo y no había sitio ) se lo agradezco de corazón. Lo único que cambiaría sería darle otro toque al hotel, esta anticuado, y es un hotel excelente, si cambiaran el aspecto tipo muebles y demás sería perfecto. Gracias por su trato.

Personal muy atento. Muy limpio todo. Todos los días pasaban a limpiar y dejarme toallas nuevas y me hacían la habitación. Relación calidad precio está muy bien.

Perfect for short stay

Very nice, wholesome breakfast for every taste. Big room, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. Surrounding area with a nice park Sortija, down the hill on Calle Botanico small but surprisingly beautiful private botanic garden Sitio Litre oozing atmosphere and quiet.

Patio fully walled but i suppose there was the only option for the building. Walk uphill on a narrow footpath to reach the hotel not much suitable for older customers but on the other way - taxi from the seafront costs around 5 euro.

We are satisfied with the hotel, friendly staff, excellent heated pool in which it is wonderful to relax. Cleaned up every day. Not far from the bus stop, great balcony overlooking the ocean. At the reception you can buy food and water, as well as a vending machine with delicious coffee. Great value for money, will probably be back.

We could hear the neighbors, we were lucky the neighbors were not very noisy, it could be worse. Not very comfortable pillows and mattresses.

Friendly staff, good location, good value

The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. They willingly accommodated our request to change our room which was not quite as described. The rooftop area with swimming pool is a real bonus with views over the city and to Mount Teide. This is a good value hotel and although you have a bit of a steep hill to get there it's in a peaceful and good location, you can walk thru the park to town and are away from the main areas where the big hotels are located. Close to bus stops too.

The beds in our first room could have been more comfortable but second room was better. However the rooms are generally comfortable and a reasonable size.

great value, clean, budget hotel w excellent views, staff of the hotel very friendly, clean pool on the roof, well organized, i stayed for 28 nights and can recommend

maybe bit outdated furniture and could have more kitchen utensils but not a major problem for such budget friendly price

Good location, nice, heated swimming pool, spacious and well equipped room (studio). Very friendly and helpful staff.

No designated parking but anywhere in the nearby streets can park on a first come first serve basis.

The breakfast was fine. Location was not very good. It took us an hour to find the Hotel. On the map it shows that it is situated right next to the Pez Azul Hotel, this was on Google this is not correct. Hotel Casa del Sol no where near this one.

This Hotel needs to be better shown on the map better as very misleading.
