Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und bietete eine kleine Grundlage um den Tag zu starten. Es ist ein älteres Hotel mit dem entsprechenden Charme. Es ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Komfort.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite, da es ein weiteres kleines Zimmer für die Kinder hatte. Allerdings konnte man die Zwischentür nur von einer Seite öffnen. Wir sprachen das an der Rezeption an und erhielten daraufhin erst einen Schlüssel für die Tür. Für die Größe des Zimmers fehlten uns mehr Ablagefläche wie z. B. Haken an den Wänden oder im Bad. Die Minibar befand sich im Schreibtisch, war aber leider nicht fest montiert, weshalb der kleine Kühlschrank jedes Mal beim Öffnen hin und her rutschte, wenn man ihn nicht festhielt. Durch die alten Holztüren waren die Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Das Klappern des Geschirrs als das Frühstück vorbereitet wurde, das Kommen und Gehen der anderen Hotelgäste und die Reinigung der Zimmer konnte man in einer guten Klangqaulität mitverfolgen. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse leider miserabel.

A very attractive, comfortable hotel, in a good location. The garden was very pleasant to sit in. The public areas were very attractive. There was a lift. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Fantastisk stad med unika sevärdheter.

Bra frukost. Centralt läge med närhet till restauranger och sevärdheter. Härlig trädgård med utemöbler. Egen terrass vid rummet. Fantastisk miljö med klassiska möbler och smakfulla inredningsdetaljer. Ett unikt boende som varmt rekommenderas.

Very nice staff. Beautiful furnitures. The better location.

Old the good things were at the end upstaged because the bad, basic breakfast. Come one guys! You have a nice hotel there! Who took the demential decision to serve this kind of breakfast? It marked the difference with a good hotel. The rooms needs an urgent refurbishment. TV not working in my room.

A Gem in Ravenna

This hotel is a gem! Great location, friendly staff, and quiet and peaceful. We have stayed in other Italian hotels and this one was one of the best so far. We loved Ravenna and plan on returning to stay longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

if you want to stay somewhere where the staff are professional and welcoming in a delightful, quirky sort of Manor House right in the centre of town, close to shops, bars and the beautiful mosaics on display, then the Hotel Sant’Andrea is for you. all our pre booking emails were answered and solved promptly, on our pre cruise stay we were late arriving- not a problem - we were met in reception and checked in in no time. Our post cruise stay we arrived early-at 9.45 a.m. - had a cup of tea and were in our room at 10.30 a.m. The hotel is super clean, the breakfast lovely with a waitress who really wants to help- as do all the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed both our stays and highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay in Ravenna The town itself is lovely and well worth a visit

Perfect location to check out all the Heritage sites.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the stylish, beautfully furnished and yet very comfortable accommodation in the historic center of Ravenna with all modern bells and whistles. Excellent breakfast, short walking distance to all sightseeing hotspots, genuinely friendly and very helpful staff who have went way and beyond to offer extra services upon an unusual late request. Much appreciated and worth visiting again and again.

The hotel has a very good location, right next to the central attractions and close to shops and cafes. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. In addition, my room was very large. The house is stylishly furnished. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. In the beautiful garden you can have breakfast or just rest.

Outstanding experience in Ravenna at Hotel Sant’Andrea

This hotel is like an oasis in the middle of the bustling city: beautiful, comfortable and close to all the key landmarks in Ravenna. What was really outstanding was the exceptional staff who went the extra mile to ensure we see Ravenna in its true splendour. We had an excellent experience at this hotel and would strongly recommend it.

Superb location to explore Ravenna, good value for money.

Superb location only minutes away from San Vitale. EVERYTHING, including Theodoric mausoleum (15 mins away) within walking distance. Arrival by car to unload luggage a bit hair-rising through pedestrian zone, but works perfectly. Cheap parking minutes away. Rooms large and scenic, service very friendly. Large and quiet garden where you can relax and have breakfast.

Great location for this family run hotel with wonderful, helpful staff and comfortable facilities. Rooms are good sized and clean, ours even had a sun terrace. Bike storage was very helpful.

The breakfast is good, and nice to have out in the garden but some more fresh fruit would be lovely.
