Put more sunbeds in the pool area, add pancakes to breakfast menu, check the safety box in room 510

Good location. Tasty food. Helpful personnel. Amazing hamam and massage for good price. The hotel has its own garden which gives very good shade in the hours with high sun. Live music and Turkish dance programme 2 times a week. Very clean and cozy lobby area and modern toilet.

No shower gel, just bottles with shampoo and conditioner which you need to run and ask for, because the cleaning lady doesn’t check if they got finished. One elevator which is rather small, need to wait rather long most of the time. Not so many sunbeds near the pool. Not much choice of kids food for breakfast. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was never any porridge or pancakes or fruit yoghurt. They charge you 10 euro for the electronic key to safety box, but the one we had in our room was a constant problem. Had to ask reception for help every other day. Warm food (and bread!!!) for breakfast and dinner is behind glass and there’s a special person who gives you what you want. This is very good from covid-perspective, but creates unnecessary queues.

It was okay but it could be better

We really liked that the beach, bars and restaurants were near.

We didn't like that we didn't get a new towel every day or every second day. They also didn't changed every day the bed sheets.

Great Hotel at the beach. Close to parks and outdoor gym. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. I warmly recommend it. Most of the rooms have sea view.

There is no atmosphere of relaxation, but only constant control and prohibition

Nothing impressed, just location.

The breakfast was POOR, egg, cucumbers, tomatoes and stale rolls everyday... I stay 6 night and after two, I have to go to the nearest café for the breakfast and coffee. NO drinks ALLOWED at the dinner!!! NO water/juce/coda/coffee/tea offering to you!!! The staff FORCED you TO BUY it in there BAR during the dinner time!!! And what is completely unacceptable, they make you PAY for sun loungers and beach towels at the hotel beach!!! It is a first time I see that crazy rules at the hotel I paid for staying.....they take the right steps to go broke and they will achieve it.
