素敵なホテルでした

フロントの男性で鈴木さんという方の対応はとても親切で好感を持ちました。また宿泊したいです。

午前９時半ごろ。まだ部屋で眠って居たところ、誤って清掃のスタッフさんが入ってきました。すぐに謝罪していただきましたが、本当に驚きました。

De prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Grootte van de kamer. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Personeel sprak geen of slecht Engels. het ontbijt was matig. De locatie is iets buiten de mooie hoofdstraat.

Comforatble beds, close to Shizuoka station and easy to access. Would visit again!

Very comfortable beds and reasonably sized room. Very close to Shizuoka station and easy to access. Staff is very nice and are helping the best they can. Vending machines and a microwave are also available.

This hotel is using hotel keys (not keycards), which you need to return to front desk when you go out and need to pick it up again when you come back. This is not a big problem at all, but maybe upgrading to keycards might make this hotel more 'modern'.

Helpful staff, had a great stay!

Nice and helpful staff. Facilities were convenient and room was clean. Near the station.

Room was a bit small for our big suitcases. But we managed fine!

Comfortable and convenient

Room was a decent size for a Japan hotel room. The shower was very enjoyable! Breakfast was yummy (I had Japanese set menu). Very convenient location from shizuoka station.

The TV faces the couches and not the bed so we couldn’t watch TV from bed

Very good

The location was very convenient. It was a very short distance from the station and we had no problems finding it.

The body soap smelled funky and the shower was a bit on the smaller end.

Average hotel. Great location.

Sun Palace is a great place to stay locally. The rooms are small and are adequate. Beds are not overly comfortable but not horrible. Breakfast (Japanese style) was ok. Parking is about a hundred yards away and 900¥.

Beds are hard and food wasn’t great.

Great breakfast. Very quiet room even in downtown center.

No bottle water provided in the room. Although people say you can drink tap water, but for some tourists they are not used to do that they have to find something to drink instead. It's annoying when especially thirsty.
