注文の多い料理店ならぬ、注文の多いホテル

清潔だった無料の朝ごはんとは思えないクオリティだった

経費を削減しなくてはいけないからでしょうが、お客への要求が多過ぎるあと、製氷機10０円なんて初めてみた従業員が少ないから仕方ないのでしょうが、もう少し値上げしてもいいので客への要求を減らして欲しいとおもいました。

Bom custo benefício e boa localização.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado e tem muito cuidado com a higienes nas áreas públicas. O café da manhã é estilo japonês, mas tem alguns pães, manteiga, geléia, etc. Tem estacionamento gratuito ao lado do hotel.

O cobertor estava com manchas e, apesar da reserva indicar que o quarto tinha vista para o Fuji, no momento do check-in foi alterado para um quarto sem vista. Reservei 3 quartos ao mesmo tempo, mas somente 1 tinha vista.

飯店就在馬路旁，停車場有兩處不怕沒有停車位，對於自駕的旅人而言很加分～從窗外就可以看到富士山，雖然在最後一天才出現，但是很開心，價格優惠又能看到富士山的房間真的超級棒～

從窗外就能看到富士山、飯店人員很親切、可以自由拿取京昌園燒肉優惠會～

每次外出需要繳回房卡

清潔で、部屋も浴室、トイレ別で、朝食付。値段に比べて、コスパ高い！機会があったら、また、利用したいと感じました。

敢えて言うなら大浴場があると良いが、価格が上がるなら必須ではない。

コスパで選ぶならここ。

清潔だった。バス、トイレが別だったので気を使わずに宿泊できた。部屋の大きな窓から富士山が目の前に大きく見える。料金が安いのに朝食が充実していた。

受け付けスタッフの説明が足りなかった。ロビーで靴から使い捨てスリッパに履き替えて、靴はロビーにある靴用のロッカーに入れて部屋に上がるが、最後にそのスリッパをどうするのか、エレベーター横に部屋番号のついた籠が並んでいたが何を入れるのか分からなかった。もしかしたら使ったタオルなどを入れる籠だったのか...

Hôtel propre avec une superbe vue

L'hôtel est super. Avec une magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji pour ceux qui ont cette chance. Le fait d'enlever les chaussures dans le hall et que la réception garde les clé du casier quand nous partons est super. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet, il y avait des toasts et des brioches, également des céréales. Personnel très à l'écoute et extrêmement gentil.

Juste 2 petites choses maisc'estvraimentdes détails, la 1er est que nous n'étions pas tous les 4 dans la même chambre, peut-être il n'y a pas de chambre familiale. Le personnel ne parlent pas anglais c'est dommage mais heureusement google traduction nous a bien aidé.

ロケーションが素晴らしい

富士山が綺麗に見えた。夜の景色も素晴らしい。お部屋もお風呂とトイレが別になっていてよかったです。ベットの寝心地もよかった。駐車場が無料って最高でした。

近くにファミマがあるけど、夜は閉まっていた。

天気が悪く残念

朝食が美味しかった。あいにくの天気だったが、富士山の裾野だけ少し見ることができた。周りに飲食店が多い。

部屋に荷物を置く折り畳みの台みたいな物が無く、机の上やベット脇に置くしかなく不便だった。

Nice, cozy hotel but not super convenient for travelers without car.

It was amazing to see Fuji mountain from our room’s window. The staff were super nice and friendly.

The location might be somewhat far from train stations and definitely not close to Fujikawaguchiko. (河口湖) If you are not traveling by car it will be hard to get around.

Clean property, Tiny Rooms. Breakfast was 5 star and Staff were nice. Never use coin laundry in the premises.

Rooms were too tiny. I would suggest everyone who stays in this hotel not to use the coin laundry inside the property. Laundry was a complete fraud, machines are not doing the job properly. I just wasted money using it.

Very friendly staff and authentic Japanese hotel.

Breakfast lacks variety, more pillows in the room would be ideal, even though its location in Fuji is great nearby the station and 30min bus ride to Fujinomiya, there is barely anything to do around the hotel, it feels very isolated.

Because this hotel is located on the side near the city and the beach, travellers have to take the bus to visit to other side of the fuji mountain where include 5 lakes and many activities outdoor.

The city view from floor 23 is nice. The family room is sufficient for 4 people.

Even on floor 23, one can hear train running clearly. Perhaps the most confusing thing is that (seems many other people have the same experiences as us) the hotel website lists the swimming pool and fitness center, BUT these are irrelevant to the hotel. This is quite misleading. The hotel should take a serious responsibility to remove these photos. This is actually quite disappointing.
