Very nice hotel!

Close to the station and busstop right in front. Very comfortable bed and room was very clean. Free amenities are placed in the lobby, washing machines worked just fine. Everything you need is provided. The staff especially was super friendly! The breakfast lady has a special place in my heart :)

何だかんだ、また利用しますけど

2度目の利用させていただきました。過剰なサービスが不要な方はコスパが良く、清潔感があるホテルなのでオススメです。

何のコラボか知りませんがアニメ、アニメの外観はやはり苦手です。通りに人がいない隙を見て入館する感じです。館内がアニメ仕様ならさほど気にならないのですが、外観がね…折角のシックでステキな外観がガチャガチャしちゃって残念です。

My stay in Numazu was nice, fun, relaxing, and the most enjoyable experience I've had in a vacation.

The staff were incredibly friendly, even when I didn't fully understand how some of their services worked. They are extremely customer oriented and will do everything they can to help you.

I have nothing to put here.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast very big and nutritious. The room was also very clean.

The room was a little small. So if traveling with big luggage, it’s difficult to properly open the suitcase and to have enough space.

Comfortable and affordable

It was very clean and quiet. The bed was against a wall which was nice because we have a toddler.

Parking was far away, but they provide a voucher to make the charge free.

Perfect Stay in Numazu for Love Live Fans

Great hotel for those visiting Numazu for Love Live. The hotel is decorated in Love Live merchandise, and it's just a 3 minute walk to the Love Live Cafe near the station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and my room was very clean! I was happy because staff let me check-in almost one hour early.

Conducive accommodation and friendly staff!

Was greeted politely when about to check-in the hotel. Also, the room was super clean and large in my opinion. There also a cafe besides the hotel and the breakfast was exceptional! Definitely will come again!

Exceptional

It’s a very clean and compact hotel. Breakfast at the hotel included cooked fish, miso, rice, eggs, and a few side dishes. Coffee, tea, and juice were also included. There is a convenient paid covered parking lot right next to the hotel; this hotel doesn’t have a free parking lot. It is a great location - close to the train station, walkable distance to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to the Numazu Deep Sea Aquarium (another great place to eat and explore!).

The non-smoking room we stayed in smelled faintly like a smoking room.

The location of the hotel is ideal. I loved the support of the staff. As we were vegetarians, they took additional care to prepare separate breakfast for us as per our specifications!!
