Great location

Great location, many things to do around the area. Walkable to the tourist spot if you don’t mind walking 2km like we enjoy doing and it’s close to tenjin station too.

The hotel is quite dated in terms of interior but it is a clean hotel. I like that they provide 2 pillows per person.

地点好，2、3分钟就能走到岩田屋，服务人员态度非常好，清扫也干净，一楼大堂很体面，住宿层装修老旧，有点霉味。

離天神商區很近，離地鐵、西鐵也很近，客服人員非常友善有禮，門口就是計程車站，叫計程車到機場也很方便

設備不算新，但相當舒適乾淨，沒有提供浴帽，當趕快去$100店補貨，

Very good for 3 night stay. The staffs are nice. If I visit Fukuoka, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is superb, near Tenjin srtation, Parco, Daimaru, Shoppings. Breakfast has many options and fresh and not all the same for 3 nights stay.

접근성 좋고 깔끔하고 친절한 호텔

일단 직원분들이 너무 다 친절하고, 전체적으로 호텔 자체가 너무 깔끔하고 청결했어요. 위치도 다이묘 거리 바로 앞이라 먹으러다니기 좋았습니다.

아무래도 여전이 조금 방이 작다는 것이.. 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라 생각합니다.

Lovely fun area to stay

Very convenient location- easy to drive to and Tenjin train station close by. Very busy on the weekend with young people, plenty to eat and good shopping.

Wifi was shocking! Cannot control room temperature. After having hot spring facilities all over Kyushu we were shocked nothing was available here, it’s such a lovely hotel it was a surprise.

위치 대 만족!

텐진 번화가 초입에 있어서 이동이 너무 편했고, 숙소 청결도와 서비스가 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 방 사이즈도 타 비지니스 호텔처럼 너무 작지 않았고, 화장실에 욕조도 있어 반신욕 하기에도 좋았습니다~ 일본 아마존에서 물품 주문한것도 로비에서 우편물을 받아주어 잘 수령하였습니다.

최근 여러 호텔을 가봤지만 얼음 머신이 없었습니다. (Ice machine) 주로 타 호텔에는 얼음 기계, 전자렌지 등이 있는 층이 따로 있는데 여기는 없어서 로비에 문의 하면 방으로 가져다 주는 시스템이 약간 old 하게 느껴졌습니다. 게다가 방에서 로비로 전화 연결이 안될 때가 많아 (전화기 고장?) 로비로 가서 얼음 보내달라고 요청을 두번 했었던게 조금 번거로웠습니다.

福岡の常宿にしたい

スタッフの対応が日本で泊まったシティ系のホテルで今までの中でNo.1です！車の誘導で言えば、元気の良いガソリンスタンドのように顧客に気がづくこと、エレベーター前にいた外国人スタッフに製氷器はどこにあると聞くと部屋番号を聞かれお持ちしますと、部屋ね布団を弾きにきたスタッフの方から空気を読んで我が家の子供のことについてまずは褒め、話しかけてきたこと。一人一人が顧客に対して独自に考えるように、かつ、顧客にいかに気持ちの良いと思われるような対応をするか、と言うことの訓練を受けてるのがよく伝わった。いいホテル、いい会社ですね。

Full of joy. Will come again

This is my fourth time stay in this hotel. Very convenient for car pick up as Nissan rent a car is nearby together with my favourite restaurant.

OK hotel, but please be advised - no A/C in the room, only heater.

Location - close to the train station and shops Hotel looks new and posh from the outside

It’s a bit dated (old) in the inside, hotel does not have A/C, only heater which was controlled centrally by the hotel staffs. We asked for the room temperature to be dropped to 20 or 19 degrees celcius, however, this couldnt be done as per the above. The staff was kindly organised for our window to be unscrewed and open so we get a fresher and cooler air from the outside.
