交通地點非常方便。一樓有免費咖啡機、多種茶包。櫃檯服務員非常親切友善。整體CP值在福岡的住宿算高。

地點、交通非常便利。

清潔感普通，浴室邊角有污垢，地板地毯角落有積塵的樣子。備品只有牙刷、刮鬍刀、梳子。

깔끔한 시설, 최고의 위치

가격 대비 깔끔한 시설. 넓은 욕실. 최고의 위치! 친절한 직원들 그리고 짐 보관 서비스. 후쿠오카를 또 가게 된다면 아마 이 호텔을 또 갈것같다.

방이 넓은편은 아니지만 다른 일본 호텔에 비하면 작은것도 아님.

Perfect with good value

The location is very good. Every shopping places is in walking distance. The entire hotel is clean with no bad smell. The room is spacious comparing with regular hotel in japan. The room and toilet is clean with no bad smell at all. The bed is comfort. The aircon is in good condition. The water system is perfect. The wifi is fast. The fridge is in good condition and clean with no bad smell. All staff are helpful.

Definitely recommend, but rooms should be cleaned better

First, Ms. Le is outstanding at front desk. Very professional and welcoming. A world-class employee to have. The room was exactly as I requested. High floor, away from the elevator, with a great view and an extra pillow. Perfect! This hotel did a great job listening to my requests. Loved the coffee and filtered water in the lobby and the dehumidifier in the room. The room was small but had everything you need, including a fantastic power shower. Location was fabulous. Very close to the metro.

There were several long black hairs near the bathroom sink when I arrived (not mine, I’m bald:), as well as black hairs on the bed, the desk, and around the shower. I don’t like to complain, but the housekeeping team should be more diligent in making sure the room is properly cleaned for incoming guests. Very unusual lack of attention by Japanese standards. The blinds in my room didn’t work and it was difficult to sleep because so much light came in. The staff were apologetic but there was no maintenance person on site to fix it (?) and I wasn’t offered any compensation whatsoever(complimentary breakfast for example?). I guess 990 yen was too much for the hotel to spare for a guest having a broken room. The only option given was to change rooms to a different floor, which would have been a huge hassle since I was already fully unpacked. The blinds were eventually fixed, 1 day before check-out. When a guest experiences such deficiencies during their stay, the staff should do more to make the guest feel comfortable and appreciated.

Hay una cafetería junto al hotel y hay un precio especial para huéspedes. Es muy correcto y el precio muy bueno para esa zona.

観光に便利！

空港から博多駅で乗り換え2駅、５番出口の南天神駅まで徒歩2分ぐらいで着けます。途中にコンビニもあります。また、西鉄天神まで歩いて５分もすれば着けて太宰府や九州国立博物館へ直通で行けます。大丸もすぐありますし、目の前にはすき家や少しだけ歩けば有名なモツ鍋屋さんもあります。一階にはコメダがあり6時半から入れます。ホテルスタッフの方もとても丁寧でした。

よくあるビジネスホテルなので、若干の狭さはあります。アメニティが綿棒でさえ、フロントに言って貰わなければいけないのはちょっと面倒かなと思いました。パジャマとカミソリとブラシはエレベーター前にありましたが、せめて綿棒ぐらいは置いていて欲しかったです。

普通。ホテルらしい快適を求めるなら、やはりグレードをあげた方が良いと実感

清楚が行き届いていなかった。ゴミを捨てやすいようゴミ箱にまとめていたのに回収されなかった。 LEDライトの鏡について、電池切れをしていた。交換をお願いしたところ電池4個の機材に電池3個を渡してきた。(電池も自分でフロントに取りに行った) 良いフロントマンと時とそうでない時の差がひどい。

The location is good, and it is very near to the subway staion and the Tenjin underground shopping street. The staff also prepared the towel for the kid.

Close to the nearest subway station which links to the Tenjin Underground mall and Tenjin station. Great location for going to both Tenjin and Hakata. A short walk from this year's Hakata Gion festival route.

Close to center area

Close to center area, department store, shops, bus stops, metro station and restaurants. Rental pillows and leg pillows are available at the reception desk.

The carpet is blackish color and I found many little dust by the walls and under bed. The sofas in the room and the ground floor hall were made by cheap fabric and it looked overused and dirty, especially the ground floor ones, so I refrain from using them.

A very nice hotel just a little walk from my most important train line.

The 10th floor room was very light, and the desk, while not very deep, was enough to work.

everything was fine, but when I checked out, the attached Kameda's Coffee was filled with people waiting, so I could not try the breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel or the shop, but too bad.

We can’t wait to stay here again.

A great value. The amenities are amazing! I love the shower. Despite this being a budget hotel, the facilities are like those found in a luxury hotel.

The bed was slightly hard but given the price point of the hotel it was expected.

Just a couple hundred meters from the heart of Tenjin area. Pretty much everything you may need or want is in a range of few minute walk. You’d be able to get around like “Busses right here, subway stations right over there”
