Superb

Breakfast and location were of great standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good, specially when compared to other options in the area.

Cabin and bathrooms a bit small if you travel with a group or family. Great if you are in a party of 2 or 3

Was not notified of a two day all night party located next door that was so loud the entire hotel

Comfortable beds, hot showers

Zero sound insulation. Load creaking doors. Can hear the next rooms occupants speaking at conversation level volume.

Ok for quick stop over. Place to sleep.

Bed was comfy and clean. Liked having a Frig and hot water pot.

Generally uncomfortable room. Bathroom was worn out. Reception was terrible. Hotel was very noisy.

clean and comfortable, the woman who checked us in was very helpful about restaurant recommendations and helped us getting on the glacier tour and the marble cave tour. she was so happy and kind.

An excellent place to stay!

Janet at the front desk is amazing and helped with anything I needed, from excursion to finding a place to change money, including helping me track down my jacket that I forgot on the bus into town. The room was spacious and comfortable with its own heating thermostate, a microwave, kettle, sink, and basic utensils. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The location was very central and with on-site parking.

The heating is through a wood burning stove. But the host didn't provide fire starters for us and after we requested some the next day, she brought some only to remove them again when we went to dinner. So starting a fire was almost impossible. In the end we burnt toilet paper to try to start that fire to keep warm. Be sure to ask her to give you fire starters and matches. (We also bought a lighter because the matches ran out).

Excellent location with good space and helpful staff

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabins. they had plenty of space and the kitchen was well organized.

Restaurant was not open in the evening

Cute Cabin Apartments in Puerto Rio Tranquilo

Location can't be beat as you are literally 5 blocks away from Puerto Rio Tranquilo. The "apartments" are actually quaint clean cabins with kitchens, comfy beds & showers. Staff is friendly & there is WiFi in the lobby.
