La réceptionniste était insolente et irrespectueuse, quand je suis arrivé je voulais récupérer la carte de la chambre, chui parti à la réception elle ma vu et elle a continuer a discuter sur son telephone comme si je n’existait pas. Quel manque de respect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On sent la moisissure dans toutes les chambre, jai vraiment très mal dormi vu l’état de la chambre sa sentais très très mauvais.

Good Location but not really a great hotel

The location is great specifically of my purpose to be closer to the Examination building i have to go.

There was no cabinet for your clothes to keep. There was no table as well or just a small area where you can put your bags on. You have to put your belongings on the floor. Only one side table and if you are two in a room the other person will not have an area to place small stuff on his/her side. And the wall is too thin i believe, because even the snoring of the person from the other room is being heard.

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is great. A lot of options nearby to eat and have fun. My son enjoyed his stay.

It was an okay stay. I’d probably not visit again.

Excellent location! Nearby malls, restaurants, modern design rooms. The pool is really nice.

First, there was no table to put my stuff. The worse was the thin walls, not soundproof - no privacy at all. I could literally hear the conversation of the person next door - A cough could be heard, a sneeze, plugging in a socket , the tv , normal sound conversation can ALL BE HEARD! I couldn’t sleep at all. I am a light sleeper and my sister who stayed with me is not. We both couldn’t sleep well. That should tell you something.

Low expectations.

The pool was good. And the room was clean.

Very very noisy. When we entered the room (room 905) we noticed a door and when we opened we saw a wall made behind the door. Our neighbours in the next room seemed like they were in our room. We called reception to tell them to reduce the noise because our check out it was 3am in the morning, and it was midnight and the noisy was loud. Nothing happened. We didn’t sleep at all. Our very last night in Manila was not good at all

The next time we return to the Philippines, we'll book with Eaton Mini suites again.

I liked the location. the staff were friendly and accomodating. Please check the plugs or powerpoints in the rooms, especially those used for connecting the laptops and the usb ports. they are loose from too much usage. Also, please check the room fridges as they are not cold when they are supposed to be. We had to ring engineering to replace these.

1. Space in the room was a bit too tight. Some rooms had desks you can work on. Most of the time, I had to request for extra tables where i could put my laptop and other things . 2. I don't know why the rooms had the cooktop exhaust fan when there were no stoves. my husband got hurt when he accidentally bumped into the exhaust fan which also had sharp corners being square shaped. Perhaps it would be better to remove those exhaust fans.

You get the value out of what you paid.

The pool is the higlight of our stay, with ample size to swim and relaxing area around. Location is also very good, very close to top Makati spots.

The room is quite small, just enough for a good sleep.

i do not recommend this hotel to my friends

we stayed in a room that was not noise proof that even a normal toned conversation of the people beside our room can be heard. The smell of the smoke from the other room penetrates our room as well. i find it hard to sleep like i was still awake until 3am because of that. the room is so small, no tables and chairs, no cabinets for your things and stuff. the bathroom sliding door is hard to close and open, if you stay in that room alone, you cannot get out of the bathroom yourself.

Good location central to everything.

You have to go outside the room to change your mind . I wouldn’t class them “Mini Suites” . The smallest room I have ever stayed in. Really tight squeeze . Was fine as we only stayed 2 nights as a stop off for our next location would consider staying else where if I was to visit again .

Exencive Hotel but no condition

I will tell you what I didn't like. No wardrobe and some table on the room. But was expensive allot

Need to ask what I didn't like. When I booked the room i was advertised probably I will pay 1000 pesos deposit. When I arrived there staff from desk they told me I need to pay depozit 2000 pesos. .this is scam.

If you're tired this is a good place have a rest or sleep. Just don't mind the snob foas

The FOA who checked me in, as if not interested to attend to me upon arrival. Parang tinatamad humarap. Robert is his name. Buti pq mga security nag welcom nung dumating ako, pag check out ko nag thank you pa.

other utensils are not available, althought the restaurant are near and mall, other place that can be enjoy, the staff very friendly, mahaba ang pila sa check in and sa check out, hot kitten available upon request.

I can hear them all from my room

I like the price. It's very cheap.

You can hear people's activities from the room next door. You know if they are partying, you'll also know if they are having rough $3X.

The shower is good and the bed is comfortable. The slippers were comfortable to wear too! The location is very convenient.

The walls are paper thin; I can hear the neighbours in their rooms. Room layout could be better

it was okay for the location since its near the office for a quick stay

prompt response to needs

theres an exhaust rangehood for stove cooking but theres no need for it. too small area for the bed, kind of hard to walk since the bed proximity against the wall is too cramped. then the tv wallmount is awkward misaligned from the bed area
