Would not stay there again

The pool area

It was expensive the room had other people stuff left u see the bed- 1 sachet of coffee in the room for a 2 night stay - not homely rooms at all

Noite no chuveiro 😕

Atendimento 5 estrelas com funcionários bastante prestaveis e atenciosos para com o cliente. Limpo e confortável.

o isolamento entre quartos e da canalização é bastante negativo. durante toda a noite ouviu-se água a pingar e a correr como se alguém estivesse a tomar banho na casa de banho do próprio quarto. por este motivo em vez de uma noite descansada por varias vezes o sono foi interrompido. o pequeno almoço infelizmente é parco em variedade.

Nous sommes ravies de cet hôtel

Le lit est très confortable, la piscine intérieure est très bien, le personnel est agréable et parle plusieurs langues

Le prix du parking est de 16€ la journée, le bar les cocktails sont relativement chères. Nous n’avons pas pu aller à la piscine extérieur car trop de monde donc pas de place pour s’installer

Kamer was lekker ruim. Veel opbergruimte :-) Het hotel is perfect gelegen tussen strand en stad. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar met een Bolt taxi of ov.

Ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk aan de prijs. 17eu pp/per dag. Vlakbij het hotel is een lokale bakker waar je ook heerlijk kan ontbijten.

Schönes Hotel mit Rooftop-Bar und Pool, guter Ausstattung und reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet. Leider hört man durch die

Schönes Zimmer, hochwertige Ausstattung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Wände scheinen sehr dünn zu sein, die Telefongespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren sehr störend. Der Indoorpool wirkte nicht sehr hygienisch.

Super schönes Hotel mit zwei tollen Pools!

Besonderes Highlight sind definitiv die beiden Pools (Indoor und auf dem Dach). Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr sauber, der tägliche Service war perfekt. Mehrere Handtücher, Bademantel, Pantoffeln, Kaffee, Tee und (kostenpflichtige) Getränke in der Minibar machten das rundum sorglos Paket perfekt. Die Lage ist zwar nicht super zentral in der Altstadt, aber genau das hat uns gut gefallen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dort aus ist man in 10-15 Minuten direkt am Strand und in ca. 20 in der Innenstadt.

Tout ! Personnel au petit soin, la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours sans exception ! Chambre très spacieuse ! La salle de sport est super cool et le roftop a l’ait top mais nous n’avons pas pu profiter à cause du mauvais temps.

La piscine pas chauffée et malheureusement la vue sur la Ville n’est pas terrible. Le petit-déjeuner pas ouf du tout vaut mieux manger à l’extérieur.

I didn’t have breakfast too expensive. The location was very remote with nothing nearby. I arrived at 9pm and there was nowhere to go so I had no choice but to order room service . A long walk into the town centre which took over an hour so very poor for location and only a view of the road from the room.

Location was dreadful, nice hotel with nice staff but expensive as it was out out the town.

На 5 звезд конечно отель не тянет, в номере были грязные окна, вид с номера на стройку, на шторе было пятно непонятного происхождения. В ресторане столы липкие,многолетний слой грязи и жира 😕, выбор блюд тоже не порадовал. Персонал 50/50 были приветливые а некоторые хамоваты. При выселении обсчитали нас (

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, staff was outstanding very good English. the rooftop pool was the highlight and the comfort of the beds.

The room that was given to us has smoking smell. We asked if we could change, and the team gave us another room without any delay or hesitation. Thank you! Good breakfast with sparkling wine :)

Good hotel but don't go for the rooftop pool

Nice hotel with good breakfast options and a good indoor pool. The staff were also very helpful which was great.

The rooftop pool is used as a big selling point and it's actually a bit rubbish. It's small and very cold so you don't actually want to use it. The seating around the pool is also not great and drinks at the bar up there are over priced.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. Would definitely come back if ever in Porto again.

Great location with amazing views of the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating.

The gym doesn’t have much equipment.

Maybe one of the best hotels in town

A very good hotel and friendly staff. It is too far located from the center of the city to come there by foot, but there are several buses to bring you there.

The location, but next time i would choose this hotel again.

My unforgettable first stay in Porto

Welcoming and polite staff , good view , nice rooftop bar and indoor pool , spacious room with beatiful view and welcome drinks , big comfirtable bed , the hotel location is not very far from some beaches , the historical city center , some sightseeings and monuments and shops

There was some dirt in the air conditioner drain holes above the door , the gym could be better equiped with more workout machines . The hotel is not offering free transfer fron the Porto airport. There was some burnt cloth on the iron which i asked to be provided with for temporary use .

our room smelt of sewage for a couple of days and we would be woken up by bells every 45 mins- 1 hour.

Superb

Internal pool is great. Hotel facilities are fantastic and the family room is big and very confortable. Very helpful staff and good restaurant.
