A nice, cosy place with good overall service and facilities.

1. I stayed there to attend a wedding reception held there, so the location couldn't be better. 2. The room was big and the bed super comfortable. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Adequate choice of food and beverage outlets. 5. Staff helpful and friendly.

1. NOISE!! Our room was facing the golf course, which gave us a beautiful view, but the restaurant-cum-bar below it was too noisy from morning till midnight--people chatter and music. Although the windows were double-glazed, that didn't help. 2. The bathroom drains were producing foul smell. Reported it twice, but nothing was done to fix it.

Great location, comfy but needs to be modernised

The hotel is comfortable and is a good location for what I needed. However, the rooms need to be updated and modernised somewhat and the TV availability/channel selection is very poor.

The rooms are clean and big. The breakfast was superb. The staff were at the reception were friendly

It was very noisy even at 2AM in the morning. When we asked about the noise, we were informed that there was a maintenance that's been going on. At 2AM the maintenance people are listening to their loud music?

Very convenient for visiting relatives in The Ranches. Modernise the bedrooms a bit so the rooms aren’t so dark.

Old fashioned and dark decor in bedrooms. Would be wonderful if the bedrooms could be modernized, brightened up and bathrooms changed.

My stay was pleasant apart from the breakfast.

The view was amazing and relaxing.

The breakfast if only halal food can be consume would be an advantage. Without pork on the menu. For me it is disgusting and if you are using same respiant . I would prefer a buffet for breakfast.

very noisy the windows didn’t block out the noise our first room was over the restaurant and it was just too noisy we were moved to the quieter side of the hotel but again noisy this time from the highways . double glazing needs improving

Great stay at the Arabian Ranches , comfortable room and amazing food

Breakfast was amazing, menu order not buffet, multiple options, great quality of food

The room didn’t have a balcony.

it’s a hotel we always look forward to our return

it’s a small hotel with very high standards, lovely location, excellent restaurants and great staff

The room electronic key cards frequently did not work.

Comfortable Stay

Nice play to stay if you plan to be in Arabian Ranches. Spacious room with a large TV screen. Nice and smiling staff.

Breakfast menu could be better.

just the right size for a work travel. liked the two restaurants on site. well done

Should be rated as a 4 star hotel… but only rated a 2 star !! WHY ?

great boutique hotel for golfers or tourists RIGHT on the Golf Course

all was good .. people just having a good time hence a bit of noise coming through to the room .. otherwise, perfect
