Tous les membres du personnel étaient très aimables et attentifs, un GRAND MERCI à eux pour commencer ! Merci pour ce bel accueil, avec une mention spéciale à Kerolis pour sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable. Son emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun, notamment la station de métro Al-Jadaf, parfaite pour explorer la ville. Le service de navette est également très pratique. Le service de chambre est impeccable, et les repas, sous forme de buffet, sont variés chaque jour. Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi agréable, avec de nombreuses options pour satisfaire tous les goûts, et les équipes du petit déjeuner sont disponibles, professionnelles, et incroyablement gentilles. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande !

Great property, excellent location the most friendly staff! The shuttle bus was great 👍

Great staff especially Concierge. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and the facilities were excellent.

Quite a bit of noise coming up from the pool area at night and I couldn't properly lock the windows in an attempt to block the noise.

Good experiences

Hotel was so good. We reserved only buffet breakfast room. Everyfood very delicious and they has good taste. Reception is so happy and helpful person. If we have any problem we could ask both phone and face to face . Everytime they care with us. Rooms very clean and housekeepers so careful. Everyday housekeepers gave coffee, tea, cup and water and then they changed towels , cleaned rooms. I can give advice you can try there

great hotel and location was peaceful, modern look of the hotel ,

we stayed here in 2011 and we just knew we wanted to stay at Arabian Park again ,we stayed now in OCT 2024 23- 26th, the service , the hotel location, the staff , the area is a good area as well, and has met our expectations and beyond, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is filling and wide variety, the fruits are delicious the watermelon was very tasty, the metro is convenient to use in dubai and the station Al Jaddaf is a short walk away , the bus stop is 100m away, and the taxis are always not very far of, when we come again will definitely stay here,

everything was great. nothing was bad . would defintely stay here again.

Porażka pod względem hałasu w pokoju od strony basenu.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko , super basen na zewnątrz hotelu na którym nie brakuje leżaków i za każdym wejściem na basen dostaje się nowy ręcznik , obsługa basenu rewelacja. 300m do stacji metra , super bezpłatny zadaszony parking dla gości hotelowych. Pokój mały choć ładny , duża łazienka , indywidualnie sterowana klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Rezerwacja dokonana półtora miesiąca przed przyjazdem , pokój opłacony w dniu rezerwacji , zarezerwowałem pokój z widokiem na miasto a dostałem z widokiem na basen bo jak Pan na recepcji stwierdził że nie ma już z widokiem na miasto. Godzina 6:00 rano codziennie na basen przychodziła grupa mega rozdartej młodzieży , w pokoju wszystko słychać jakbym siedział na basenie , i to samo codziennie w nocy nawet do 2:00 , nadmienię że miałem pokój na trzecim piętrze. Pokój sprzątany raz na tydzień , wymiana ręczników raz na tydzień , co przy temperaturze 45 stopni i braniu prysznica rano i wieczorem średnia przyjemność wycierać się mokrym ręcznikiem. Skończył się płyn do mycia rąk w trzecim dniu pobytu , po zgłoszeniu braku do końca pobytu płyn nie uzupełniony.

Good for one night

Staff so professional and friendly specially in a front desk, and fast check in. Room so small and loudy, bathroom good and bed so comfortable. The location for TV its not good. Parking in hotel small, and no valet and no anyone to help you with your luggage. الفندق نوعا ما جيد، الاستقبال الذي كان جداً رائعين ومتعاونين. الغرفة نوعاً ما صغيرة وازعاج ونور دورة المياة يدخل على غرفة النوم بشكل مزعج ! موقع التلفزيون غلط فوق الكنب علطول ! عموما السرير مريح جداً ودورة المياة كاملة الخدمات المواقف صغيرة ولا يوجد خدمة صف السيارة . او احد يساعدك بالشناط.

Excellent value for money, amazing warm pool, great location, and sufficient parking. I would highly recommend, and I will very likely stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay, will definitely prefer to come again.

Room was very comfortable and all the necessities were available. Really impressed by the room service. Breakfast was fine, should add more items in the breakfast menu. Overall experience was great, metro is near, area is very accessible and clean and free from traffic. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, Swimming pool facility is added fun. Really enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast is rich. Rooms are modern and comfy. Nice pool. I would like to thank the manager for his flexibility concerning my need to a late checkout. Very nice and professional staff overall.
