Would come back every time !

Very clean and central, so much going on in the hostel to meet people and such friendly stuff (Agustin was the star of the hostel!) 🫶🏼

Nice place, one of the best in melb. But improvements could be made

Bed was clean. Stayed in 4 bed female and toilet was incredible. Aircons in rooms and common area (not normal in australia hostels apparently). Would higher recommend over other hostels (e.g. R*****s hostel) in Melbourne!

The no alcohol policy just because they have a bar downstairs and they want you to buy from them. The kitchen closes at 10pm leaving everyone stranded and if people come home after work they literally cant cook or eat anything because everything is in the kitchen and locked up. You dont need to be cheerful all the time but staff could be friendlier and happier to help.

Disappointed

One good thing was friendly and helpful staff. Beds also were pretty comfortable.

Poor cleanliness in bathrooms. Rooms way too hot with no airflow. Kitchen closed between 10pm-7am so not able to access food if having an early start in the morning or late finish at night. Not enough kitchen space to cook, way too many people queueing for the stove top. Kitchens that were needed were locked and were forced to use a kitchen 2 floors above where we were staying. Common areas outside rooms could be very noisy and this would be audible inside the bedrooms.

Le lit, les espaces communs, les activités...

Les ascenceurs sont un cauchemar. On les attend bien trop longtemps. S'il vous plaît laissez ouverts les escaliers pour les étages 3 et 4, pour accéder à l'escalier des 2e et 1er étages qui arrive au lobby !

Auf jeden Fall eins der besseren hostels. Perfekt um Leute kennenzulernen aber eher ungeeignet um einen guten Nacht-Schl

Bett war sauber und die meisten Leute waren rücksichtsvoll und respektvoll. Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Badezimmer sind ziemlich klein und der Abfluss riecht extrem schlecht. Nachts war es ziemlich laut durch andere Gäste auf dem Flur.

I would definitely like to go back again

The multimillion-dollar upgrade. Private bathroom. Curtains on the beds for privacy. The place is Hugh! Very modern.

Couple of old nutters there. One had picked up a sign chained to a pole and started waving it towards me. Lucky the Didi driver showed up and yelled out my name. Neither one talked or made a sound just mime aggression.

Good place to be with nice people, the staff is super friendly and helpful!

The common area are great with a lot of space and different atmosphere depending on levels! Appreciate the curtains in every bed to get some privacy.

The WiFi is miserable and it’s missing some extra toilets on the levels. 1 bathrooms for a full room it’s not enough sometimes…

Love the technology but do like the professional fast response crews.

Toilet needs clean, not daily but twice if this a 10 bedder dorm. Esp if it's all male. The smell was annoying at first until I turned on the AC

Great place for a low price.

The property had a nice vibe, the walls kept most the noise out and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The common area was messy but not until after 10pm.

The rooftop wasn’t accessible when we went.

Great stay, friendly people and staff and great location.

Great facilities. Private beds (bunk with curtains, lights, power point). Lounges on each level. Bar on ground floor. Large kitchens.

Overall it was a good trip and memorable trip in Melbourne

The security from Armenia in the 2nd floor was very nice, he greeted us with enthusiasm every time he sees us.

The reception/security did not let us in when we arrived at 1am

If I come Melbourne, I would like to stay again!

I could spend in clean room. There are many tables and chairs. I enjoyed to cook in the kitchen. There is own curtain on my bed. I spend separate time. It was so good.

The stove didn't work. I need to wait long time. Some people werd very noisy at night. They talked out side of door after 10 o'clock.

Sometimes the professional behavior with the kitchen : no towels. No shelf for shared food ( what a shame in Such a hostel !! I asked them many times. They didn’t listen. I had to do it by myself. Beside, to put and hang panels And boards about many living rules every where especially with alcohol!!! They are experts. ! But with the Philosophy of a backpackers hostel : sharing !! Nothing !!! Pity

Met our needs to get on early train

Convenience to train station Kitchen was clean but no tea towels in the early morning

Hours kept by others in the room - they were sleeping when we arrived at 6pm, then went out and arrived back in early hours. Inconvenient for us on normal body clocks

Very friendly and attentive staff

The bathroom was too small and very uncomfortable to use. The beds squeak and the Dormitory main door as well. The beds were undone and had to ask for linen and a cover

It was very good

The hostel is very clean, location is also good near to cbd and Victoria market, kitchen is very big and the hostel provides everything for cook. The staff is very friendly, especially Fran(receptionist) her service was absolutely awesome, very kind and helpfully, thank you for make my stay great.

Nice central location, It’s a big space - ping pong table and couches, easy to make friends and socialise. Has a big luggage room available. Fran & Thales we’re very friendly and helpful with checking in & out :)
