Location

It doesn't feel like a fun ve star property. Rooms are small, toilets were smelly and service was slow. Breakfast was not a five star breakfast at all.

سنوياً اسكن عندهم ولاحظت في هذه السنة حرص واهتمام على راحة النزيل مضاعف خصوصاً الأستقبال وخدمة نظافة الغرف وبوفيه الفطور بالذات شعرت انه متميز اكثر من ذي قبل وكان طعم الأكل ممتاز والخدمة ممتازة خصوصاً الأخ يوسف وايضاً زميله اعتقد مصري كانوا حريصين على خدمة الضيوف وكان من شدة حرصهم يتصلوا فينا يومياً ويسألوا إذا كنا محتاجين لأي شي

اعتقد التكييف درجة الحرارة مستحيل تنزل عن 20 حتى لو وضعت المؤشر على 18 وانا صعب انام فوق 18درجة

عدم تجاوب الصيانه في اصلاح الريموت للتلفزيون ولكن بجانب الخدمات الجميله لم اغضب لانه بصراحه جميل جدا ايضا كنت اتمنى توفر باص على الاقل خارج وقت الصلوات للصلاة في الروضه لان المشوار بعيد من الفندق الي باب النساء هاذي المشكله اللي واجهتها فقط البوفيه الافطار حكايه جميله فخم بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه من معنى يستاهل المبلغ

ازعاج صوت مكائن التكييف ولأن الغرفة في الدور التاسع وقريبة من السطح ازعجني صوت المكائن وحضر مهندس وذهب لاحضار مهندس اخر وتم تغيير الغرفه للدور الثامن وخف الصوت مع ان التكييف مغلق

All the staff, especially the reception team, were very tasteful, cooperative and professional The site is also excellent and very close to the Prophet's campus, and the rooms are excellent.

Réglons d'emblée un point important : oui, l'hôtel est situé très près - à une centaine de mètres - du début de l'esplanade qui entoure la mosquée du Prophète. En fait, vous mettrez probablement plus de temps à parcourir cette dernière qu'à la rejoindre depuis ledit hôtel. Cela dit, cet argument reste d'un intérêt tout relatif : il existe nombre d'autres hôtels de qualité comparable, voire supérieure, à des distances parfois encore plus réduites de ladite mosquée. Bref, oui, c'est un bon point, mais s'arrêter là pour choisir l'établissement serait un peu court... Le meilleur point du Crowne Plaza Madinah reste son personnel, particulièrement disponible, globalement chaleureux - surtout le service d'étage - et très pro-actif. Un peu trop même parfois, puisque le service client risque de vous appeler à toute heure, même tard, pour prendre de vos nouvelles... Mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Globalement, comme dit, qu'il s'agisse de réserver pour vous un taxi, de vous apporter davantage d'eau en chambre ou de régler un souci matériel mineur (fer à repasser manquant, fonctionnement de la douche peu intuitif - aucune indication ne correspond à son effet réel -, etc.) non seulement vous trouverez toujours une personne à l'écoute, mais vous vous verrez proposer ces services assez régulièrement par le personnel de l'hôtel. Un très bon point... Une proportion raisonnable dudit personnel parle anglais ou se débrouille suffisamment dans cette langue pour pouvoir communiquer avec vous. Cela facilite bien le quotidien...

L'établissement ne propose pas de navette depuis ou vers l'aéroport, contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur booking.com. L'information, confirmée explicitement par un réceptionniste sur place, gagnerait à être rectifiée. Ce qui ne change pas fondamentalement la donne : l'hôtel vous proposera d'opter pour une compagnie de taxi (ou de location de véhicules, si vous tenez vraiment à conduire vous-même) qui se chargera de cela sans heurt. Mais l'information reste erronée... Ensuite, quoique les repas soient plutôt un point en faveur de l'hôtel - ils sont raisonnablement variés, d'hygiène irréprochable et plutôt bien mis en valeur -, il faut noter que la possibilité d'opter pour la pension avec dîner est rarement offerte sur booking.com. Sur place, vous avez tout intérêt à vous inscrire au préalable, en ligne, au club d'IHG, afin de bénéficier d'une réduction de 30% (à peu près) sur le prix desdits dîner. De 40€ - ce qui exorbitant pour le service rendu -, ils passent alors au prix des petits déjeuners, ce qui devient plus raisonnable. Attention : le soir, des boissons, parfois les mêmes que vous pourriez boire gratuitement le matin en vous servant aux machines correspondantes, peuvent vous être proposées par un serveur. Mais elles sont alors payantes et, honnêtement, 10€ pour un verre de jus de fruit, c'est un peu fort... Enfin, les chambres (ou du moins la chambre - double - standard que nous occupions) ne sont tout simplement pas à la hauteur du standard (5 étoiles) et des tarifs de l'établissement. Rien de bien mauvais, soyons clairs, d'autant que le reste de l'établissement est plutôt bien agencé, d'esthétique assez convenue mais pas désagréable du tout, et surtout très propre. Mais nombre de hôtels 3 étoiles proposent (au moins en France) une offre comparable...

I was so disappointed with the room. Paying $18++ with no view and the reception don’t understand English well… Say that they will change the room but no sound no pictures.. please check room 727

Rooms were abit tight and it was far from the female gates of Haram

تعامل طاقم الفندق راقى خصوصا موظفات الرسبشن وايضا القرب من الحرم ولكن بعيد عن مصلى النساء ولكن يوجد باص ممتاز لتوصيل النساء بشكل منظم

البعد عن مصلى النساء والفطور كان محدود بالنسبة لفندق خمس نجوم

Proximité de la mosquée.

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles. Fenêtre qui se ferme pas car poignée cassés. Insonorisation insuffisante. Nettoyage de la chambre se fait en fin de journée .Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité.

The location was minutes away from the masjid al Nabwi.

The room was very small and noisy. The windows were single glazed and all night all we could hear was traffic, people and a constant hum from next doors air conditioning. We couldn’t have our air conditioning on as it was too noisy. Overall the people very very nice. The location good but the premises were poor. Definitely not 5 star the most I would rate it is 3 stars .

This hotel was a convenient location with friendly, helpful staff. It ticked all the boxes. A nice touch was the shuttle bus for the woman to take them to and from prays and Jumuah.

- The room air condition was not properly working (cannot change the temp.). - The toilet bidet was damaged.
