Good week in Canggu

The property was furnished well and in a very good location. It also had large spacious rooms with very good air conditioning. The staff were super helpful and the property was in a fantastic location boasting lots of great bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach

The bathrooms definitely could have been cleaner and the double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together. I also thought the shampoo / shower gel provided did not smell nice

Don't get fooled by the great promo pictures

They allowed us to reschedule our stay twice. The WiFi is working and they have a pretty new Samsung TV with Prime Video or Netflix app.

The minibar had a glass front with a light which was constantly on, which is disturbing at night. The inlets of the AC were mouldy. The air coming from the AC also smelled mouldy. The doors are poorly insulated, you can hear everything going on outside of the room. Not very pleasant to wake up at 7:00 from the sounds of the staff preparing/cleaning the amenities. I could also hear someone snoring in the room above. The floor isvery dirty - I put on new socks after having a shower and they were completely black a few minutes later.

Absolutely loved it!

Great location, on main strip but up a quiet lane. Delightful staff. Large, clean, cool Rooms with very comfy beds and well equipped with very good shower. We had 3 rooms and loved it. Didn’t see any creepy crawlies!

Very nice and spacious room, with all necessary facilities.

Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable (springs or internal structure). Some noise coming from nearby Atlas mega club.

Good value

In a quiet location in Canguu and very close to a lot of food and drink options, and beach clubs like Finn's beach club. The staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed just for a night so did not explore any facilities. The room is big and clean.

Wifi was poor in the room. Bathroom supplies can be better - no conditioner. Just shower gel and shampoo. The bath towels smelt a bit of chlorine/ bleach.

Cleaning doesn’t work well. Staff clean up your room every day, but they even not clean tables, just clean the floor and your bed. we have spot from teacup on the table, very big - they didn’t notice) wifi doesn’t work well.

Bathroom and plumbing need work, there’s a strong sewage smell and issues with water pressure in the shower. Noticed a few people mentioned it, not sure if we stayed it the same room or all rooms are affected.

Seems very aged and no one took care of the property. Everything is old, dirty and humid. the front of the hotel is also a kitchen, so the first floor rooms feel like living behind a kitchen, also smells like a kitchen.

Service very slow, Too much waiting for the breakfast, Water in the shower was either too hot or too cold, We had booked in advance a driver through the hotel however the day before no one in the hotel could find the reservation. They had to find another driver last minute.

1. The room was very spacious and the conditioner worked 100/100. 2. The wifi is 70 megabytes per second! 3. The bed was big and soft and renewed everyday. Towels too 4. The location is very nice. 5-10 minutes of walk and you’re on the beach 5. A restaurant right in the hotel that opens at 8 am. We used to have lunch there and order coffee and smoothies in our room. Not expensive and tasty

Firstly, the staff were incredible. They we're always extremely friendly and ready to help with anything. They were quick to greet and clean whenever we left. The pool is super refreshing and beautiful, the accomodation is fantastic, the food in the restaurant is delightful. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back! Hidden gem!

As in most of hotels I’ve been in Bali, bathrooms could be cleaned better, to scrub the darkness on tiles and shower :)

THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE . What I liked was Great plave to stay in Canggu . Close to the beach , lots of little restaurants , pubs etc close . The room was clean , quiet and stocked with lots of little extras ie soap, etc . The staff are amazing . Helpful in everyway . I was unfortuate enought to lose my wallet on this trip but the fellow working the desk that evening handed me his phone so I could call North America and cancell my credit cards and so . Should I return to Canggu this is where I stay . 5 ***** stars .
