Perfect location to stay if you’re there for Anfield trip.

Location and cleanliness. Rooms were spacious and gd hotel restaurant.

Disappointing

We did not like it although it was relatively clean

The room felt depressing from the moment we entered- very outdated like coming back in a bad version of the Beatles 60-ties Bad mattresses, bad bedlinnen.

Clean. I forgot my pin code to the door and I did receive a quick and helpful response by phone.

Never any staff around. There were new customers banging and ringing the door to check in. Pretty sure the website said breakfast could be arranged with notice?? But the restaurant does not open until 11:30. There were no leaflets or information about local cafes etc

Exceptional

The staff were just so friendly and the food was amazing too. Stopped there for Eurovision over the weekend and everyone was so welcoming, not just in the hotel but Liverpool in general. It's also straight down the road from Anfield if any footy fans are interested :)

Location - we were going to watch a Liverpool game, the hotel was a couple of minutes away from Anfield and ideal to get to and from the game. Room - it was a nice size, the beds were comfortable and everyone had a good night's sleep Staff - very friendly and helpful

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like, it was ideal for our stay.

Staff were helpful and polite.

The rooms weren't warm enough. No one at reception, all staff were in the pub/restaurant side.

Anfield is just up the road rooms very clean and comfortable food very good and reasonably priced staff are more than willing to make our stay enjoyable ideal place to stay for a match day city centre was 5 / 10 minutes by taxi bus stop 50 yards up the road highly recommended 10 /10

great staff gem of a pub/ restaurant plenty of staff behind bar for the busy football days. All round top place security guy made us a bacon butty and coffees to go as we were away early

nice place, nice staff, good food with good Guinness and convenient for a short walk to the stadium.

The room, staff and food was lovely and conveniently located for a short walk to see the mighty reds. The bar is full of LFC fans on match day and buzzing after a game.

For me the pillows where a bit hard and the towels where to small. I was lucky and had a room with extra beds which come with extra towels. I would stay here again but would take the mentioned.

A great place to stay when watching a home game. The atmosphere prior to and after the game was great (we won 2:0). On a bus route that takes you into town for £2:30. Daytime taxi from town £10, Uber at night £15.

No breakfast (even cereal & toast with a coffee/tea would be nice).

good location if the purpose is to see a game at Anfield. nice restaurant in the hotel and close proximity to public transportation

issues with the heating system and the shower, where we had to change room. our room was at the 2nd floor with no lifts - a problem if u carry a suitcase. quite far from the city center (20min via bus on normal hours)

Fire alarm nightmare.

Staff all polite and helpful

Fire alarm went off at 8am in the morning due to a guest smoking in their room. Seemed like nobody knew how to switch it off. So it was blaring for nearly 30 minutes. Wouldn't be too bad, but we were out in the pubs until 4am. So 4 hours sleep was not enough. Only had 1 fob/key between 3 people

Superb

Nice place, clean, tidy. Lovely food and lovely staff (especially the beautiful blonde with a german accent maybe) 1st trip to liverpool and I will back and stay here.
