Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany .

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do ważnych miejsc. Apartament naprawdę czysty, zadbany, były wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy.

Napisałam , ze świetna lokalizacja - tak, ponieważ to centrum, dlatego gorzej ze spaniem, straszny hałas , kiedy ludzie się przemieszczają, ciężko było się wyspać, jedyny chyba minus . Jednak wiedziałam na co się decyduję .

Perfect location and very clean. Super roof terrace

The location was very central and little noise from the streets during evening/night. Short walk (6-8 min) to busstop for airport and other trains/tram. Big flats with all you need. The roof terrace was perfect with nice view. The flat was very tidy and clean. The information before arrival was informative and good. Easy to get in contact with the staff via mail. I will definitely book this accomodation again when coming back

The only thing we missed was hooks to hang towels on in one of the bathroom. One bathroom was good equipped with that. The other one did not have any.

Mitten in Palma

Besonders hat uns die zentrale Lage und die Dachterrasse gefallen. Ebenso die moderne Einrichtung ohne viel Schnickschnack. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit wieder.

Amazing!

Beautifully refurbished and very clean in apartment and entire building. Cool rooftop and fantastic location in heart of city.

Kitchen countertop space very limited. Difficult to prepare a meal. Dishes and lots were great, but some supplies limited, in particular no colander to drain pasta.

Lovely modern apartment in the Old Town, perfect for a family of four.

Absolutely loved our stay at Can Rubí. We stayed in Apartment 1 which was great for a family of 4. Great central location in Palma Old Town, walkable to everything - 8 mins to the cathedral, 8 mins to the Banys Arabs, 17 mins to the beach. Lovely comfy beds and pillows. Any questions were answered promptly.

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom but the front door, and being a central location it could be a bit noisy. Neither of which impacted on our stay.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist perfekt, super zentral und dennoch ruhig (das Müllauto/ Säuberung der Straße hört man morgens nur kurz). Das Appartement ist super sauber mit bequemen Betten. Wir haben auch die Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Ein Supermarkt ist 200m entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Spacious Modern Apartment in Palma Old Town

The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The location is ideal and centrally situated for sightseeing and restaurants, cafes etc. Even though it's in a shopping area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Great communication with the staff regarding check in, information etc, always very friendly and helpful and reply straight away. Access is by door code so no chance of losing the key ! Would definitely recommend these apartments. We could not fault anything !

Nice Flat, Great Location in Palma Centre

The property allowed early check-in, and the self-check-in process was simple and problem-free. The location of the property was excellent, on a side street off Carrer del Sindicat, which is a main shopping street with many dining options. It's also extremely close to the Plaça Major, with even more cafes and restaurants as well as a small Christmas market that had already started during our visit. The flat was spacious, well laid out and well provisioned, and the staff were helpful when we needed to know how to operate the heating control and the electric hob. We didn't interact much face-to-face with our hosts, but everything was handled efficiently via WhatsApp.

Nothing to complain about at all. We'd consider booking Can Rubi again on our next visit to Palma.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the old town in Palma

Excellent and central location, modern, great support from staff.

We were a group of 5 and for that many people it was not spacious - but we managed well and still had a great time!

Great apartment, plenty of room and close to all you need. I would happily stay again next week time I am in Mallorca

The property is located in a very convenient location to walk to all the points of interest in Palma old town. Close to public transport. Clean and tidy

A minor dislike was that there was no lift. we were in a loft apartment on 6th floor, taking luggage up the flights of stairs was a little strenuous but the manager was very gracious and helped carry the luggage up the stairs
