They can and need to improve

The staff continues to be excellent, with special mention to the Concierge, Maria, and the Lounge Barman, Carlos. They are fabulous and go above and beyond expectations to provide excellent service and delight guests. The other attendants and staff were also very good.

Two bars were closed and access to the beach was restricted most of the time. The swim-up bar at the adult pool had been reduced to 5pm, which also made it difficult for those wanting to make the most of the afternoon sun. There was only one bathroom serving the guests at the two main pools, and it was often dirty. The Japanese restaurant was also closed, serving as a snack bar. Furthermore, the restaurants were not open all the time, and there was a rotation between them, which is frustrating because this was never communicated. I think that since they did not provide all the amenities shown in the photos and advertisements, the hotel should at the very least offer a discount on the daily rate or refund guests who paid the full amount. In any case, at the very least an email should have been sent informing future guests about the ongoing construction and that some facilities would not be available all the time.

Cómoda y tranquila.

La comida del restaurante Bufete, estuvo muy bien. El restaurante Italiano debe de mejorar y los otros no los usamos porque el sistema de reservación es un tanto limitante.

Cuando llegué intente pagar con american express y no la aceptan. Esto debe de quedar claramente comunicado desde que uno hace la reserva en la web.

Muy familiar. No volvería

El hotel muy lindo, buena ubicación. A pesar de que estaba en obra pudimos hacer uso de todas las instalaciones. Muy familiar.

Nos tocó en una zona donde se escuchaban los ruidos de la obra que hay al lado. Me quejé por la manera en cómo nos atendieron en uno de los restaurants (el de carnes) que como bien seguro saben los argentinos comemos tarde. Tomamos el último turno y básicamente éramos un estorbo con nuestros pedidos y las pocas ganas que tenían de servirnos nuestros alimentos. Me dijeron en la recepción que iban a presentarle la queja a gerencia y se comunicaban conmigo pero no sucedió.

Grata estadia con niños que cumple las expectativas con buen precio-calidad

Personal siempre atento a las necesidades y siempre muy amables a la hora de atender en cualquiera de las instancias. Ubicación excelente si no requieres estar cerca del centro de Cancún. buena accesibilidad a transporte público para movilizarse. comida a pesar de a veces ser un poco repetitiva en el buffet rico sabor y variedad para los más pequeños. Que haya comida casi las 24 hrs del dia por si llegas muy tarde en la noche ya sea como check in, luego de algún tour o solo si te ataca el hambre de madrugada. Que sea un lugar libre de humo de cigarrillo.

Pésimo lugar

La relación precio calidad es pésima, las habitaciones poco cómodas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la cama y las almohadas super duras, muy sucia se sentía en el piso la arena del huésped anterior, hasta una cucaracha había en el closet. Lo único rescatale fue el kids club donde trataron a las niñas bien, la comida de mala calidad, los snacks horribles y el buffet fatal.

La atención mala, muy pocos colaboradores fueron amables, la comida básica, el buffet malo, teníamos que llamar varias veces para que nos hicieran la habitación, recuerden acondicionador porque no te dan, parao que cobran esperaba algo mucho mejor,

Awful and boring

Out dated and cheap looking

Nothing, food was disgusting, not a lot of fun activities. They served the same nasty food everyday. No American food available even when they say it’s American it’s not the same. The housekeeps come i your room to clean at anytime even if you didn’t put a sign on the door for cleaning. One housekeeper opened my door while we were in our room! Drinks weren’t strong! Would not recommend nor will I return!

Muy desordenado el desayuno. Hace mucho calor y tenes que hacer cola a las 9 am porque no tienen capacidad ni organización correcta para que fluya la gente y puedan desayunar todos sin esperar. Hay mucho ruido en general en el hotel. No es para ir en pareja en onda romántica

BAD FAMILY VACATION : ON BEHALF OF CROWN PARADISE CLUB

The excursion was nice but it wasn't part of the hotel. It's a third party just doing business there.

From checking in. Everything went wrong plummer knocking on the door in 2 minutes asking if we call. Wife and kids had to be broken out the bathroom have pictures and video. Touching food with barehands. Kids getting sick after eating so many things. Room phone broke. Balcony door broke . Bad supervisor. Bad guest service. So many things. Had to be moved from room 1243 to 1511 both rooms had issues. Not a good vacation.

In general, the view was great. The boss boys provide excellent customer service and waitresses on restaurants, too.

They make it so stressful to check in. P My room was dirty when I first arrived. Cups food on counter. The bathroom toilet was dirty.

Staff was attentive, food had good variety, reservations work ok.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. Elevators did not seem to work. Elevators did not have A/C, took a very long time, were crowded, the hotel seem over crowded.

Reasonable value for money.

The hotel has excellent infrastructure for the kids, including dedicated pools, rock wall climbing, mini golf, and others.

The room we initially got, wasn't clean, however, the staff when communicated about the problem, promptly provided another room that met our expectations. The total cost was higher than initially contracted with Booking since the room price was converted from pesos to USD, which we weren't aware of when we booked through Booking. Booking needs to be more explicit about the room cost policy.

Great trip! We had such an amazing time.

Amazing property with amazing staff. So many restaurants and bars and so many things to do throughout the days and nights. We had such a wonderful trip and cannot say enough good things!

The specialty restaurants were all very enjoyable however the buffet could be improved.

Queues everywhere, seemed to be still at work.

I liked the location, in January the room wasn't too hot so most of time the a/c could stay off. Good pressure hot water in shower. Mattress was comfortable Very nice the heated indoor swimming pool. Many activities for children from 18 months of age. Entertainment group very active during the day. Taxy available in loco.

Resort is very old, constantly in needs of repairs. Food wasn't great. Complicated booking system for the restaurants in the evening. Sunbeds not enough for all the guests, we ended up waking up at 7,30am just to reserve them. Check in process super slow, almost half an hour. Pillows in the room were quite uncomfortable. For us it wasn't a relaxing place at all, queues everywhere, seemed to be still at work.

the location and able to get on the bus for $1

the customer service was terrible. my room had a major leak that was not accommodated until the next day after debating with GM. Then there was no water pressure in my room, and the agent would not accommodate me so that I could take a shower after being on the beach and in the heat I would not recommend based on the terrible service I received, which the price was totally unacceptable based on the service.
