Molto buono ma non eccezionale.

La cortesia dello staff, la pulizia della struttura, la prima colazione la piscina termale interna

L’acqua della piscina esterna non so se fosse termale ma non era calda. Ci si aspettava che fosse a 34 gradi. Le cene non erano particolarmente buone anche se il menù era vario.

Good breakfast buffet and easy access.

It was nice to be able to walk to Ischiaport, downtown and the beach. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. I was very satisfied with the abundance of breads, seasonal fruits, tiramisu, and cappuccinos made by the barista.

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities were not that great. I especially wanted amenities toothbrush, conditioner, hairbrush, etc.

Made the most of it, would not recommend this hotel for the prices they are charging.

The pool and bar area

4* - no were near Room dated, no slippers, no pool towels, no iron, no tea or coffee, no drinking water, shower broken, no gym (Covid??), safe not working. No info shared on arrival, just given a key!

Looks nice on the outside ..... but

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, the breakfast pretty good and the gardens and pool looked nice.

The staff were unfriendly & generally unhelpful. Don't come here if you are not Italian as you will not be looked after as well as the locals. In our whole four days we could never get a spot on a sunbed at the pool as they were all reserved (even though the sign clearly states that it is not possible to reserve a sunbed). We asked for assistance with this and were basically ignored and talked about in Italian ( we only speak English). Be careful of the taxi driver they like to book as he charges an inflated price to go to town. Should be 10 euro. Also the WIFI is shocking. Overall Maronti beach was a much nicer experience for us, the staff were just lovely there.

Superb

Gorgeous room with a fantastic view of the castle. Spa facilities are fantastic and as good if not better as some of the beach clubs and thermal spas we visited during the stay. Rooms were great size.

The hotel is a distance from the port so was a lot of walking, however, closer to the castle and restaurants. Continental breakfast could have had more variety and hot food option would of made it perfect.

Great stay, but breakfast time put a damper on it.

The breakfast times are between 7.30 and 10.00. I certainly did not expect to be asked to vacate the breakfast room at 10.05 am and again at 10.10 am. When I asked why I was been asked to leave at these times, I was informed the room had to be got ready for dinner at 2.00 pm. I always thought you could get a breakfast from 7.30 am till 10.00 am and not that you had to get your breakfast and eat it by 10.00 am I should also add I did not arrive too late for breakfast.

A very relaxing and friendly resort and spa hotel

The hotel is in a quite area and we had a wonderful view over the Island and the Castello. The room was very clean with all the comfort one needs for a wonderful relaxing holiday. the thermal pools and the Spa facilities were wonderful, the staff very friendly and the breakfast excellent (if you have a sweet tooth, as we do).

The hotel is amazing and it looks better than in pictures. Super clean and spacious rooms. The view from the hotel is stunning. The pools are very nice and the bar by the pool offers everything.

Good location. Rooms spacious and very clean.

Paying for spa service was extremely difficult. They do not take payment at the time of service and instead provide you with a time to make payment to a women at the front desk. the woman at the desk then in turn acts as if she is doing you a favor by taking your payment. All very strange!

Good not great

The pools are great. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff are very helpful and pleasant.

The facility overall is nice however dated. We had paid for a seaview but the upper rooms were not renovated so we had to choose either the better room or the view. And no they did not refund the difference. There is only AC in the rooms.

Great pools, great location, lovely spa

Staff on reception so friendly and helpful :) Hotel has a lovely selection of pools and sun bathing areas. Great location and spectacular view of the castle where we were lucky to see the fireworks from! Loved the spa, had a few lovely treatments and staff so lovely.

Not many cheap options for food in hotel.

Lovely break in a nice quiet hotel.

Lovely hotel with nice pools. Quiet at the pools - esp the lower one, which was so nice to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Rooms basic but nothing that deems them as bad. View from room was better than we were expecting as had full sea view. Breakfast was ok, could be improved but enough to satisfy. Lovely older gentlemen who works on front desk is exceptionally helpful (sorry rubbish with names). Spa area is a nice addition and we booked in twice which is included in the price at the end of each day.

Cost of food and drinks within the hotel was high, especially at the pool bar, shame as it made us go elsewhere.

Pretty hotel, great pool area, nice rooms

The hotel is beautiful and clean, only a 5/10 minute walk into the centre, so a great location. The pool areas and pool bar were great and the staff there were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious, and they have AC which is needed in the hot summer months.

The hotel was very quiet in the evenings, which is perfect for some, but not quite our preference. Some evening entertainment, music or an open bar area would have added to the hotel. The breakfast was also very limited.
