I would not book this hotel again

This hotel lacks the amenities one would expect. Most hotels provide safe free drinking water. This hotel charges you. The shower was unacceptable I human size cubicle with no room to spare. Drop your soap you must exit the shower to pick it up. The hot water was never hot. They provided only one towel total. It definitely does not deserve a three star rating'

6 nite stay couple in 50s

The staff are very welcome and keep a very good clean hotel with an ample breakfast of fresh fruits yoghurt cakes eggs meats and toast, right in centre of lschia,

The service here is horrific. We were shouted at by the hotel manager who actually followed us out of thee break fast hall and all the way back to reception, shouting at us for leaving the air con and light on when we went for breakfast. We apologised and said that we understand impact on the planet and didn’t mean to do it but were rushing to check out. It didn’t stop. Continued to shout at us extremely rude. Shouting that we are not normal. Shouting about the planet. Shouting shouting shouting. If you are that fussed leave a sign or even better use a room key like other hotels that turns lights off. Room was so basic and breakfast choices were poor. Don’t stay here if you have a choice.

Lovely place with nice people

Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely pool area. Room was a bit small, but everything was so clean and nice that it didn't bother us.

Sweet but pool cleanliness needs sorting

Great location, nice breakfast, amazing views by the pools

The pool and hot tub were quite dirty :( it was a bit disappointing because we paid more money for here because of the pools but when we went down the whole surface of each was covered in dead flies and there was debris at the bottom. Easy fixed, maybe it was because we booked only a few hours before but it made me only go in for 1 minute but would’ve gone elsewhere if I’d known. I don’t know if it’s just the case of needing to have some jets on or something so it cleans itself or being done manually.

The rooms in this hotel are very outdated and small. Especially bathrooms need renovation.

Very good

Friendly staff at 24h front desk. Exceptional pools both swimming and thermal. Nice garden and great view. Good location 15 min walking to port.

Modest room. Neither tea pot nor glasses. Small TV, no safe box in the room. Same breakfast every day.

The hotel’s partner restaurant is SUPERB!

This family-run hotel has a friendly, super helpful staff. The hotel is very quiet and has a convenient location, a short walk to a bus stop and not much farther to the port. The absolute best part of our stay was their recommendation of the restaurant Da Raffaele, a 5-6 minute walk away, where hotel guests receive a 10% discount. We tried the restaurant our first night, and returned the next 3 nights. The food was fabulous, the menu was extensive, and the service was outstanding. Overall the Hotel Vittoria was a good place to stay on Ischia.

Our economy room was small and very basic but met our needs. My only real complaint is that the shower floor was quite slippery.

Rather dissapointing

The room had a nice, small garden. The breakfast staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel clearly has its best days behind. Looks more shabby than on the pictures. We got a room on a ground floor (or even -1 from the reception), there was no phone signal & wifi also wasnt working (also no signal) The swimming pool can only be used with a swimming cap on. We had to pay for a bottle of water that was in the fridge even if there was no prices on (seemed free)

Excellent location, friendly family run hotel.

Great location-5 mins walk to shops beach restaurants & bars. Large swimming pool and hot pool in pretty gardens with a great view Good choice of breakfast Towels & sheets changed regularly with very clean rooms Family run hotel-the girls so helpful & friendly-went the extra mile. Everyone so friendly.

Wearing a swim cap in the pool-Italian rules.
