Comfortable and great location

Great location outside of Edinburgh and good value for money. Easy access to Falkirk, Stirling and Park n Ride (near airport) to catch tram into the heart of Edinburgh. Wonderful hot breakfast. Staff made us feel very welcome.

Excellant location lovely choice of breakfast . Staff were very friendly and special mention to Ashleigh in the bar she was so lovely and pleasant and I hope her mum enjoys her cruise and Lyn on reception very friendly . Enjoy the book Lyn

Für nur eine Übernachtung durchaus möglich.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war anderweitig vermietet worden. Wir haben dennoch sofort ein anderes Zimmer (mit drei Betten) bekommen. Das Essen im Restaurant war schmackhaft und ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist - alle Räume betreffend - sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Restaurant treffen die (von anderen Besuchern bereits beschriebenen) langen Wartezeiten weiterhin zu.

The room was okay and the location provided easy access to the airport in Edinburgh.

According to Booking.com we booked a Superior Double, but what we were given was a Standard Double. Also, the only way to cool down the room was to open the window, but it had been disabled. The transom window was too high and small to adequately cool the room.

A joyous experience. Thank you to all @ Richmond Park Hotel.

Everyone working well in their posts to ensure guests were professionally catered for. Pete the little dog loved his carrot and apple bites, and the park opposite thank you.. Fab location for Edinburgh and Stirling using 909 City bus service. Falkirk and The Kelpies accessible by local bus services.

Decent hotel with great facilities

The staff were lovely, the bar and restaurant excellent, and it was really dog friendly. The room was warm. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast

The mattresses in room 51 were horrible and need replaced urgently. The advert shows a shower cubicle but it was an over bath shower which is not so handy for those with reduced mobility

The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Delicious and a good value.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived and 3 other people were waiting for 10 minutes. I had to go to the bar to ask for help. The walls were very thin — we could hear guests talking and barking dogs inside the hotel. We had 2 single beds but they were much smaller than a normal single.

Prima verblijf voor prima prijs!

Medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk! Ontbijt was eenvoudig, je kon zelf toast met wat jam pakken, maar er was ook een klein menu waaruit je een keuze kon maken tussen verschillende ontbijtgerechten. Pancakes met bessen of spek, Scottisch breakfast, Avocado smash. Verder kon je zelf thee, koffie, water of sap pakken. Dichtbij Edinburgh, gratis ruime parkeerplaatsen. Badjassen op de kamer. Nette kamers.

Er waren geen extra kussens beschikbaar. Dat was jammer, maar verder niks te klagen.

It was reasonable cost and handy location

It was decorated all grey which is the modern style, but not to my taste. Not very welcoming although neat. Would benefit from some warmer tones in the rooms

Really enjoyed this hotel

Comfortable & very clean with excellent staff who look after you

The annex room 65 was very good but I don’t like climbing into a bath for a shower prefer a walk in shower

Avoid this hotel as you would get a better sleep at travel lodge

the location was fine for our needs but that is it

the beds were terrible. no matter how we tried to sleep the mattress was so soft and ended up sleeping on the floor We brought our little Pomeranian dog, it stayed in the dog travel kennel most of the time and only spent one night in the room. got charged £60 for the dog. Disgrace

It's confusing about rooms cleaning services. First days I didn't so a sing, which I need to put outside on the door to clean the room. The rooms suppose to clean every day, no matter what.

Great lactation , near family food was excellent .

Fantastic food in restaurant . Room was nice and clean . Nice view from bedroom .

Mattress was brand new , but didn’t have mattress cover so you felt the buttons in the mattress very soft and uncomfortable . Tv wasn’t tuned in . so no television .

A pleasant stay all round , good place to head out from to explore the surrounding areas.

Evening meal was lovely, food hot , service excellent. Cocktails were really good. Staff very attentive in all areas.

Overall very pleasant, staff were super friendly

The breakfast was really good albeit a little slow coming out - the first morning many things were forgotten. Toast then the butter. It took over an hour and half before we got everything.

Our room was in the Annex. If we were booking again we would prefer to be in the main building

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and the breakfast pancakes were delicious.

No mattress cover on the bed . The window wouldn’t close properly so we experienced a lot of road noise

Very satisfied customers

All members of general staff very professional and friendly. All our needs well met. Only booked 24hrs notice and lovely room with a view as requested given to us. Delicious food in restaurant. Service from Lily and Lauren especially friendly and professional. Hotel was expecting a very busy day but both cheerful and smiling. Thank you all we will return asap.

Our room had recently been refurbished and still had a few "snagging" issues which we reported. Booking.com had failed to notify hotel that we'd arranged breakfasts.
