Nice, relaxing and pleasant.

Overall - it was nice and quiet. Bit hard for parking and ariving since the acomodation is on the hill and entrance to parking is a bit tricky. Other than that i have no objections. The hosts where nice, view excelent since the apartments are on the hill. Airconditioning working perfecly.

Location (the apartments are located on the steap hill so its a bit chalenging for non experience drivers to arive at destionation).

Загалом провели гарно час у Чорногорії та в Minna Apartment. Але наступного разу я б все ж поставилась до вибору апартам

Вид з вікна - просто приголомшливий 🤩 В принципі у квартирі було усе необхідне. Не погано обладнана кухня, у якій було все необхідне для приготування їжі.

☝🏼Бракувало чистоти, рушника для ніг у ванну. Перше, що ми зробили, це змінили насадку на швабру та помили підлогу. ☝🏼Парковка👀 коли ми вперше на неї виїздили- це було дуже страшно, оскільки це дуже крутий підйом, а також різкий поворот у якому зовсім не видно чи їде авто назустріч 😬але згодом ми звикли і було уже +- нормально 😅 ☝🏼відстань до моря - воно реально далеко. Ми їздили на великий пляж машиною, адже іти до нього пішки та ще й з дітьми було б не те що неможливо, просто точно складно🤷🏻‍♀️

Gyönyörű kilátás szép tiszta van egy kis medencéje szerintem már érték arányban tökéletes.

Ami nem tetszett és le is írtam a szállás adónak a reggeli mindennap ugyanaz, svédasztalos ugyan de nem nagy a választék ezért harmadik nap az ember bőven megunja, azt mondták ezen változtatni fognak 🤔. Afürdőszobában a padló összefolyóból álladó bűz, mindennap vizet kell beleönteni hogy elzárja a szagnak az útját. Én e-mailben megírtam a szállásadónak hogy vendéget fognak veszíteni a reggeli-monotonssága végett eltekintve ezektől szerintem szuper minőségi szálláshely .

Sve u svemu za tu cijenu apartman je okej

Domacin je bio jako ljubazan,apartman jako cist,sve je renovirano,posteljina mirisna,lijep pogled.

Plaza nije udaljena samo 500 metara kao sto pise,ima pola sata pjeske,apartman se nalazi na vrh brda i jako je se tesko popeti autom,a pjeske jos gore.Apartmanu fale neke sitnice-ogledalo,te neke stvari koje su potrebne za kuhanje-sol,secer,ulje... Terasa je jako mala za pet osoba

Duży, wygodny apartament z klimatyzacją. Czysto, miły personel. Piękne widoki zarówno z balkonu, jak i z tarasu na ostatnim piętrze. Zadbany basen i duża dostępność leżaków w okolicach basenu. Kilka plaży dostępnych w zasięgu 10 min. Spokojniejsza okolica, a nie taki typowy kurort wakacyjny, co dla nas było na plus, zwłaszcza że byliśmy jeszcze przed sezonem.

Warto by było poprawić wyposażenie kuchni, mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko 2 noże i 2 duże kubki. Trzeba było się trochę zmęczyć, żeby dotrzeć pod górę do obiektu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale warto mieć tego świadomość ☺️

I liked that it was clean and tidy, a large terrace with an incredible view and a large pool. Separately, I should mention the wonderful hosts, I am grateful to them for the quick settlement and help in all matters

What impressed me the most was the courtesy of the staff, the help in any request, as well as the perfect cleanliness. I did not notice that the payment is made only in cash, and the hotel waited until I cashed out the required amount in a couple of days. No collateral, total trust🙂. Good breakfasts for a three-star hotel (delicious coffee), I would especially like to emphasize the diligence and courtesy of the dining room staff. The view from the pool and rooftop was amazing! The pool area was disinfected regularly and was perfectly clean. We love the beach as well, the water was fantastic. It's quiet and comfortable place. It was very pleasant to relax in this place, the staff did everything possible for the comfort of the guests. We were helped to lift our suitcase and also taken to the bus stop on the way back. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible!

You had to walk to the beach along a busy road that did not have a sidewalk. This caused more discomfort than even the slide on which the hotel stands, because returning from the beach could at least be attributed to regular physical activity, which is useful☺️. But older people should take this into account. The seating areas on the rooftops looked a little different from the photo, it was a little abandoned and unvisited. Perhaps this is because it was very hot and there were not many people who wanted to relax from above 😄 - indeed, in July it was fresher and more pleasant downstairs near the pool. There are no elevators inside the buildings.

A beautiful holiday, the apartment met all our expectations. One of the most beautiful views of the sea, the surrounding area and the sunset. The host, Mr. Mele, is very accommodating and friendly to all visitors. Neat, clean and healthy environment. As part of the arrangement, we had included breakfast, which was at the hotel level. All beaches and locations in the area are accessible very quickly. Swimming pool with very clean water. My recommendation for sure.

Quite basic, but great value for money

Clean, fairly modern apartment. Very good prices with meals included. Meal quality was fairly good. Excellent views of the mountains and sea. Well equipped, including kitchenette. Practical and clean pool.

Room was small (but sufficient) with no balcony. Some meals were a little repetitive. Sometimes difficult to communicate in English (valid for the whole of Montenegro), but no problem for German speakers.

The host and the food was ok.

The building is on an abrupt hill, hard to climb with a normal car. The room is small, no balcony, only a toilet. The pool is poor, small, and always full. The toilet was nasty. It's more like a 25€-apartment, not 125€.

The aircon worked fine. There was enough of the kitchen appliance. The balcony had a partial see view as in the describtion. The rooftop terrace had nice views.

We struggled to find a person with the keys as the reception was empty. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom and the floor. The lock at the main door did not work properly, it was never fixed despite our report on it. We did not get the cleaning product even if we wanted to clean the appartment. We are afraid that the ealier reports on the place are either sponsored or just dishonnest.

Panorama for the Sea.

No Baby bed ensured. No beer, no drink offered at Restaurant. Not enough hot water in the manual boiler for a family. No drinkable water from the system. Not enough WC paper. We were not informed about these things.

Exceptional

The premise is nice, on top of a hill with a great sea view and a nice pool area for lounge. The studios are big enough for a family with 2 kids but I recommend an apartment, the difference in price is not so big. Keep in mind that the studios are located in the same building were the pool is, very close to breakfast area and you have side sea view. The wi-fi is great, the entire premise is covered by quality wi-fi. We traveled 3 families, we had 3 studios for 7 nights, due to some untorturable and personal issues one of the families had to leave after only 3 days, the manager was very understanding and they paid only for those 3 days without any penalties.

We had no cleaning products, but I think that this could be solve easily, we shared what we need with our friends so we have not asked for them. The breakfast is very poor, each morning are 2 types of breakfast and you can choice but we skipped the breakfast one or 2 days due to quality. The pool water is very cold, most of the time is in shadow, my recommendation for the manager is to invest in a warming system for this great pool, definitely will help, the pool are is the biggest plus for this property.
