A great location with good breakfast, these outweighed the tiny room offer.

The location was exceptional and the breakfast was great. the bar was open in the evening and the staff very helpful with advice on what to see or do.

The room was tiny, comfortable but tiny.

Good place but the room was way too small

Kindness of the staff and the fact that everything was clean at all times. The location was also perfect to start all day trips.

The room - with a double bed - was too small. There was no room to put your bag, nor to place your clothes or other belongings. Only by moving the bed and some small furniture, I was able to put bag and clothes on the ground next to the bed.

Wonderful

The hotel is within easy walking distance of our Viking Jupiter Crusie Ship in the Harbour. The entire staff was helpful in every way. Very nice selection for breakfast. Fresh coffee is available 24 hours a day.

We like everything about the hotel and staff and highly recommend it.

Nice Hotel and staff, rooms are not big

The hotel has an excelent location. It is really easy to get to a bus or the tram. It is also at the base of Floyen. The staff was really helpfull at all the moments that I needed, it is noticible that they are willing to help and do a good job. For people enjoying the city the hotel is great.

The rooms are on the small size, there is no space to hang your shirts. There is also no space to work on your notebook other than the bed or the bar downstairs.

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was small, but the furnishings and decor were top quality. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff members we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing. extremely poor and cheap management. I had a situation that I needed accommodation and it was declined. when I called the hotel property, the lady told me “it’s not my problem” - which is extremely rude. also, today in the morning, I saw a lady getting bread during breakfast when it opened at 7am, however, one of the front desk lady’s, tall with black glasses, removed her plate from the lady’s hands (guest) which made her clearly embarrassed. this hotel is the worst in terms of customer respect, value and appreciation.

Christina at the reception is gold! She helped us in many ways e.g. with road trip plans. Always helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious (superior) Breakfast was good

Towels were quite small Nothing to wipe the wet floor in bathroom nor extra towel to put as a carpet

Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Room was small but bed was comfy and facilities were good.

For me breakfast could be improved. Eggs were on a hot plate but went cold by the time I got to the table. No beans, tomatoes or other good hot options for vegetarians but if you’re happy with a continental breakfast, this would suit you as there was lots more choice.

Great location, highly recommended.

Fabulous location, very nice breakfast, very clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would like to single out one of the employees — a young woman named Christina, or perhaps Kristina, who was remarkably helpful as well as being cheerful and friendly. She made our stay even better through her recommendations, directions and advice, and she helped us locate a missing tablet in the Oslo airport. She is a real treasure!

Our single rooms were very small even by European standards, and we could have used more places to put things. It was difficult to find room to open a suitcase all the way. We didn’t see the double rooms; perhaps they are larger.
