Emplacement, design, propreté et surtout le petit déjeuner
Le non respect du client lorsque vous vous apercevez que l'on vous a donné une chambre avec des problèmes de chauffage connus (un sauna malgré l'ouverture des fenêtres) puis un changement le lendemain pour une petite chambre bruyante donnant sur un axe routier (fenêtres défectueuses et donc mal isolées) et surtout faisant la moitié de la précédente. Le tout en disant que l(hôtel est complet alors que l'on trouve toujours des chambres sur leur site et pour laquelle nous recevons comme réponse que le site n'est pas à jour !!

Accoglienza appena arrivati pessima!stanze piccole ed eccessivamente calde. Bagno piccolo e scomodo da usare. Ascensori lenti e mal Funzionanti. Colazione scarsa, in un ambiente piccolo, molto affollato. Le stoviglie spesso non erano pulite ed il cibo mancava. Ambiente sempre caldo!Unica nota positiva la posizione: comoda vicino alla fermata della metro. Assolutamente non vi è equilibrio tra prezzo e servizi.

Everything was perfect. Our room was wooow, we have panorama windows, and all room was very nice designed.
What was bad ,(but it was not your problem, that it was very hard to find you with car, because off city traffic restoration . And maybe one more thing, about breakfast. :) you need to think about more choise food ,like (pancakes) ar some children's food.

Wasnt as expected and as it was shown on the web
The gym was not on property and was a 5 mins walk away and wasnt free. As mentioned on booking.com The parking was away too and paid too. And very confusing i got a fine because of the confusion.

Very comfy beds! Bergen city center is a 25min walk away. Private parking in garage (not free) very close to the hotel.
There was a sewer smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us much near the bed but it was pretty bad when you opened the bathroom door.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast room. I liked the size of the room we stayed in.
0he hotel is mainly oriented for people traveling by car. From the light rail transport stop it is difficult to find the hotel. The reading lights did not work. We requested a transfer to. a room with a double bed. Our request was accepted. We were told that we would be transferred to a room with a double bed and better view which wasn't the case. The toom had 2 twin beds pushed together. Not withi walking distance to city centre although quick access via light rail transport. Above all we were reserved a single room and were told upon arrival ( arriving close to midnight after having difficulty finding the hotel) that we would need to pay an exttra NK800 for our 3 night stay.
