Defectos fisicos mejorables

La ubicación genial. Estaba limpio y cómodo en general

La humedad del baño. Olía mucho aunq se pusiera el deshumidificador . Ducha pequeña para una familia . No había donde colgar las toallas y había un store roto por lo que en la noche entraba la luz de fuera. Ademas de que la cerradura estaba rota. La llave no funcionaba. Menos mal q el pin iba bien.

The location, facilities, space, WiFi, the proper fridge, hot plates, toster, washing machine

The mattress was a bit hard for me, but for my wife it was fine. The floor is wooden, so if someone walking upstairs you may hear a bit.

Great location, fresh spacious apartment

Easy checkin and check out. lovely clean spacious studio apartment. Excellent location within Porto. Easy walking distance to many popular sites and areas. Felt very safe. Owner friendly and helpful.

Disappointing apartment in a good location

The central location was great. The kitchen was simple but was fine.

We rented the ground floor apartment and are very disappointed. The flat smells really bad, like an old cellar. The street and the upstairs flats are very loud, you'll hear construction noise and a lot of showering/flushing. The shower is mouldy, the towel was dirty, there was leftover food in the fridge and generally the apartment just wasn't clean enough.

Tolerable but will not choose it again to stay

Location was good but the neighborhood was not so good

There was a constraction behind the building and they started working at 8.00 in the morning. There were no sound instillation so not possible to sleep. Also you easily hear the steps of the neighbors upstairs and the stairways. The bed was at the entrance door.

Good option for a couple of nights

Great location to explore city by walking. We found everything we needed in our studio. It was clean, bright and cozy.

Heard upstairs neighbours quite clearly. No garage parking.

Flat for adults

The location was good. Kitchen adequate. Good shower pressure. Bed adequate for two people.

Only 2 towels for 3 people! Extra blanket didn't smell clean. We were expected to share bed with my two year old, which if the bed had been bigger that wouldn't have been a problem. So we were told that we could use the sofa bed free of charge. It feels like these places simply don't cater for young children. Would be good to write this somewhere in the apartment description )not suitable for young children).

The location was good , it was very easy to walk around

it was really noisy , the toilet door was squeaky everytime someone walks upstairs , the aircon didn’t work properly ,

Good location for short stay

The property was clean and the location was excellent.

The property had a musty, sewer smell when we would come back every day and the kitchen sink was broken and very awkward to use! We did mention it to the host and they did offer to fix it. The host told us they hadn’t noticed it when at the apartment and it must have been broken by the last people who were there. We told the host it was not necessary just staying for a few days and not using it a lot. However, after reading the reviews a little closer it seems the tap and smell have been mentioned before but had still not been addressed. Hope for the next person they are. The property had a lot going for it for a short stay.

A good stay with limitations

Secure and location perfect for all central areas to explore on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious, light and airy, and modern. Comfy bed. Close to local shops, bars and a big supermarket. The washing machine was very useful.

Located in a narrow street - entrance hard to locate and parking a nightmare. Very loose kitchen tap and broken toilet seat - although we were assured these would be fixed for next occupant. Having no bedside tables was very annoying (where to put books, watches etc) and the bed is set in an alcove (getting in and out awkward).

Great Stay

Had a great stay at Formosa flats. Really enjoyed the apartment and it was in such a great location, super close and central to all main things we wanted to see while in Porto! The apartment was extremely clean and was well equipped. Nice and modern apartment with great facilities including washing machine, fridge, stove etc.. Also the stairs and entrance area seems newly renovated and decorated which feels nice and fresh.

We had abit of trouble with the washing machine as it didn’t work for a bit at the start, however our host was quick to reply and came up with possible solutions to the problem. We were able to get it working. When we arrived the floor was still soaked from being freshly mopped so we walked in and it became dirty again which suggested maybe they weren’t ready for us at the time of check in - however this shows that they do a thorough job of cleaning so not really an issue, more just worth noting. It is also a little bit noisy, with outside noises eg regular buses as well as hearing creaks and noises of upstairs neighbours walking around, however we were given earplugs at the beginning of our stay to accomodate for this. Also the toaster didn’t work, but small issue that is easily fixed. Overall, we had a great stay, just a few things that should be mentioned, host is great and replies promptly!

It's a trap, don't book!

The location

I think this flat is total trap. I booked it because I had 50% discount with Genius, but even with discount it wasn't worth the money. I was expecting a big, decent flat, which wasn't the case. The place is small (about 30m2), there's nothing special about it, and they've just put one towel for two guests. The only decent advantage is the location. I've never wrote a bad review on Booking, but I was truly disappointed.

Would recommend!

The location was great - within 10 minute walk to the river. There was laundry which was also great.

For one of the days, we walked in and the apartment smelled a bit like sewer. It went away and wasn’t too bad after that!

Great location, very responsive hosts, has AC. The apartment size is great for 2 people looking to explore Porto as it's right by city center.

The street outside can be noisy. The host has a bunch of ear plugs, so use them!

Well equipped and good communication of / with the host. Located not far from downtown area and train / metro station.

Located on a small but busy street with traffic noise. There was noise from a fan that apparently ran in another apartment. The fume hood emitted smell when someone was cooking somewhere else in the building.

Cute, central and great quality for value!

Really cute apartment, exactly like the pictures. When we first got there, you could tell they just cleaned it. Smelled great and everything looked tidy. The apartment is at top of the street, so it's a bit of a hike, coming from the center, but location is actually amazing. Super central and close to everything. José was very nice, making sure everything went well. Would definitely book again!

the flat has a fairly nice design and all the facilities are working.

we were given the room on the ground floor which had direct windows to the street and we couldnt really let them open bc of the smog and dirt coming from the street. the circulation and airflow is an issue in this apartment.

Very good

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Good amenities in the kitchen including coffee maker and washing machine.

Mold in toilet/shower. Toaster not working. Limited places to put items in bathroom - either extra hooks or a shelf would be nice.

very noisy: street noise, as well as poor sound insulation from neighboring rooms (there were earplugs in the room). I think it would be great to leave some washing powder for guests in the apartment where there is a washing machine
