An excelent value place!

Location, cleanliness

Temperature in Mexico city was very high on this day. The room offered a fan, but couldn’t get yhe room to cool down. Not the hotel’s fault, as pretty rare conditions in Mexico!

The attention it's the best.

Hernan, the guy in Reception is a very gentle and attentive person, top treatment.

It was a bit Dirty, below the bed.

治安の良いエリアにあったので夜も出歩く事ができた。

wifiが繋がらない。ベットのシーツが汚れていてシャカシャカ音がするので寝心地が悪い。室内が暑い。少し湿気のある臭さもある。

Estar en CDMX inmensa desde el remanso de una casita.

Es un hotel pequeño, así que no hay un tránsito alto de personas. Por la mañana se oyen pájaros, hay un entrada de aire y luz que permite el paso del canto de las aves por la mañana, eso me encanta. Está limpio y el personal es muy amable. Hay muy buena conexión a la internet.

La habitación que me correspondió no tiene ninguna ventanita que de a algún afuera, entonces un par de ocasiones que tuve que quedarme a atender una actividad en línea me sentí encerrada, pero no es algo grave porque la idea no era pasar mucho rato en la habitación.

Great location, nice room, and most of the staff was great.

I had an early flight and asked for a taxi and a wake-up call, and the receptionist confirmed it, but forgot to alert his colleague. Also, someone keeps smoking in the back yard, so unless you close your window, your room will smell like smoke.

very good location, nice bars and restaurants and street food stands nearby

quite noisy, most windows face the same shaft so that you can hear almost everything from the other rooms and bathrooms. windows can not be opened all the way. no air conditioning.

Good price and great location for the hotel

The room cleaning could really improve, beddings and pillow cases all look kinda greyish, not sure how clean they are. The floor sometimes are dusty, maybe the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job day in and day out. Also noise control - the whole neighborhood gets quite loud in the evenings and at nights, not to mention you hear almost every movement on the entire hotel floor, so earplugs are a must!

The bathroom was too small that when I was bathing myself, all the bathroom was wet and slippy, there was no air conditioner, by the way be careful when turning on TV there are adult channels with no restriction.

Great spot to stay to start exploring CDMX

Excellent location. Loads of bars, restaurants, shops, library, around it. ( From cheap to fancy). Felt very safe day and night. Great value for money. Simple rooms with nice beds, many plugs, desk and chair. Water fountain in the corridor which is great. Helpful staff.

Could improve cleanliness. Bedsheets would really need changing. They seemed clean but stained from overuse. Not the best look. That said I would go back.

Exceeded our expectation for what we paid for.

Very good location and area. El churros just downstairs. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. We walked 8 mins to next area Doctores for metro. Hotel is clean and tidy, quiet at night, comfortable bed.

Porn channel on TV and no window to see outside at all.

Great place to stay in Roma area

Everything. Staff very helpful. Good value for Roma area.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear the noise from other guests. Didn't really bother me, but not so good for light sleepers.

This is my second stay at this hotel, even had the same room as the first time. I will be back again

Good value for money. And clean. It is not a mega hotel and therefore you get to know the reception staff well. The location is a tourist area in Roma North, and an easy Uber ride away from the historical centre of Mexico City. Try the fresh Churros on the corner near this hotel. Many diverse restaurants to choose from in walking distance.

Fine option for exploring CDMX

The location is great. Also, the room is good value for money. Good choice for a couple of days in CDMX. We took the metro at Nino Heroes to other areas. There is a fixed locker for storing your valuables. There is room service for fair prices.

You will need earplugs to sleep. There is a lot of noise from other guests. The first two days we heard non stop moaning throughout the building. It was like someone was making an adult movie. Apparently rooms can also be booked per hour. After these two nights it became more quiet and we saw more families. There is no check on who enters the building, anyone can enter and take the stairs up right away.

very central, very nice friendly helpful staff who were quick to respond. water coolers on each floor a nice touch

the internal rooms had obscured windows which had hardly any natural light as they looked into a strange small opening. I felt slightly claustrophobic. pillows were a bit high and hard for me

too noisy

the location is very good

we stay in the room 100, it is close to the reception, super noisy throughout the night! I cannot fall into sleep in this room, people talk and walk around the reception whole night! and this room is face to the main street, super noisy as well. Crazy.

The location was great. Many food options nearby and safe area for a solo traveler.

The hotel is very noisy. Many nights I was awakened by loud talking and banging in the hallways. Also, the wifi is not always reliable.
