Clean, nice hotel in city center

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and warm bed, very clean room, complimentary waters and juice, very close to train station.

Trains were heard from the room all day and night. (This was not a major issue, and worth it to be so close to the station.)

Great centrally located hotel with spacious rooms

The hotel was very centrally located in the city just a few blocks from all the activities with easy access to the train station. The hotel was very clean with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. We particularly liked our room layout as we were staying there with 2 kids. The breakfast was pretty standard for a small hotel. We’ll highly recommend this hotel.

Super comfortable stay

We like the room the beds were very comfortable ( sofa cum bed can be better not bad though ok ok ). Refreshments in fridge were complimentary that was nice & morning coffee too at the restaurant . Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and also provided plug converter for entire stay . Bus stop is just round the corner about 100mtrs . There is an amazing Indian restaurant near by ( suggested by a gentleman at front front desk ) also for vegetarians tidbits restaurant at the railway station is awesome and you can catch the bus for it right next to the hotel.

It's a bit cramped up for 3 people because we had 3 pieces of luggage . It's good for a couple though. I didn't like the smell of the toiletries provided . A little bit noisy in the day time because of the close proximity of railway station but not much.

Great hotel, walking distance to the centre.

Very good, friendly service. Room was clean and tidy. Location was great. You get a bus pass for free.

If you come with car there's an extra charge for parking, but at least there is parking.

Nice but night staff needs to be more knowledgeable

The shutters over the windows were awesome! The guy manning the front desk from Turkey when I arrived was excellent, very kind / welcoming.

After a very late night/early morning I had forgotten the breakfast hours and the night staff told me the wrong breakfast hours, so I missed it.

Comfortable room and bed, pretty quiet part of the city, all needed amenities were provided, and property is easily accessible from train station. The hotel provided me a Lucerne visitor card with access to transportation, free wifi in the city, and discounts to area attractions. Very friendly and hospitable front desk staff

I would stay here again

The accommodation was excellent the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant Bolero. Advertised as one of the best. I was disappointed. The water glass was chipped and food was just average.

it was able to accommodate 3 adults & was perfect for us as a hub to take day trips using the train.

we loved our stay everything was super good. service and staff were very friendly. rooms are very clean !!

the only negative thing is the noises around this area, its very noisy at night as there is a bar located across the street.

Nice stay in a descent hotel

A good hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety.

Room somewhat small, a little too expensive relative to value, even is Swiss.
