Remek lokáció

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes a túristák számára (autó nélkül), minden elérhető sétálva. A személyzet kellemes és segítőkész.

A szobánk egy belső udvarra nézett, ami felerősítette a hangokat, néha nagyon zajos volt. Nem a fotókon látható berendezésű szobát kaptunk, egyszerűbb, de tiszta volt a szoba.

Hotel skvělý, krásný.. ale čistota pokoje odporná.

Úklid by se měl zlepšit. Strašně zaprašeno!!!, koupelna celá plesniva. Zrcadlo, umyvadlo vůbec není leštěný. Není žádné mydlo,šampon. Televize nefunguje.. na recepci bylo řečeno že přijde technik. Ten do konce pobytu se neukázal.

Sehr gute Lage im Hinblick auf Stadtzentrum.

Lage super, weil zentral. Zimmer ok, ruhig. Frühstück im Hotel nicht eingenommen.

Läget, skön säng.

Fyra stjärnor?! Underdimensionerad hiss och opålitlig hiss som dessutom inte går till våningsplan utan till halv trapp. Rejält skitigt på rummet, snuskigt. Tändkrämsrester i handfatet, tjockt med damm lite var stans, kletigt/skitig handdukstork, skitig toalettstol, trasig dusch slang etc. Detta sunk/snusk beror inte på något tillfälligt städ slarv då smutsen var ingrodd. Inget kaffe på rummet. Ett hotell som skriker snålhet budget. Nästan provocerande illa.

Soha többet nem foglalunk itt!

Nagyon jó helyen van.

Több szobában nem volt az ágy áthúzva. A hűtőszekrényben romlott étel bűzölgött. A légkondícionáló berendezés nem működött. Volt olyan szobánk amelyikben csak kilépő törülközőt találtunk. A reggeli kritikán aluli! A joghurt lejárt a tojás meg volt zápulva! Nulla higiénia! A hölgy puszta kézzel pakolászta előttünk a felvágottakat. Semmiből sem volt elegendő mennyiségű és a kávégép folyton elromlott!

No alcanzó a lo esperado.

Desayuno importante en cantidad pero algo escaso en calidad de producto. Habitación y baño adecuados .

El confort de la cama , la limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general,inadecuado servicio de cambio de sábanas y toallas. Poca atención a los detalles de las mucamas . Falta de traducción/idiomas extranjeros en el televisor,sin entretenimientos adicionales.

Absolutely fantastic the hotel location added to how amazing our stay in Prague was.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It was so central and closely located to any possible monuments you would want to visit in Prague. As a group of girls travelling for a girls trip it was also walking distance to any food bars or clubs which made us feel so safe leaving and coming home each night. I could not fault it it was perfectly located. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and the access to the hotel felt very secure at night especially.

Nothing. I have no faults about our stay here.

Very disappointed with breakfast quality, not as pictured and advertised by the venue.

The room was up to my standards, very clean and comfortable. The elevator and reserved parking was a plus. Excellent location.

The breakfast was much worse than what photographs show in the gallery. It’s bellow any standards. The quality is very poor and so is the selection of items. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to stay for exactly that reason. I think there are other hotels nearby with better breakfast options.

non ce era sapone livello di Hotel 4 stella non ce era servizio dopo alle 22.00 la sala di collazione non era aperta ,non ce era restaurante aperto non ce era servizio in camera ,la stanza era molto stretta ,non ce era specchio adatto per vedere come sono vestito non ce erano mappa stampata per dimostrare la zona dove possiamo girare :

Very nice place to stay. Middle of the Old Town. With better breakfast - just perfect!

Excellent location - the Charles Bridge is just around the corner. Big and clean room. Crazy Old Town view from 3rd floor window. Very friendly staff.

Not matched expectation and price

The location is awesome just 3-4 mins from Charles Bridge.

Breakfast - Breakfast was not available at/before 9.30 once, also the quality of breakfast is not at all acceptable. There were Omlets and 1 Type of Sausage and some cakes from groceries, which were cut and kept there, and some fruits. Lift is not accessible directly from the reception, you need to climb steps to catch lifts Cleanliness - The staircases were dusty and it looked like not cleaned after the construction work No Intercom / Phone inside the room The hotel is under partial renovation or some construction was going on in the Hotel so that they could offer lower rates but it was not the case

Location is AMAZING and PERFECT, old building but clean and nice hotel.

The only thing is there is some stairs before the elevator so consider that if you are with kids.

Cute but neglected

The building had so much character. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Towne. The room had very good air conditioning and decent elevator. Breakfast was good, but they don't have warmers to keep eggs or cooked meats warm. Espresso machine is temperamental, always overflowed, needs calibrated. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful...if not for them, I would have switched hotels. They tried to make things right, but some things are owners neglect.

The bathroom was disgusting, moldy shower, the sink & shower didn't drain. Maintenance came, but didn't fix the issue as you would expect. Not my thing to stand in 2 inches of water in the shower. Carpets in the room didn't feel like they are vacuumed. Towels smelled old, like after you forget them in the washer overnight by accident. They don't have key cards, so there's only 1 key for our room and.....1 key to get into hotel after they close, so good luck coordinating 2 people with different eating & drinking habits. Value was ok, but just a nasty hotel...felt like a old Sleep Inn kinda quality. We weren't expecting 5 star, but this was barely a 2 star.

My whole experience was a bad experience to staying at this hotel. I requested a specific room, and I communicated with the hotel, and I got confirmation about my room, but when I checked in, I got a different room. Also, nothing was working properly in the room. Water, for taking a shower was warm more towards cold water. Also, Water was leaking from sealing(several different spots )in the restroom area. When I called the reception, the person in front dest completely ignored me and said thats ok, still you can use the restroom. Although water was literally leaking above my head at the restroom but he said you can still use the restroom. I asked for air-condition, and they said air-condition is not working. Although, I was making sure to check air-condition at the time of reservation on the website. Their website mentioned that the hotel has air-condition. Air-conditioned was my main reason to change my hotel. Overal very very very, very, poor customer service, facilities and very bad experience to stay at this hotel. The only advantage was the location.
