Very nice hotel, good experience will book again

Nice hotel, very helpful staff,

View from one window was a church in construction, at the other window was a block of flats. Garage not suitable for larger vans, and not enough spaces to park in.

Enjoyable stay I will return in future.

Overall the place is clean and accessible the breakfast was excellent the restaurant is good and clean the staff were very friendly.

The room I stayed in was very hot three nights average 25c this is with no air conditioning or heating on I had to open the window to get some sleep I have asked at the reception and was told they had faulty air conditioning the room was clean most but a big yogurt stain patch on the carpet floor left uncleaned.

Everything was perfect, including the view from the window...not to mention the free parking

It definitely exceeded my expectations! You can find a very varied range of products, including for vegetarians!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel! Nog voor je ingecheckt bent helpen ze je al verder met een glimlach. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en van een kwalitatief goed niveau. Ook in het restaurant kan je heerlijk eten aan een zeer betaalbare prijs. De kamer is netjes en bevat alle functionaliteiten. De bushalte is op 2 minuten wandelen van het hotel en op 10 minuten rijden sta je al aan de opera.

Hoewel er in de beschrijving staat dat je eigen (bad)kamer over een sauna beschikt, is dit niet het geval! Er is voor het hele hotel 1 sauna ter beschikking in de kelderverdieping, maar die staat niet continu aan (en er zijn nergens 'openingsuren' te vinden). Dus we moesten altijd op goed geluk gaan kijken of hij aan stond en vrij was, dat was best jammer. Wat ons het meest stoorde was het vierkante toilet in de eigen kamer, dit zit zeer oncomfortabel! Het parkeren is gratis maar er zijn bovengronds niet zoveel plaatsen (zeker niet als er activiteiten zijn in het buisiness centre). Onder het hotel is wel een ondergrondse parking maar die raak je niet in 1 beweging in of uit, je moet er 180° draaien maar hebt er eigenlijk de plaats niet voor. Daarnaast staan er heel wat spullen in opgeborgen waardoor het aantal vrije parkeerplaatsen ook daar beperkt is... Maar uiteindelijk zijn dit allemaal maar details, we hebben er een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Customer service. I was charged twice for the stay, via booking and at the hotel. This can happen of course, but the customer service with regards to the resolution of the issue was at the very low level.

All-in-all everything was very good. The room, the staff, the breakfast...and especially the speaker in the bathroom. I didn't know that this was missing from my life :)) Great job and recommend it for everyone visiting Cluj.

Price vs quality- needs improvement

Large rooms and bathrooms, very quiet, comfortable beds.

The maintenance on the building and in the rooms needs to be improved, the shower head was leaking, the curtains were torn on the upper fixing side, the cover on the bed had dried up stains on it.The visible roof from my window had not been cleaned of fallen/thrown away garbage.
