very nice staff who take time for their visitors and speak many languages. They also have a nice parking garage and outdoor parking spaces.

It is a beautiful building with history and class but everything modern, functional!

Breakfast was plentiful and all you could need and relaxed atmosphere and beautiful room. Friendly staff brought an extra full pot of coffee on request!

Was disappointed there was no access to the wellness facilities but staff offered a balcony when disappointment expressed..

The room was very spacious, sparkling clean, which is the most important for us. The bed was very comfy. Excellent location too, close to the port and restaurants.

Luke warm coffee . Burnt croissant Overripe fruit 9am for breakfast …..Buffett allowed to almost run out of food … long wait to replenish …..eventually brown bread but no white ! Extremely poor !

Great location

Needs updating right away. Peeling wallpaper, faulty grout in the shower, hallways smell like mold, WIFI is terrible. The room is very hot (even with AC). The room is VERY dark. Wall are painted chocolate brown. Really? we are seaside. NO pool! No view. Please choose somewhere else.

proximity to town hall as very close. away from noisy sea front. friendly Italian staff, gave good ideas for days/evenings & approachable.

lovely hotel, excellent location to Rapallo. staff were lovely and helpful, especially the waiters. the hotel couldn’t do enough for you. breakfast was excellent and dinner in the evening was amazing. rooms clean and tidy and hotel was a close walk to beach. 5* hotel, second time staying here and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our three night stay.

Perfect location. Clean. Great breakfast buffet.

Bathroom small and a little outdated. Ask for a quiet room in the back. Beds are uncomfortable. Would not stay more than three nights.

definitely will visit again, super friendly the front desk staff

Classic, gave me an impression of going back in time when I entered my room. In the same time, both the room and the bathroom had every indication of being carefully upgraded to modern standard with preserving historic landmark facility feel - very neat

at the time I was visited there was a road construction in the front of the hotel, sure it was a temporary inconvenience

OK, but...

We chose this hotel for its location (stayed for one night), which is good. They have an underground parking (convenient. but extra pay). The room was good, but air-conditioning was noisy and some electrical fittings were loose- not to be expected at this level of hotel. Breakfast was OK.
