Aceptable

Desayuno bueno. Deberían poner opción de frutas, muchas harinas Muy tranquilo, buena ubicación, con kioskos, supermercados y casas de comida muy cerca. Buen WiFi y los chicos muy amables.

Claramente el hotel fue muy bueno hace muchos años. Ahora no está cuidado, de 4 ascensores solo funcionaba 1 o 2.. Paredes sucias, no vale lo que pague. Las llaves de los cuartos se viven desmagnetizando.. Todo un problema si estas alojado en pisos altos. Hay q volver a recepción todo el tiempo.

Excellent location, clean and great staff. They are very friendly and helpfull

Bien pero con muchos detalles que tener en cuenta.

El tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno y el Wifi, la ubicacion todo aceptable, pero hay que ver la reseña de lo que no me gusto, eso es importante (leanlo). Rescato que son habitaciones grandes con balcon y cuando solo recerve una cama me dieron 3 y un sofa cama.

Ojo! para los Argentinos, al precio publicado te cobran el Impuesto Pais del 35% ¿? somos argentinos en argentina pagando en pesos argentinos, eso es una avivada horrible, por otro lado algo muy malo es que mi habitacion tenia el televisor (chico) pero no tenia cable, prendias la tele y te decia que el cliente (osea el hotel) no pago la suscripcion entonces no se podia ver la tele.

El colchón, almohadas y sábanas.

Todo el resto. Habitaciones con humedad, sucias, en mal estado. La cochera te cobran y no hay suficiente lugar para todos los autos. La TV funcionaba un solo canal y el tamaño era un monitor. No tenía caja de seguridad. Entre otras cosas

Lo único más o menos rescatable era la ubicación

Está muy venido a menos las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas pero las camas son súper incómodas colchones súper viejos , al igual que la ropa de cama ! Hay un frigobar pero no anda por lo tanto no podes enfriar o conservar absolumange nada ! El internet anda mal , y el agua caliente demora mucho en salir ! Las teles son súper chicas y viejas ! La piscina no estaba habilitada un día de súper calor !!!

Terrible. Fui 1 dia y no recomiendo pasar ahi ni 10 minutos.

Todo lo demás. Nos hicieron esperar demás para el Check in pero despues no nos dieron ni 5 minutos para el Check out. Las recepcionistas del turno manana con muy mala onda TODO EL TIEMPO, incluso dejaron a dos chicas atascadas en el ascensor sin que a ellas les importara nada. Pesimas personas. El hotel parece un hospital de los anos 1900s. Todo viejo, con olor a desinfectante barato, con muebles y electrodomesticos viejos, toma corrientes sueltos, un peligro. La frutilla del postre, como comenté, dos chicas se quedaron atrapadas en el ascensor como 30 minutos, un ascensor que en cualquier momento se cae a pedazos, y cuando le informamos a las recepcionistas nos contestaron "alguien las va a ayudar en algun momento", como si fuera algo de todos los dias. En el desayuno, te hacen hacer una fila enorme para decirle a una empleada, tambien mala onda, qué medialunas queres, en vez de servirlas y hacerlo estilo americano. 20 minutos para buscarme una medialuna. 48 lucas para esta experiencia. No se, diganme si les parece que vale la pena.

it’s good value for money and the location is great.

The place could do with an overall upgrade. Moldy walls in the hallways, and the toilet in my room was broken. The elevator was very old and didn’t seem serviced very recently..I took the stairs as it was tiny and pretty terrifying. That said, for the price it’s a great hotel for a one night stopover.

Don’t expect much

Location. It’s really the only thing I liked. Staff is helpful but not fantastic. Not much else to add

It was not at all what we expected. For starters they charge you more than what you booked the room for and they tell you it’s because booking doesn’t add the tax, but they didn’t actually informed us before check in. Facilities are in terrible shape and poorly maintained. Lobby toilets are broken and have no lock. Showers full of old grime. Breakfast was decent but toast was old and cold, juice was not squeezed etc etc. Had to argue with staff at a later stay because they quoted me a price and then tried to increase the price at check in. We finally got to an agreement but it wasn’t a great experience.

the location in Palermo, the outdoor pool, friendly and helpful reception staff.

our room seemed a bit tired, door to deckchair sized balcony was broken, we couldn’t reliably get the room safe to work and only 1 of the 3 lifts appeared to be working making it difficult for the housekeeping staff and guests at higher levels than us.

The room was not dirty but the rest was. Wifi is terrible. The bathroom not nice, specially the shower. The elevators did not work properly. We had a mini freadge at the room that didnt cool anything.

The location is good. The breakfast was ok as well

In general the hotel is very outdated. It looks like the most of the things there were not repeared for ages. Wifi was not working for the 90% of time that I was there. Lack of common commodities like, for example, drinking water in room. It's totally doesn't meet the price you pay for it
