Für einen Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet

Lage des Hotels fußläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Frühstück ausreichend aber übersichtlich Der Innenhof zum Frühstücken war schön groß, es passen 15 Tische hinein und es war ein Netz gespannt, um von den Vögeln verschont zu werden. Lift in alle Etagen vorhanden

Dusche nur 70x70 cm Die Pflege der Blumen im Innenhof sehr mangelhaft. Ohne Wasser gehen Pflanzen leider ein. So sahen diese auch aus.

Zeer goed voor de 2 nachten die we er verbleven voor de Biennale, zeer centraal gelegen.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid, zeer vers en werd continu bijgevuld. De koffiemachines waren performant genoeg om snel, lekkere koffie te zetten. Buiten kunnen eten op het binnenplein was een meevaller !

De isolatie op de gangen en in de kamers : als één iemand boven, naast of onder je wakker is en nog rondloopt en praat, dan hoor je alles. Tenminste... als je een lichte slaper bent.

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan.

Erinomainen sijainti suhteessa alueen nähtävyyksiin. Hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella paikalla. Hotelli oli siisti. Huoneessa ilmastointi ja jääkaappi.

Sisustus erittäin vanhanaikainen ja yksinkertainen. Aamupala ok, olisi kaivannut suomalaisittain jotain vihreää esim.salatti, tomaatti tai kurkku.

Gresat location, affordable, don't expect too much - you get what you pay for

location is perfect and at this price during this time of the year - you get what you pay for - and thats fine.

I was on the thrid floor - rooms are hot (April) AC didn't work (not yet), but also my request to check if something can be done, was acknowledged, but not followed up on

朝ごはん。ピスタチオを練り込んだクロワッサン，ヨーグルトが特に美味しかった｡街の奥に位置するためヴェネツィアらしい雰囲気を味わえる。逆に荷物を持っての移動はなかなか大変になるからそれを苦にする人にはお勧めしない｡

Bardzo przyjemny hotel na krotki pobyt

bardzo czysto w pokoju jak i calym hotelu, zestaw kosmetykow, przestronna lazienka. Bardzo dobre sniadanie o dogodnych porach. Pomocny personel

Nawigacja googole maps niestety ma spore probelmy z dokladnoscia w uliczkach wenecji stad dotarcie na miejsce nie jest takie proste. Poza tym, wszystko bylo w jak najlepszym porzadku.

Reasonable value for money in an city well known for expensive accomodation, but not comfortable

Booking was easy, not expensive for Venice, inclusion of breakfast was good. Having a refrigerator was good. Daily room service was appreciated, air-conditioning and wifi worked well

Room was small, double bed small, , reduced availability of powerpoints in the bedroom area. Reading light and bedside table only on one side of the double bed. Other side of bed had no where to put valuables and no reading light. Mosquitos regularly in the room at night, no insect spray provided to manage.

Perfect central location

This location was absolutely perfect. From the train I took the water bus to the Accademia Bridge walked over and just a few minutes to the hotel. I felt very safe and access to everything was perfect from this location. The courtyard was quite special and breakfast was very good. The room I had was small but good for me. I would stay again.

I would have like it to be cleaner in the bathroom...moldy in spots and the floor needed cleaning.

Good location, clean, functional room.

Some staff were not very helpful, one went out of his way to help us with a room problem, the others gave limited assistance when asked a question which meant we had to go and find assistance outside the hotel, it was like we were bothering them.

The staff in the reception was really rude. They try to sell us another addirional room because of my 7 years old child, which we did not even ask additional bed or anything. They charged me 60 euros just for her.

Clean and safe. Loved the location. Breakfast was plentiful.

Cheap, clean, greatly located and friendly!

Virtually everything except for the breakfast.

The breakfast. The variety of choice was okay for the money, but I thought everything tasted weird. Not expired or anything, just really strange. For example, a boiled egg tasted more like a highly concentrated ball of salami. In any case, it did not affect my experience and I gave the place a 10.

Superb

Fantastic location, close to everything but very quiet at night. Room had all amenities necessary and was confortable. Breakfast in the garden or breakfast room was excellent.

great location and breakfast

centrally located, we had each a single room with a small bed, and a private bath similar to a dorm room. extremely clean, the staff is very attentive. I think it is run by nuns. the breakfast was excellent, many delicious types o pastries and coffees close to the vaporetto station

small shower but that is the norm in Europe. plenty of hot water, no complaints

centrally located. comfortable and friendly reception staff always saying hello. Cleaners make up room every day. The male breakfast staff was very friendly, there were no eggs so I asked for it. Even though he could not understand he used his phone to translate and bought out boiled eggs for us.

The female breakfast staff was rude. I had a leftover croissant on my plate so decided to wrap it up in a tissue to take with me as I don’t like to waste food and I’m sure they would have binned it as it was my leftovers. The female staff came over and started yelling at me in her language, she sounded annoyed and was pointing at the croissant. Even though I didn’t fully understand the language it was obvious that she was telling me off for taking 1 croissant, I was really embarrassed as this made everyone look at me.

v.friendly and helpful staff, esp the male receptionists. excellent standard of cleanliness, rooms were basic but comfortable.

tea/coffee facilities would have been most welcome, esp after navigating to the hotel which is located in a good location, but difficult to find for a first time visitor.

Enjoyed our stay!

Facility was nice, staff were friendly, and breakfast was great (lots of selection and very tasty)! Room was small but perfect for a couple nights of travelling!

Bathroom shower was small and tight getting into (door was very very narrow). We arrived in the dark and found the location slightly tough to find.
