Overall, it was a decent accommodation for the price.

The view from the hotel rooftop was great, and its proximity to the main road was convenient. The family room was quite cramped, but considering the price, it wasn't too bad. Additionally, the breakfast, cooked in traditional Moroccan style, felt genuinely prepared with care.

However, the hotel owner came across as too abrupt and unfriendly. Most accommodations in Morocco tend to have dark rooms, and Kasbah Valentine was no exception.

Le plus mauvais hébergement de 2 semaines au Maroc. Très mauvais accueil et ne mérite pas de tenir un hébergement.il a même refusé de nous servir du thé même en payant.

L accueil que j ai trouvé très différent du reste du pays Pas eu d eau chaude (mais j ai voulu prendre une douche vers 22h...peut être que c est coupé à ce moment la)

Une chambre à un prix raisonnable

Pratique pour visiter Ait Ben Haddou. Le repas du soir était bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont assez grandes, les équipements sont un peu rudimentaires. Petit hôtel à un prix raisonnable.

The owner was very nice, the breakfeast delicious and the view from the rooftop beautifull. It was very hot when we visited and the owner even gave us 2 bottles of water for free.

Located just off the main street and a short walk away from the main attractions in Ait Ben Haddou. Spots to park right outside the main entrance. Very big rooms with air conditioning and the best WIFI connection we had for our whole stay in Morocco - inside and outside of the rooms.

It has been one of the best places where I have been to. Welcome (tea&pastries), owner's attention, breakfast, great dinner. Room was perfect. During a tour in the region, for sure the best place that I visited.

Delightful experience. Good food. Nice people, helpful, with a friendly smile always.

Easy walking distance to the old city. Friendly, helpful manager and staff. Really substantial breakfast and efficient washing service. Our clothes were all folded and returned very quickly.

on one night, only, there were dogs outside but they moved on and we weren’t bothered by them again. The owners have no control over this issue in the town…it affects everyone the same, no matter where you stay!

good location to visit the kasbah, simple but good room and ok breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood

The host is very kind and helpful (people have the missconception that because the host is not an extravert that he is not nice). The rooftop terrace is perfect to see the amazing sky during the night and all the stars. The hotel is super close to the kasbah of Ait Ben. The hotel is situated in an quiet area and has parking next to it. The room is simple but sufficient, has working AC. Wifi signal was good.

The blinds were kinda thin so let through the morning light. Could darken them ourselves with the provided towel.

Very nice Hotel with very friendly Host very close to ait-ben-haddou

The Room was nice, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was also very nice. It was very good to have a heater in the room as it got pretty cold at night. The Host was very friendly and even offered to help us find another hotel should we not be satisfied with the room. Ait Ben Haddou is in walking distance.

The doors to the rooms are locked with padlocks - and can be locked from both sides. Technically, anyone with a padlock could have locked us in our room, which is a bit creepy.

Utterly disgusted by this experience!

The kasbah is nice especially the view from the terrace and the room. Location is great but all of this doesn't make it up with what is written in what we didn't like..... Unfortunately we saw something we never expected to see. We have traveled nearly the entire Morocco on a road trip and we have stayed in so many accomodations and never anything happened like the below.

If you are an animal lover! Do NOT book it! We were 'welcomed' by the most cold hearted and angry host, throwing stones at the puppies next to Kasbah Valentine! Very very disappointed and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone! Apart of that, the host is the most unwelcoming host we have ever met from 30 different countries, super unfriendly and cold! Never again! Utterly disgusted by this experience!

A good stay for the price

The owner was nice and the location was amazing. The rooftop also had a nice view.

During our stay there were a lot of kids who were running around and being super loud. Additionally, the beds were really hard and the breakfast was a little bit basic.

A very comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay. Situated a very short walk to the ancient Kasbah across the road. Our host was very friendly and upgraded our room, thankyou! Breakfast was extremely nice with our first Moroccan pancakes
