Exceptionnel !!

Le Riad est magnifique ! Mohammed est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le repas du soir était excellent ainsi que le petit déjeuner. N’hésitez pas !!! Merci à Mohammed et à sa famille 🙏🏼

Very nice ambience - beautiful view over the Kasbah

Amazing view over the Kasbah; very friendly owner; good food; very nice ambience; beautiful fountain in the courtyard, where it stands a tree which in the morning become the meeting place of hundreds of birds who can wake you up in nature

Exceptional place and service!!!

Great for 1 night, nice riad with great staff.

Atmosphere was great, staff, very nice and traditional. We had all the support and enjoyed the stay. One of the best during 10 days trip, best value for money.

You cannot go outside, the property is at small hill with nothing but dusty roads aside. Riad = less privacy ... room door tends heading to the inside open space atrium. The concept of riad is to share but if you want privacy and silence ... it cannot serve well in general. There are some rooms with better sound protection however, our room was not.

This is a beautiful riad with a lovely view over the river. It is decorated in a lovely traditional style and is very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. The hotel owner helped us with everything, even our flat tyre. Thank you so much!!

Lovely stay

very nice riad with a lovely family who will make your stay at their riad as pleasant as possible. Beatiful view over the valley

would be nice to have wifi in the room. but apart from that everyting as perfect

Nice family owned riad, delicious dinner menu, great view from the terracce onto the village (not Ait Benhaddou ksar!) wifi was working.

A wonderful experience.

Great setting. Ample parking. Wonderfull interiors. Amazing views in various directions. Wonderfull food. lots of interesting things to see in the valley. about 3 miles from Ait Benhaddou.

Perfect stay at Riad Tamdakhte

Its a family business and they go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They welcome us with a nice mint tea and homemade cookies (they are absolutely delicious). It gets a bit cold now in the winter, but they have the rooms ready with heating and the water from the shower is warm. The view to the Kasbah from the room and terrace was beautiful too. They are doing some improvements to the building to be able to host more people and they are planning to have a swimming pool by April. The breakfast was delicious as well.

amazing surprise along the valley

We decided to stop along our road trip and stumbled upon this Riad by luck on Booking. Glad we did. Mohammed was an incredible host, the view was stunning, their cats cuddly and the food exceptional. Totally worth a stop.

Amazing Moroccan architecture and hospitality !

The ambience was beautiful, fountains and trees within the courtyards gave a cool peaceful feeling. The greeting and service from Mohammed was excellent and cannot be faked. He was warm and full of advice and smiles and went out of his way to give us more travel advice. The food was fantastic. We loved it.

The views and location were stunning…sunrise was spectacular!

Excellent hosts, greeted every time with a jovial disposition. Family run Riad with such care and hospitality. Home-cooked dinner at the riad was delicious and authentic! Beautifully decorated… sumptuous Moroccan design with every detail. Absolutely lovely!

Incredibly kind hosts and delicious food with a view

We enjoyed very much our stay at Riad Tamdakhte. The Riad is beautiful, confortable and offers a wonderful view on the village and scenic surroundings. Mohammed and his family were incredibly kind and thoughtful, we won’t meet any better hosts ! The food was delicious, don’t miss on it! We also recommend visiting the old Kashbah in the village. Thanks a lot for your warm welcome !

Outstanding Riad and host

Exceptional authentic Riad 5 min away from Aït-Ben-Haddou. Mohammed (the owner) is an exceptional and extremely kind and helpful host who makes you feel at home from the moment you meet him. We had two rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely delicious and homemade. We also had dinner at this place and I would recommend to try it. The food was to die for. It was al cooked by Mohammed's wife and it was by far the best food we had in Morocco.

I really wish we could stay longer.
