To sum up, you arrive there and it may look lovely at first but I would recommend the villa at all.

Beautiful view, very nice location, confortable beds

Needs serious refreshing, pool copings around the pool were unstable, the wooden terrasse was old and not ideal at all for kids as they would get splinters all the time, the smell in one the bathrooms was horrible (we decided not to use it at all), on the first night we were there we found 3 cockroaches and when we informed the owner we were told we needed to keep windows shut and the came 24h later to put some repellent. We were there for 10 days and we had to clean the house ourselves (no cleaning services), no change of towels, sheets ect. Finally the network (4g/5g) is terrible and the wifi doesn’t work at all so don’t hope to work, watch a film on Netflix in the evening or anything like that.

We were 6 people, they had no electricity and water for whole day - it means no toilet - no water. Just lights. I’m the middle of nowhere. (BAD location - far from everything - you must come with rented car).

The villa is adequate, but could be so much better.

The Location was great. Good views.

The villa needs updating. It has 2 balconies but has no chairs on them to sit and enjoy the view. There were loose slabs around the pool making it very dangerous. Just little things such as the plug in the kitchen sink doesn't fit so you can't wash up properly, the door catch had broken on the main bedroom leaving the door to swing open. We had no air conditioning for 3 days.

The area is very nice but would not stay at this Villa again. Very expensive for the state of the villa.

Aircon ,sun beds, pool , underground spa .

Decking in pool area in a worn poor condition and was lifting up in places and dangerous (several splinters) ! Pool lights didn’t work. Outside lights didn’t work (pool area) Infestation of ants in upstairs bedroom.Not very clean in upstairs bathroom (toothpaste from previous users by sink and urine splashes on the wall by toilet). Multiple lights didn’t work in upstairs bedrooms. Broken wardrobe in upstairs bedroom. Pool was dirty when arrived!Damaged parasol when arrived but this was changed quickly.

when looking to book a perfect holiday you need a perfect place to put your head and relax, Spillia Villas was just the

perfect quite location but still close enough to everything with the scooters we rented.

very spacious and well laid out. everything you could need. it even had a coffee pod machine. AC in every bedroom and the living room was perfect.

Great Villa with a great view. perfect for a small family with a car (which is needed)

A welcome bottle of wine and some breakfast items were very much appreciated. We would certainly book again. The Villas were clearly well maintained and were spacious and comfortable. The Handy man (sorry can't remember name) was on hand for anything without being intrusive, he was very friendly and welcoming. GREAT View GREAT villa.

unfortunately the washing machine wasn't working. but not a big deal as we were happy overall.

Nice location off beaten track. Basic accommodation, nice pool.

The pool and chess were very entertaining. The beds were comfortable.

The door did not lock at all when we left on the first evening. This was fixed the following day meaning one member of the party slept on settee by door. Bees nest on balcony. Outside shower did not work.

Its a great property. Triin waited for us and was very kind and helpful throughout. Pool was great, great beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay greatly!

Nice villa

Really comfortable, very clean , Ali The man who looks after the villas is very helpful and friendly. The pool is a good size too. Air-conditioning works like a treat!

Outside of the villa there is a really nice garden with an underground spa area and jacuzzis. Unfortunately these have not been looked after and cannot be used.
