We have stayed in this villa previously, it was just as good then as it is now. Manolis keeps his properties to a high standard . His communication before and during the holiday was fantastic as he wants you to enjoy your holiday and will help facilitate that anyway he can. Should we return to Pefki in the future, we will be sure to stay in one of his villas.

We stayed in Villa Gema for 6 nights and it was amazing! The villa itself has is extremely clean and well maintained. The roof terrace was a bonus for watching the sunset each evening. The pool was fabulous and gets the sun all day. Manolis was a fantastic host and was there during our trip to assist us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is perfect, a 15 minute walk into town, 5 minutes to the beach but lovely and peaceful with gorgeous views over the sea from the roof. All the things you would need for your stay and Manolis (the host) is so helpful with anything you need. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We stayed 7 nights in Villa Athena; the location, the property and cleanliness, the private pool, Manolis the host - everything was just perfect!! Communication prior and during our stay was excellent. On arrival Manolis met us and explained how everything worked and also provided a map and helpful information re taxis and local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for him! The outdoor area with the private pool was simply amazing! Good facilities; comfy sun loungers, parasol and day bed! Location was perfect, a 10-15 walk from the buzz of the main strip of bars and restaurants, with a supermarket and great restaurant, Nikolas just 3 mins walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on returning again next year!

Manolis met us upon arrival to the villa, and provided us with the keys immediately. He showed us on a map where we were, and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit. The Villa superseded our expectations. There were 5 places with table and chairs for us to choose from to sit, including the beautiful roof top terrace with views of the sea. The grounds to the villa was large, and the pool was super clean and big! There were plenty of sun loungers (6) and other lounders to choose and move to around the property.
The villa was split across 3 levels, which was perfect for us. The kitchen a plentiful size, with cooking facilities, and our favourite...coffee machine! (buy the pods yourself).
The location was perfect, a 15 minute easy walk to the centre of Pefkos, and a supermarket just up the hill (2mins walk).
Parking at the villa was plentiful, though we didn't require this.

Location good had everything you needed for your stay good interaction with owner giving you information if wanting to hire transportation to and from airport and hiring a car for seeing the island . Would highly recommend Milos Villa Complex . I will return soon .

Manolis welcomed us to the villa and gave us a guided tour of the facilities which was both a friendly gesture and really helpful. For example; he had a map already prepared with some of his restaurant recommendations and the site of local facilities e.g. the village bakery etc. Manolis was on hand for our entire two week stay to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and ensured that any of our requests were actioned immediately. To be honest nothing was too much trouble for him. Manolis is really a great host and it was a pleasure to stay at his villas.
There was nothing about the villa we didn't like. It was a small but perfectly formed villa for the 3 of us.

The private pool was fantastic, and was cleaned continuously by a pool guy. The villa itself was in a dead end street which made it really quiet.

Location is a short 10-15 min walk to Pefkos restaurants, with a supermarket only 2 mins away. Lindos is a short 10 minute taxi journey away. Manolis is one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. He was excellent and helped with restaurant recommendations, as well as helping book taxis and get dinner reservations where needed. The Villa itself is stunning (Athena) and we are already planning our return!

Beautiful villa with lovely views and peaceful location. Yet close to supermarket, good tavernas and beaches. The beds were really comfortable and the showers great. The Villa is equipped with all you might need and can imagine.
The owner Manolis is very helpful and super friendly and it seemed that nothing was impossible for him. He also provided us with the map and advice about the best tavernas in Pefki.
Lovely pool area and a lot of terraces and tables to eat and relax outside. There were also extra towels for the pool area. Every detail is well considered.

Beautiful situation with lovely views and so peaceful, yet close to good tavernas and beach. The beds are really comfortable, the showers are great and the villa was well equipped and tastefully furnished. The owner, Manolis, was a superb host who helped us with anything we asked of him.

We enjoyed very much our stay. The villa is even nicer than in the pictures! Location is very quite but close to the commercial/restaurant area in Pefki. Manolis is a great host and was very flexible with check-in & check-out. We would like very much to come back!

We liked everything! We spent family vocation with 2 kids there. Host Manolis ir very helpfull and friendly. He gives good advices about area (try restaurant Philosofia that he suggests).
Villa is great for 1 or 2 families - both bedrooms and bathrooms are on different levels. Pool is clean and fresh, shops, tavernas and restaurants are reachable by walk, villa is well equipped

We were met on arrival by Manolis who showed us around the property and explained all the workings of everything. He had a map ready for us and had kindly marked places of interest, nice places to eat, a good supermarket and bakery. He left us to spend our holiday privately but he kept in touch every few days to make sure we were happy and if he could help in any way. We were very impressed.

We regularly stay in villas for our holidays. The pool at this one was the cleanest, best maintained we have ever had. Overall the villa was very clean, well equipped and well maintained in a good location. The owner Manolis greeted us on arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this villa.

We visited Milos Villas end of August - the perfect time for summer holidays in Greece and the perfect house for 4-6 persons.
It was wonderful. Pefkos is a small village, not that crowded but with a lot of restaurants. The appartment itself isn’t in the centre but in very calm area, you don’t hear any traffic or tourists noise. Just pure holidays
The house was perfectly designed and equipped. It comes in modern architecture and was super clean. We didn’t miss any kitchen tool or machine. 3 air conditions, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine and a complete oven - it was all there.
Outside there is a pool and a small garden with almond trees, whine and fig trees. Relaxing.
Manolis - our contact for the 2 weeks was very kind, honest and tried to make all our wishes possible. Just perfect.
We will come back! 100% recommendation to this wonderful place for summer vacation.

The house was absolutely amazing. Its in a very peaceful location away from the tourist crowd but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a week vacation in home. The kitchen is fully equiped to cook simple dishes. Everything was super clean and got cleaned once during our stay. Pool was a highlight. We spent most of our time by the pool and did not even need to walk to the beach which is very nice and super close as well. The terrace is absolutely amazing to watch sunset and relax. Our host Manolis was very helpful with everything. He greeted us on our arrival and always checked on us during our stay. He always asked if we need anything and helped us with finding the best restaurants to calling a taxi. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again!

Wow wow wow. A fabulous place. 10 minute walk from the centre of Pefkos and a lovely quiet location.
We stayed in Villa Arete which had everything you could need for a holiday. Lovely pool, excellent air con, fast reliable WiFi and comfortable beds.
The pool is cleaned daily and there is a midweek clean of the apartment including fresh towels.
There are plenty of shady areas to avoid the sun (it was very hot during our stay), including a lovely terrace area with seating and a table.
The apartment is really spacious over 3 floors.
Good local amenities in Pefkos including a nice bakery and good local restaurants which seemed less expensive than Lindos down the road. (I've also posted some Google reviews of these)
There is a lovely sandy beech (Kavos) 10 minutes walk away and a rocky snorkeling beech 15 mins walk in the opposite direction.
And the host Manolis.. what can I say.. what a lovely chap. Very passionate about his properties and very helpful. He provides good information on the local area and is contactable readily. He goes out of his way to make your stay special. He really was an excellent host.

Everything was great. Minolis was there to greet us when we arrived and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. There were 4 of us staying in the Gema villa, with 2 teenage boys and there was plenty space. Loved the pool and the villa itself was perfect, with everything we needed.

There was some misunderstanding on arrival. I had expected someone to be on the property to greet us. We did not realise we perhaps had to knock on Manolis's door when we arrived? We were looking for Villa Arete which we found easily, and as the keys were there, we thought we were able to get settled. The kids wanted to get into the pool, so we just got on with it. I think all was fine, but maybe it is best to communicate how to access on arrival. As a villa not a hotel, we expected instant access....which we got!
I really appreciated the washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls and the amount provided.
Appreciated some water being in the fridge on arrival.
The beds were very comfy and much better than most holiday accommodations.
Appreciated the pool toys/inflatable to use
Appreciated the AC.
The access to facilities eg. shops/restaurants/beaches was great, but far enough away from the main strip/noise.
Easy comms with Manolis if needed (once connected to internet, or using texts)

Some more detailed communication over the pool cleaning, ie. about the chlorine tablets and time of cleaning, to set expectations We liked to swim early in the morning. A 4 hr wait for the cleaning process was too much. Luckily this was swapped for the tablets. Perhaps this comms would have been done at the arrival, which of course was slightly different for us!
The parking entry is very narrow and very unforgiving. With a hire car where every scratch matters, the entrance to the villa was pretty unusable, unless you have a tiny car! This meant the car was a little distance from the property. The canopy was very useful for shade, initially it seemed very narrow, however once used to the car we could use as designed, ie. for 2 cars.
The clocks - there are multiple clocks in the property, but none of them showed the correct time. Given how frequently the property is accessed, this shows some lack of diligence.
The bathroom mesh was broken on arrival, as was the case with the villa next door. We asked for this to be fixed which it was promptly (concerned about big bugs coming in!) I did notice this was mentioned in a previous review, so was a bit surprised to see a sense check was not done on the properties!
The upstairs toilet....unless the flush is positioned a particular way, the water runs through the toilet continuously. You get used to the toilet flush and how to manipulate it, but is sub optimal.
The water spray to the left of the toilet leaks. If it is used to clean the toilet, it leaks water all over the floor.
However the villa was very clean and easy to keep clean, and had great facilities in the kitchen.

We liked everything about this villa and holiday. Perfectly situated, so it was quiet all the time, but just a short walk into town.
Manolis was the perfect host. There to greet us and see us off, and always available if required. It's obvious that the villas are not just a business, but a passion. He truly cares you have the best time possible, so nothing was a problem.
We will visit again.

The host Manolis is a fine gentleman. He was flawless from the word go- accurate communication from before arrival, during the stay and after as well. He paid attention to all details and was very helpful with everything- from the facilities in the villa to local supermarkets and some lovely recommendations for local cuisine.
He was passionate about his villas, the olive trees and almond trees and all the other local spice plants he has in the villas.
Our transfer company for the Airport ditched us last minute and before panic could set in, a phone call to Manolis meant that he called his local contacts for the taxis and within 15-20min we were on our way to the airport.
Have nothing but praise for him! Thanks Manolis. Hope to see you again soon.

Manolis is a wonderful host - really caring and helpful. The accommodation is impeccable - neat and clean and contains everything we needed. The rooftop area is great for admiring the sunsets. Also the nearby beach Kavos is excellent - sandy, small and quiet. Hope we will come back here one day. Thank you Manolis :)

The villa was very clean, safe and spacious for a family of 4. The kids absolutely loved the private pool, we had breakfast on the roof top with amazing views. Manolis the host was awesome . As I travelled alone with 2 kids I was a bit nervous but we were received with a very warm welcome by Manolis who also arranged our taxis and activities by request. He was very helpful and reliable, this made the stay much more easier being our first time to Rhodes , he also grew his own herbs we were welcome to use in the fully equipped kitchen.

A very well-equipped villa with everything you could need if you want to cook by yourself. New and modern and looking even better than on the pictures. There are numerous restaurants&supermarkets nearby, within a walking distance. Taverna Nikolas is strongly recommended, the best restaurant during our stay in Rodos. Terraces/places under the trees to spend time outside with see/mountain view and private swimming pool. Swimming pool very clean and villa as well. Very friendly and helpul owner. Private parking, very good starting point to explore the island (every location on the island < 1.10min, most attractions closer). Strongly recommended.

Manolis is a great host and takes care of all your needs! We loved the pool and the comfortable sunbeds and enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop! The kitchen was fully equipped, only thing we missed was a nespresso machine which is great for lazy guests ;)

We loved everything! The house is big, confortable, very clean and regularly cleaned up during the stay and there is everything one needs.
There are 4 terrasses so you always find a suitable place with a bit of shade or with a stunning view of the sunset and the sea.
Manolis was the perfect host who speaks very good French as well as English. “If you need anything, just let me know” is his preferred sentence :) Thanks for making our holidays great, Manolis.

There is a very good taverna (Nicolas) less than 5min walk (take away possible) which is very convenient.
It’s better to have a car but everything is accessible by foot if you are not afraid of the hot August sun.
Nice beaches not crowded nearby.
Pefkos is a nice village with plenty of restaurants and shops. Not particularly charming but there is everything one needs. The surrounding area is beautiful with big rocks.
We should have booked a longer stay!

The villa was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The area around with the pool and the lounging areas were also extremely well thought of and to the highest standard. The parking space was very comfortable. Manolis, the owner, is an exceptional host and was always available to help and answer our questions. He also gave us very good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Internet connection was also very good. The villa was regularly cleaned and we were never short of clean towels or linen. All hygiene standards were very strictly maintained by Manolis and his staff. This is a perfect location whether one is visiting with family, a couple or in a group. Definitely to be recommended.

Everything was fantastic! The house, the garden and the pool was also perfect. Pool size was very good for the kids. Nice beach is very close to the villa. Manolis was a perfect host. When we call him, he was there in 10 minutes. We arrive late in the night when all shops were already closed and he went somewhere to buy bread and water for us. Nice place, modern, confortable and very clean.
We missed the dishwasher. But nothing else.

Stayed in Villa Anastasia for two weeks and honestly could not fault the villa or the owner, Manolis.
The Villa was clean, had everything we needed for our stay (loved having a private pool!) and was in a great location with views of the sea from the roof terrace.
Manolis really made us feel welcome and our stay would not have been as enjoyable if it wasn't for him, he gave us recommendations of local tavernas (Nikolas taverna is a 1 minute walk from the villa and was our favourite place to eat, food was amazing and owners warm and welcoming), places to visit and couldn't do enough for us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him to make sure we were happy.
The location of the Villa, for us, was perfect. Nicely tucked away and very private but with a shop and taverna around 1 minutes walk away.
Although the local shop sells almost everything you may need during your stay we would highly recommend driving a few minutes to bakery apostolas for a food shop, they have everything you need plus the most amazing freshly baked pastries, cakes and sweets!
Would not hesitate to recommend Milos Villas to family and friends and when we return to Rhodes it will be our first choice of where to stay.
