Superb

Great room, very nice staff, great bar. Overall the decor is very pretty, and the AC did not struggle to keep up with the record high temperatures.

We had a 3am false fire alarm that could not be turned off for half an hour, so the hotel had to be evacuated for that period. The water pressure for the shower was a bit disappointing, especially seeing the high level of attention to detail elsewhere.

Wonderful long weekend staying at the apartments to celebrate a 60th birthday weekend.

Absolutely lovely in all ways. We will definitely return and thank you to the wonderful staff who were super helpful and professional.

Excellent location, few steps from historical downtown. Very helpfull staff. Bonus: they have a good contract with a neighbouring underground parking. Good place to place your rented car at reasonable costs.

perfect Accomodation close to everything in the heart of Palma old town

immaculately clean, very comfortable room. loved the rooftop terrace, views were fabulous. Everywhere was within minutes to walk to, we loved the location.

Everything from the cordial staff to the cleanliness to the excellent condition of the property to the mid town convenient location

The noise from an outside adjacent bar was loud and continued after midnight

Very good

The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Having a roof terrace was a bonus. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The apartments have an excellent central location with easy walking access to most of the city. To be recommended.

great location - but don’t book studio suite & avoid no a/c rooms on 1st floor

- hotel knew air conditioning of both rooms that we booked was not functional and gave us no warning. no attempts made to fix issue for 4 day stay. discount only given for final night when we complained again after notifying reception of issue on morning of day 2 - studio suite v cramped

3 nights at Palma Suites was perfect. Enjoyed escaping to rooftop for a drink, nice breeze and view

Although traffic noise was surrounded by streets around hotel the bedroom in the suite was an interior room. Very sound proof. Beds super comfy. Classy place in a boutique hotel like vibe.

Our suite was missing utensils in the kitchen. We bought various foods at the beautiful local Mercado just outside Placa Major but could've used some knives and spoons. Wasn't a huge deal for us but just worth mentioning.

Perfect location close to Placa Mayor and the Cathedral. The flat was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. As a welcoming gift, we found a bottle of wine and water. As we had a late flight, we could spend some time on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Cathedral.
