Stuff great, overall a little bit overpriced
The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The main house is gorgeous and the surrounding nature is astonishing. The warm outdoor tub is so nice.
The small cabins are not very clean. You find spiderwebs and dust and it's hard to get the cabin warm. Given how much the location cost this could be improved. Also the quality of the dinner does not fit the high price. Lunch packages which include a sandwich and a fruit are with 20 USD overpriced. Also rafting cost 250 USD per person which looks too expensive to me.

Excelent
The people that manage the hotel (Jessi & Marcos) were very kind, really helpfull and always willing to help. The food was really great. We spent great time there, felling safe and without any problem.

Exceptional
Situated in a beautiful, secluded area, cabins and main house are very cosy. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They immediately prepped the hottub and were available to help us with any kind of request. The free bikes are great and nice to get around. Dinner was tasty! The beds are very soft and comfortable. 10/10

Wonderfull Hosts and Property
Nature, walking trails, the 4 dedicated hosts. Warm bedding.. the main house.
Bathrooms. It seemed difficult to clean and impossible to maintain clean. Breakfast.... their other Hotel in the town / hostería del Puma could help to give it a little upgrade,

It was the most expensive hotel on our holiday but it was the most disappointing.
The location is lovely. They had a fire burning away which was nice.
The food was generally bad. The manager was very unhelpful. They were unprepared for us having a child and facilities for our child. The room was cold. The didn't make our room.
