10/10 for waterfront apartments !!

Great location on harbour away from the large hotels but close enough to walk to centre. Bus routes and trains on doorstep. Some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to ferry terminal. Apartment was large, comfortable and spotless with all amenities required. Would highly recommend it. Staff were polite and extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble.we will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay

Excellent location, close to cafes, pubs, shopping and transport. Lovely street view overlooking the yacht club harbour from our room (#3). The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was light and roomy.

Happy campers!!

Location was good - train station and supermarket, Nice walk to prom. Apartment spacious and comfortable.

Some instructions on working oven and micro-wave. Preferred not to use dish washer.

Nice Apartments in Douglas

Convenient apartments on the quay of Douglas near all shops and Gaiety Theatre. Very modern and clean. Really friendly welcome by staff. Great location for restaurants. Next time will book apartment if return facing quay

Bathrooms had cracked tiles in places and sealant issues looked like floor had sunk . Broken glass in cupboard on arrival, Oven knob looked worn looked like previous guests had burnt it, small things but overall lovely apartments

An excellent, comfortable, spotless apartment in a great location.

Great location in Douglas. Right beside some very good restaurants and bars (14N (literally next door) and VIBE stand out). Minutes walk from main shopping areas. Nice harbour view. The apartment was spotlessly clean - honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed so hats off to the team that prep it. Lovely and warm, lots of hot water, well fitted kitchen with good cooker, full size fridge/freezer (and a big Tesco only 5 minutes away). Beds very comfortable. Well decorated with nice lamps/lighting. Apartment has 2 floors - 2 beds upstairs and sitting room kitchen down plus a guest toilet as well as the main one upstairs. Team in the office were very friendly. We had a late afternoon flight and they allowed us to stay on a few hours past checkout as they didn’t have anyone coming in until next day.

excellent location, very comfortable bed, good bedding

extremely uncomfortable settee, no chair in bedroom for clothes, no mats for glass table, toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet.

Excellent in all aspects - location, modern and well appointed facilities, cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Our 3 apartments fitted our needs perfectly.

Exceptional

Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Everything you could need was provided. Small touches like having milk in the fridge was appreciated. As was being called in the morning of check in to say our room was ready if we wanted to check in early. Brilliant location overlooking the harbour with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Fab place to stay and exceptional host

Great location as we travelled by Ferry and the Apartment was in easy walking distance. Tracy our host went above and beyond, as we asked about a taxi to the hospital and Tracy drove us. Apartment was bright, overlooking the Marina, with a modern kitchen and bathroom 10/10

Settee was a little low in the living room but we managed

Lovely flat

Lovely flat, and the hosts were really pleasant and helpful

One small thing, the wooden base of the double bed stuck out quite a way beyond the end of the bed and we kept banging our legs on it, bad design not the hosts' fault!

We enjoyed every single minute of our stay, we managed to pack so much into our short 4 day visit.

I am so pleased we picked self catering accommodation. We had to complete a LFT and report the result prior to being able to go anywhere. We were able to access our accommodation and get wi-fi to submit our results without having to see anyone at all. Then we were able to protect ourselves by keeping ourselves to ourselves just visiting our favourite beauty spots on the Island.

The traffic noise was a bit noisy, particularly cars with noisy exhausts waiting at the traffic lights. The double glazing could do to be improved. This wouldn't stop us booking again.

Lovely property in a great central location.

The property gave us plenty of space, it was well laid out and we felt very comfortable. The host left fresh milk in the fridge and some beautiful roses.

Whilst the property was in a brilliant location next to the harbour and a quick walk into town, it was also next to traffic lights where many drivers like to ‘rev’ their engines at all times. Early morning and throughout the night!

A relaxing and enjoyable week in the Isle of Mann.

I rented three apartments for family to visit an elderly relative on the Island, all the way throughout the process from booking, changing apartments due to facilities meeting the demands of elderly parents Tracy and Maureen were very helpful, also supporting me with the Covid-19 information for our journey. The apartments were spacious and well planned and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back again. Plenty of great eateries near by, the staff in these were very helpful accommodating a large number at short notice and all the food was great.

The only challenge was the parking but expected being central however the 1.5hr disc provided was useful for moving around the cars.

Attractive and convenient base

The location is excellent, being situated right by Douglas quayside with its marina and numerous cafés and restaurants. Some of the apartments have views over the harbour, although ours didn’t. Close to bus stop and steam railway station, and Tesco supermarket. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Infinitely better than many of the hotels in Douglas. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

We had some initial issues with the heating system, but these were resolved satisfactorily.
