Beach and party - yes. Downtown and relax - no.

Right across the street from the beach. Nice pool area. Included nice breakfast in the restaurant. Nice multilingual staff. 10 minutes from airport.

Very noisy neighborhood right next to night clubs, loud music and crowds til late night, German tourists party area. The restaurant on the ground floor is also a lounge by night, pumping beats until midnight. All good if that is your thing, but definitely not the quiet beach relaxation place. Hotel seems nice and modern but the room was very basic, outdated, small, and missing normal necessities. Also very far from historic downtown.

Hôtel correct pour faire la fête.

- Espace dans la chambre (! uniquement rénovée) - Efficacité du triple vitrage - Disponibilité et sympathie du personnel surtout à l'accueil ! (En français 👌) - Efficacité des femmes de chambre - Fontaine à eau à chaque étage

- Prix exorbitant. Honteux de profiter de la détresse de passager dont le vol a été annulé. - Chambre NON RÉNOVÉE vraiment vieillotte et laide et ce, malgré la vue mer. - Population allemande exclusivement, très jeune et donc très bruyante notamment durant la nuit vue la proximité avec la boîte de nuit. - Hôtel ne vaut pas un vrai 4* comparativement à d'autres sur l'île... - Petit déjeuner correct mais assez restreint, espace buffet très petit. On se marche dessus.

Perfektes Hotel in super Lage für einen Party-Urlaub

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, große Frühstücksauswahl. Schöner, sauberer Poolbereich. Tolle große Zimmer, mit allem, was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Voyage en Allemagne et non en Espagne

- Porte du balcon bien insonorisée (quand elle est fermée). - Chambre spacieuse, moderne et propre. - Emplacement face à la plage (idéal pour ceux qui aiment faire la fête car à côté du Mega Park). - Distributeur d'eau (froide et chaude) à chaque étage. - Sèche-cheveux avec une bonne puissance. - Bonne pression de l'eau dans la douche. - Restaurant de l’hôtel.

- Linge payant : 10€ de caution et ensuite 3€ par jour. - Porte de la chambre mal insonorisée, on entend tout dans le couloir. - Télé et téléphone ne fonctionnent pas, obligé d'appeler la réception avec son téléphone portable. - Impossible de payer la taxe de séjour par carte car l'appareil ne fonctionnait pas, et ils ont refusé qu'on paie plus tard, même sans avoir encore accès à notre chambre. - Les femmes de ménage ont oublié plusieurs fois de verrouiller notre balcon, facilement accessible de l’extérieur.

Drunken Arenal

The hotel and staff were fantastic, no complaints there. However, the location turned out to be terrible. I had hoped to be closer to the airport on my last night, but I didn't anticipate the troubles that awaited me. The area was riddled with drunks, with drunks in the pool, streets, cafes, and restaurants. The constant yelling and screaming, outside my room, along with loud headboard banging all night, made it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the taxi fare was higher than what I had paid for a trip from Palma, despite the close proximity. Never again Arenal.

MegaPark next door, everything handled nicely, friendly stuff.

Breakfast wasn't diverse enough. The gym is equipped poorly. No training is possible except cardio :(

Really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice hotel, pool with bar and possibility to order food. The hotel included a restaurant with excellent food. A beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied.

One of the biggest discotheques in the area is right next door, so it's a bit noisy at night. Especially if you have a room with a sea view.

Overall great location, great facilities and all round very good would stay again.

Staff were so friendly and speak a range of languages I had hoped to learn abit more Spanish for my trip to Spain this time but felt at ease straight away, very cool air conditioned building after the heat was great to walk into, very clean, great factualities, beach right outside, plenty of shops and a plethora of places to eat. All of this and was only there one day as needed somewhere close to airport which this was brilliant for and staff even booked me a taxi

Wi-Fi was rubbish, abit too loud at night but not the worst very little complaints and booked a sea view and was whilst yes you could see the sea very little of it seem abit false to say sea view

location was nice, easy access to bus and beach, located right next to mega park (beer garden open from 10am to 5am) usually very noisy but thanks to the double glass window it was soundproof

As we arrived they gave us a different room shown on the website. On the second day they changed the room with Nice balcony with sea view Comfortable bed Cool bar at the pool

The price Indoor pool was closed and the sauna aswell The outdoor pool close at 18 and after that its not possible to enjoy the terrace Location absolutely bad just next to a busy disco all daylong The area is a basically a german colony

Internals heated swimming pool was closed, although it is stated as opened at booking.com. Breakfast is not super tasty. Outside swimming pool sometimes full of drank germans, which makes it an unpleasent place to be.

Excellent, friendly, spotlessly clean, quiet despite location.

Staff the best at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Genuine, happy, felt like home.

Bed size in twin rooms a bit small but then I’m big. I imagine we were there at just the right time. October. The hotel wasn’t busy however it is right next door to the ENORMOUS German beer drinking arena Mega Park. With the double glazed balcony doors closed it was quiet but I imagine in the summer months it could be a real issue unless you are German and have gone there to sing German songs and get very drunk. The local government are trying to clamp down on “booze tourism and I hope they succeed because this could be a 10/10 destination.

Pleasant stay, great location.

Staff is great (cheers to Kaleem and the pool bar staff), very good pool and a great location. Clean and tidy.

The beds are actually on the wheels and they move around too much. The breakfast should be a bit more varied for the 4 star hotel.

Great Family Stay

The proximity to the beach. It was convenient to go back to the room any time during the day. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are spacious Staff friendly and do speak English

all hotel stuff were helpfull and smily. the location of the hotel is wonderfull. breakfast was really perfect.

the Room was too small even I book on booking 28m2 room it was really really small. there was two seperate bed just put together. they were getting seperated each other while sleeping. the safe was not working. general condition of the room was fine. ewuipments are old in the room.

Overall it’s a great hotel but I wouldn’t return there with my family

It’s very well located, the breakfast is very good and the staff friendly

It’s summer so the city is very busy, so the hotel was very loud we woke up many times during the night with the noises from the neighbours, so if you are planning to come with kids have this in mind. Also the bed was not comfortable. Watch out for your things, I forgot my purse in the breakfast at the hotel restaurant and when I returned looking for it the staff had found it and it and returned it to me but with 60 euros missing, so even in the hotel facilities it’s not all the time safe and you should be careful
