Decepción

Que me confirmaron la reserva...al otro día la CANCELARON LA RESERVA diciendo que mi tarjeta no era válida y a posterior que en realidad era por problemas de mantenimiento y refacciones del hotel en esa fecha...y lo peor es que varias horas después usaron mis datos de la tarjeta para cobrarme el alojamiento en su TOTALIDAD....llame varias veces para quejarme y nunca pude comunicarme con la administración...aparentemente me hicieron la devolución, MUY MAL MOMENTO PARA UN VIAJE DE PLACER...contraté otro hotel por la aplicación y la experiencia fue muy distinta.89

Carísimo 100 dólares mal gastados, habitación sucia, el baño peor! realmente no lo recomiendo

habitación sucia, enciendo la situación del país, COVID pero había mugre. baño sucio sin ducha colgada, el teléfono lo tenías que agarrar con la mano para poder bañarte.

Cheap things don't buy you amazing experiences.

The location was poor, but we already knew that. The room was poor, but we already knew that you don't get better for that ridiculous price. The shower was really bad, we did not see that coming. We did not try the breakfast, so I can not put a rating on that.

Pretty much everything, but that's what you get for the price we paid.

Decent price in a good location

Good location, and great breakfast (eggs, fruit, pastries, cereal, bread). Spacious room (had a 4 berth when booked a double). Had 24hr reception desk and access. Had a room to store luggage and if they could accommodate an early check in they would.

Housekeeping would take your towels in the morning and wouldn't replace them until later or not at all. Toilet bin for waste paper wasn't emptied each day or toilet roll replenished. Had to ask for toilet paper and one day was left with no towels despite asking reception twice.

Very poor. Choose only if you're on a low low budget

The location is very good. There are plenty of public transit services nearby. Also, it's close to the Obelisco building on 9 de Julio avenue.

Firstly, I don't want to blame the hotel staff for the following. I feel like they are great people, but it's just that they don't have the right tools to do their work. Secondly, I wasn't expecting a great experience watching the previous reviews and images. However, the experience was poorer than I expected: 1. General facilities and rooms are usually dirty. 2. Garage availability was managed terribly. 3. They make their pillows with questionable pillow-staffing and, generally, uncomfortable. 4. Having the right amount of towels was almost impossible—one towel per person, none in the bathroom. We repeatedly asked for towels, but it felt like they didn't give us towels, not because they didn't want to, but because they didn't have any. When you get to the point of making your pillows (assuming it's to save some money), you can guess there will also be issues with towels. 5. Breakfast was highly disappointing. Just go around to any nearby cafe. 6. While there, I had to check the images I saw on Booking because I couldn't believe it. Images are way off reality.

Very good

In my opinion the staff was not so friendly. My feeling was they do their work and treat guests with indifference. The hotel doenst has breakfast or other benefits it is simply a place to rest and sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was okay.

It is amazing they do not offer a simple cup of tea with one toast. Also, If you need something to eat or drink at night the area does not offer good options. I believe the price of the hotel make nonsense for the facilities they offer.

The worst hotel ever

Staff is unhelpful and impolite, system is always messing up and there will be no solution to any of their messups. We did not have a room when we arrived in the middle of the night even though we had booked the day before our arrival too. So we spent the night in a cold random room that the reception guy changed sheets in. The next day we didn't have towels in the room after morning cleaning and when we asked for towels they refused to give us any because it wasn't their job to

Location

The property sent me a confirmation when it came to my special request, which was 2 twin beds. Once there, we got 1 double bed. I sent a message to the property (here in the app) asking a question. Never got a reply. I got charged $3094.88 (pesos) instead of the amount stated in the app. The receptionist couldn’t tell me why. The room I hired said “city view”… there was no view at all. It was extremely noisy. The walls are super thin. I had to ask the girls next to us to keep it quiet. I found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. Cleaning was okay. One pillow was okay, the other one was a rock. Had to sleep without a pillow. Check out is 10. 9.45 we had the cleaning lady knocking on the door. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

It is an okay hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Overall good

2 things: don’t trust in the currency converter in booking, they’ll charge you in dollars at the exchange price that is not always accurate with booking. I got a double bedroom , small bed was too small

It was convenient for me and good value for the money.

The location is very good for my purposes. The breackfast was better than at many 3 star hotels.

The TV had very few channels and there was wi-fi only in the lobby.

the humidity on the walls, peeling paint, cracks, holes in the walls, closet with locked or broken doors, they do not invest a penny in maintaining the building, the elevator did not work, ... there was no soap, no shampoo and much less conditioner, …but the price is for a hotel.
