Food (quality/choice) average. To the big master chief: please smile, people are on holiday ;). Floor in dining room was not so clean. Management refused to put on the airco system in all the rooms although it was very hot in our room facing the south side. Only after 3 days, after many complaints I presume, they have put on the airco.

The bathroom doors cannot be locked. This would be the only downside. However, also not that relevant!

Some of the staff were inattentive & looked fed up, you would be afraid to ask for anything. Way too busy, you felt rushed when eating, it was chaotic at mealtimes.

Do not hesitate to book at this hotel, excellent holiday.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Entertainment provided to the children was superb. Rooms were a good size and very clean.

Not great

the staff were very friendly and it was in a good location. This is an all inclusive family resort and not where I would usually choose to stay however booked this as I had a wedding close by.

It wasn’t very clean. On arrival, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned from the last guests checking out. I told reception and they had someone come and clean the room immediately which was good. It is extremely noisy, you can hear your neighbours flushing the toilet and lots of noise in the corridor. The Playa de Muro area is very touristy and I would not choose to stay in the area again.

A wonderful holiday

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic. The food was lovely, the whole hotel is immaculately clean, our room was beautiful and the location was great. We loved it so much that we have already booked to come back for my 30th birthday next year. We had an excellent stay and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The only reason I gave 9/10 is that the evening entertainment was catered towards children and as a couple in our 20’s and 30’s we didn’t really enjoy it so ended up going out in the evening quite a lot.

the lady in charge was world class in hospitality and making sure your stay was world class.

my apologies but was not able to remember the lady’s name but my guess was she was the general manager and if not should be. at every turn at the hotel regardless if you were getting breakfast, dinner, had an issue to resolve, or just had a question in general, this lady was there. She was like a ghost. A good ghost. Popping up at all times of the day making sure your stay was world class. She was the soul of the hotel as were the rest of the staff members. thank you and again my apologies for not remembering your name.

This is a beautiful hotel, the property is exactly like the photos shown. Very Clean, bright spacious rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great choice of Food and drink in the all inclusive.

Superb

The hotel was super clean and the cleaners in our room paid great attention to detail. Everything is modern and the beds, pillows etc were so comfortable. The friendly staff were the best though. We had a lovely woman to check us in with long curly hair but I don't remember her name. Always acknowledged us though our stay. Angie on the restaurant door was the same, always friendly and interested. Sergio was a great waiter in the restaurant too. German in the theatre bar was amazing, we never waited for a drink! He worked that room fantasticly and made our holiday. We do a lot of all inclusive in different places but the table service for drinks here sets it apart, from the coffee at breakfast right though to the evening bar. 😉

The food from under the warmers was never hot and at breakfast it was always cold. Also the aircon in the room didn't work. I thought maybe it was just ours my my daughters was the same.

Nice hotel, great food, fairly quiet resort

The hotel is lovely and was a bargain. We had all inclusive, and the choice of food and drinks was great. Food was good quality with themed nights. There was always fresh meat and fish on the griddle, paella, plus local dishes and your usual staples like pizza and pasta. All drinks we had were good - even the wine (including sparkling) was palatable. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed the pool area, although the pool was very cold (but we were there in October). It is only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly without being in your face.

The location is good if you like a quiet holiday, but a bit far from the main bars and restaurants if you want something more lively. Having said that, it was only a few euros up to Alcudia in a taxi. You can walk, and we did walk up there a few times and get a taxi back. The hotel room was nice but smaller than it looks in the photos.

Relax and pleasure

Manager Sebastian was amazing . From the first moment when we enter the hotell lobbyn. The staff was very professional. It was a pleasure to stay 8 nights. The food was delicious. Will come back 2022.

The staff make the mar Hotel. All the staff for super friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Angie, her attention to detail and her friendly nature is exceptional. Love our time... We always stay in the mar Hotels on our yearly visit to Majorca, so I think this speaks volumes!

Nice small hotel. Because of the large children’s splash pools and slides high number of children

The staff work very hard, hotel small compared to others so felt more personal.

Had twin beds which slid all over. Pool guards not doing their job, signs with rules not being obeyed. Pool guard not present when one youngster fell into child’s pool. Father had to dive in. Food prepared far too early therefore tasteless or meats and fish overcooked. Only fresh food was pizza. Drinks very poor quality spent most of time off site despite paying premium price for this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff couldn't do enough for us from the reception to housekeeping outstanding standard of customer service , entrainment was great every night we went. The place was spotless in great location, food was tasty but repetitive we didn't mind as we like to venture out in the evenings anyway, room was very spacious with lovely big balcony.. overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be coming back 😊

Very good

Good hotel, clean, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff and food was of a good quality. Good for families with young kids but less to do for teenagers.

The pool area is small for the number of rooms that the hotel has. The hotel is close to a number of decent restaurants, but is around 5.5km from Alcudia port which means a car or taxi ride is easiest if you want to enjoy the night time in the port or old town.
