Excelente localização e comida

Localização excelente, mesmo a um passo de uma das melhores praias de Palma para mim. Quarto moderno mas pequenissimo. O Buffet tanto ao pequeno almoço e jantar são sem dúvida o forte no hotel,imensa variedade e qualidade, bem como diáriamente apostarem em comidas diferentes.

O pagamento das bebidas ao jantar, a meu ver a água pelo menos deveria ser oferta. O funcionario escolher uma mesa para ficarmos , sendo obrigados a ficar nessa mesma mesa todos os dias quer ao pequeno almoco e jantar...até ao check out..nao me agradou muito. Não disponibilizam água pelo hotel, muito mau mesmo. Em qq hotel q fico tem esse pormenor para os clientes encherem garrafas etc. Animação muito fraca. As toalhas que disponibilizam muito estreitas. Hotel a precisar de remodelação (os quartos estao espectaculares ja foram renovados, mas a recepcao necessitavam de renovar bem como as portas dos quartos em baixo já todas desgastadas... Ainda tem muito a melhorar... Deixou a desejar..somente a alimentação e que foi o forte.

Excelente estadía en Playa de Muro

Excelente alternativa de alojamiento con salida directa a Playa de Muro. Apartamentos espaciosos con todos los amenities, terraza propia, tumbonas, toallas de playa, etc. Nuestra estadía incluía media pensión, servicio buffet tanto en desayuno como en la cena, variedad y calidad de productos y platos. Mención especial para la esmerada atención de nuestra camarera Sara. Recomiendo!

Hotel ist gut. Irgendein Mitarbeiter schlecht (Diebstahl).

Aus dem Zimmer wurde die Identitätskarte, der Führerausweis und eine Postcard aus einem Etui gestohlen. Eigentlich glauben wir ja an das Gute im Menschen. Doch irgendjemand hat unseren Glauben schwer entäuscht.

Ideálna dovolenka na najkrajšej pláži.

Excelentný výber na raňajky. Čerstvé džúsy, výborná kvalita jedla. Rovnako večere veľký výber. Izba čistá, rovnako balkón. Výborná poloha hotela na pláži. Personál ochotný a ústretový. Splnilo očakávania.

Župan a papuče neboli v cene.

Late Check out für 15-20€ ist super, das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl!

Der Kellner beim Frühstück ist äußerst unfreundlich, in der Lobby stinkt die Klimaanlage extrem nach Eiern, die Liegen direkt am Strand kosten pro Tag 14€

Very good

The room was a good size and we had a side sea view with a balcony, and the staff respond quickly to requests. It's very close to the beach. There's also restaurants and grocery stores, bus stop, within a 5 minute walk.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, we had to ask the staff to put extra layers onto the mattresses as we woke up each day with back pain. The beach is also very crowded and noisy but it is high season.

room 516, 1. Toilet - the toilet flush button was faulty, 2. Shower door - the shower door when closing was very loud needs WD40, 3. Safe - on checking in we were not informed about the safe key that was needed and when we paid for the safe key the safe needed a new battery 4. Iron - We asked for an iron and was told it would be 1 hour as there was only 1 iron for the whole hotel, which is definitely not enough for how many rooms and guests. These 4 issues after paying the expensive rate per night could have been avoided and seem unfair. We appreciate you taking on our feedback and a possible refund of maybe 1 night would be appreciated if possible.

Not an option if you want to relax, forget time and rules

Good location right on the beach; Clean rooms; Shopping location nearby.

1. Rules during vacation - Hotel decides where you have to sit during breakfast and dinner and you have to sit at the same table during all your stay. 2. Pool towels can be changed only 2 times per week. 3. Unconvenient dinner and breakfast time. And if you late to breakfast - no food options until 12:30 in the bar. 4. No kids menu and no actual pool for kids. Would not recommend it if you are with kids. 6. Check your bills - they tripled our expenditures during the dinner and haven’t event apologized.

Perfect place to stay with a family. V clean, Breathtaking scenery,great food,excellent staff.

Location was spot on,plenty to to do in the area,lovely places to eat (some were a little pricey) nice shops ,easy access to supermarkets and not far from Alcudia. We stepped out of our apartment and onto the pool,we overlooked the beach from both sides of our apartment. We also stepped almost straight onto the beach which is beautiful and combed every morning. The jetty a few steps away picked us up for boat trips. The food was spot on. The outside pool was a little cold at the beginning of the week but fine 2 days before we left (we arrived 4th June) The staff were great. The entertainment was brilliant! Taxi rank right around the corner. We would return.

The pool in the greenhouse was insanely hot and made both my kids quite ill when they swallowed the water,that was the only thing we didn't like. The other tiny issue was when we booked an excursion it wasn't at all clear where to get the bus. Tui even had a photo of the wrong bus stop to send you to,when pick up wasn't anywhere near it. Luckily the driver hunted down us and the others going on the same trip.

Room for improvement...

Rooms were pretty, spacious and comfortable and so was the big terrace. The location is nice, directly at the beach (note, however, that sunbeds at the beach are public and cost extra). Staff was friendly overall.

The biggest disadvantage is for sure the food situation. To start with, everything in the dining room is filthy and outdated. I never saw clean plates, glasses or cuttlery during my stay. It seems they don't wash them with water hot enough. "Cleaned" plates are placed completely wet back at the buffet which makes your food soup. Having said that, the food itself is of very very low quality, bland and prepared with no love at all. E.g. they served Tilapia every night - no lower quality in fish possible. All the desserts were deep-frozen, convenience products. Nothing fresh nor homemade was to be found on this buffet. Some more things I have noticed which are not 4* worthy: no water bottles in the room and you are only able to exchange beach towels twice a week during a short time slot...

Poor customer service by the manager. Left after 1 night of our stay to go elsewhere locally

We asked to see the manager to resolve an issue we were having on our first day. His customer service was appalling- he talked over us and pointed at us whilst speaking in a raised voice. He offered no level of understanding of our issue. We did not even raise the fact that breakfast was poor - cold coffee, dirty crockery. The rooms were quite nice but we checked out after 1 night such was our dissatisfaction.

Wonderful and amazing. Will definitely come back

We opted for Breakfast and Dinner, that was awesome. Great options to chose. great place to eat Close to beach. 30 sec walk into beach. Great indoors pool with Sauna and steam room 2 outdoor pools were also wonderful The daily activities (For kids, Karaoke nights, dance nights) were all well organized. The attached bar was great The kids had wonderful time, Staff were very friendly/patient with kids's demand (TT table, football, badminton as well as Mini golf) Great location in terms visiting other parts of Mallorca

Friendly staff, nice beach right in front of the hotel, 3 pools (one inside pool, two outside pools, one of them has a retractable cover)

Buffet was ok, but cleanliness was a bit spotty. Inside pool is only open for kids until 14:00.

Wonderfull beach! The hotel unfortunatelly does not deserve 4 stars.

Free beach chairs at the property looking at the beach, evening animation for kids.

Small rooms and sea view room is the same as non sea view room, no difference at all. We wanted to have an upgrade with sea view, but firsty we wanted to see the room as the price was about 300€ higher. We came to the room and asked ok this is sea view? Can you show us a non sea view room? We went to see the standard room and it was exactly the same, just at lower floor… We were so dissapointed. The staff at the reception was so confused, just one man was cabable of good handling of hotels guests. The manager of the restaurant was rude, we asked for another table and he told us with a very rude tone that that is it, that he gave us a bigger table and that we can get only a smaller one. Overall the hotel is no way a 4 star hotel.

Rooms are very old, kitchen especially. Loud music (live music) during the evenings 9-10 PM can be bothersome when you have kids. Hotel guests have to pay for sun beds on the beach.

The direct location with bike rental on the premises.

The breakfast quality is mediocre. The cleanliness could be better. The fridge didn't work, the sockets in the room were loose. Some things should also be renovated (no light in the sauna, the paint is coming off the walls...)

Superb

Truly excellent location for instant access to the beach only a one minute walk from the main entrance. Staff at Los Principes are extremely friendly & very helpful. Amenities at the hotel & the nightly entertainment is excellent. Lovely Breakfast each morning & the evening dinner is truly superb. Dinning at this hotel is outstanding superb. Rooms also are very comfortable & clean.
