Disappointing End to an Otherwise Lovely Stay
We recently stayed at this Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou in Majorca, and while our experience started off wonderfully, it was ultimately marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression.
First and foremost, I want to commend Stephanie, the female manager, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and making my mother’s 60th birthday trip extra special. Stephanie's hospitality truly stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Her efforts were a solid 10/10.
However, everything took a turn for the worse in the last 15 minutes of our stay. Despite confirming with Stephanie that we could stay until 13:30 at the pool area due to our late flight, the male manager rudely interrupted our peaceful afternoon, yelling at us to leave immediately. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior was shocking and completely out of line. We were left feeling disrespected and confused—never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a guest. It's baffling that someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills is involved in this industry. We now understand why there are negative reviews about this place; we aren’t the first to experience such appalling treatment. While we appreciated Stephanie’s hard work and kindness, the male manager’s behavior is a deal breaker.
Unfortunately, due to his rude and idiotic conduct, I cannot recommend this establishment. This incident soured what could have been a perfect stay, and it’s a shame that such unprofessionalism overshadowed an otherwise great experience.

Wir waren in der Casita untergebracht, welche nicht im Haupthaus liegt, sondern in einem kleinen Gebäude nebenan. Dadurch hatte man wirklich seine Ruhe und konnte auf der eigenen Terrasse entspannen. Es ist alles sehr idyllisch und das Gelände liebevoll angelegt. Mit einem Auto ist alles, was man benötigt oder unternehmen möchte, gut erreichbar. Wir haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge von Stefanie erhalten und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen mit viel Liebe zubereitet und es war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Beleuchtung vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist etwas dürftig, was uns das Finden des Eingangs am Ankunftsabend etwas erschwerte. Ansonsten würden wir noch empfehlen, dass Handtücher, wie mittlerweile üblich, nur getauscht werden, wenn der Gast es möchte.

Tout était parfait. Nous aurions aimé y passer une nuit supplémentaire mais n'avons pas pu le faire car nous étions quasiment à la fin de notre séjour. En tout cas, ma soeur et moi y reviendrons sans hésitation, dès que l'occasion se présentera. L'endroit est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Il est varié et composé de très bons produits de la région. Nous avons d'ailleurs acheter des confitures-maison, de l'huile d'olive et du sel vendus sur place. Une bien belle façon de prolonger les vacances ;)

Pasamos el puente de Diciembre y estuvimos genial, el desayuno estuvo perfecto. La habitación limpia, la ubicación excelente, la mujer muy amable. Gracias por su amabilidad.
Que al llamar por teléfono le cueste entender el castellano, aunque en persona te entiendes bien, porque intenta hablarlo lo mejor que puede.

It was great for relaxing and discovering the island of Mallorca. Super nice terrasse, swimming pool, good location, very clean, calm, great breakfast. We can defenitely recommend it!

The finca is absolutely stunning, exuding a relaxing holiday vibe from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is exceptional, boasting daily servings of fresh vegetables, fruit, and juices, not to mention homemade marmalade. The rooms are beautifully representative of the traditional Mallorcan finca style that many visitors seek. Additionally, the host is friendly and always available to answer any questions or provide helpful tips!
A real double bed would have been preferable.

gorgeous property, really well maintained and close to all the best spots on the southeastern part of the island. the breakfasts were outstanding and so were the hosts who were very helpful and full of great suggestions of things to do and local places to eat. wonderful to be between the orange, lemon and olive trees and see the Milky Way at night!

The breakfast was excellent, there was a lot of choise, the lady prepared homemade jams which were delicious and she preparer also fresh orange juice with oranges from their garden. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend visiting this place

Lovely quiet rural location with a pool and spacious rooms. Breakfast was really nice and a lot of effort was put into it, host was very accommodating about making sure we had a nice breakfast. Beautiful sunsets.

Arrival instructions poorly written (translated to English).
We had ants which wasn’t a major issue but it would have been smart to inform us not to leave out any food at all (we were treated like it should have been completely obvious to us).
I saw from other reviews that people perceive the hosts as unfriendly — but I don’t necessarily agree. They are just sometimes a little bit awkward!
Sheets and towels could be updated. More plastic containers could be provided if there is a problem with ants.

Micheal and Stefi are amazing hosts giving tips on what to see on the Island, preparing breakfast every day, and looking after the property and land around it. We went as a family and loved the location, super quiet in the middle of nowhere. Plenty of places to sit outside and the outside swimming pool (most times just for us as noone else was using it) it was great. Car is a must if you are staying here but with that you have an easy drive to the entire island. Daily housekeeping and new covers every 2 days was great 👌🏻
You need to deal with flies but bearing in mind the location not much can be done other than accept it.

beautiful fame, great pool area and rooms are very confortable
the people (men and a woman both German) who run the hotel were incredible rude to me and other guests, almost ruin our holiday.
there was rules for everything, that they reminds you very rudely, to the point that kids will get scared and cry. they also behave passive aggressive towards you or people they don’t like. One friend who also stay there, for some reason was not like by them so she will get ignore often when asking for something during breakfast and not even call by her name, only room name. If you try to discuss this with them the woman will cry immediately.
It felt like you don’t feel safe or relax, their behavior give me a lot of stress and emotional load, never experience something like this.
Very sad because is a beautiful space but is totally not worth to be treated the way they treat most of the guests. Specially if you are a woman or person of color.

The host was super nice and helped us during our check-in quite a lot. The room was big enough and the bathroom was functional and there was enough hot water. The location is great to explore the whole Southern area and nice calas around. The place offers great services, nice swimming pool, calm sorroundings with no noise, all the space you want and need and bikes to explore the surroundings. The breakfast was very complete and changed slightly every day.
It's hard to find to be completely honest, the instructions to arrive are OK but maybe some additional signs on the road could help, once you know where it is you won't get lost any other time. The room was Ok, but we didn't have all the sheets the first day and that was a little bit odd, as we did have two sheet liners, one plastic one. The room was full of mosquitoes and no matter what you did, they kept coming. We don't see TV much but if we had done, we would just have had german options mostly. I totally get the german tourism thing in Mallorca but still find it odd.

the facilities aren’t bad but you can’t enjoy it with all the bad racist vibe
The staff “owners” are very rude and racist! If you’re not german you’re not welcomed here. We were badly treated since the moment we arrived with racist white supremacist comments. We decided to leave after being yelled during breakfast. The worst possible experience don’t stay here if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday. Don’t support white supremacist business.

Very nice located peaceful quiet place in the middle of nature, however not so far from the nearby city.
Warm and kind owners, appreciate morning smalltalk to get helpful advice where to go and other info about the island stuff. Absolutely very good place for relax and long undisturbed sleep to forgot for your previous busy days.

It was a great place to have a relaxing holiday. the location was convenient however a car is needed for exploring the island. the hosts were nice and they offered a very nice and fresh breakfast. Everything was cleaned on a daily basis . The farm is also close to quite a few supermarkets which was very convenient in terms of getting refreshments and anything else that is needed. A car us definitely a must.

We really liked the time we spent at Finca Son Pou, the room was very nice and clean (we even got upgraded thank you again!), the breakfast prepared freshly every morning, the comfy atmosphere in the commom areas, and the nice views on the surrounding areas
