This is the only small B&B to stay at in Inverness

Immaculate, consummate Hostess and Host, delicious fare, small and beautifully appointed.

Very good

The hosts were superb. Fresh milk in our room for tea was very welcomed. Breakfast was excellent.

The toilet was cramped and while the shower temperature and pressure was good the actual shower cubicle was very small.

Excellent accommodation and location for your Inverness stay

Lovely warm friendly reception at the door by owner Margaret, great start to my stay. Their home is very nice with a cosy sitting area for residents downstairs if you want a bit of time outside of your room to read or have a chat with others staying along with you, not forgetting to mention the separate nicely laid out breakfast room also being there. My room upstairs was better than any expectations I had, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. En-suite was a good size too, plenty of space and there was an unexpected bonus in the room, a mini fridge with real milk for your tea/coffee instead of those long-life things you usually get. I had the Dunhallin breakfast which was excellent and plenty on the plate to give you a great start to the day, vegan and other alternatives on offer to suit pretty much everyone. Location is fairly central in Inverness with a relatively easy walk into the town centre, around 25 minutes. All in all a great overnight stay, definitely somewhere I will be happy to stay again in the future and to highly recommend.

This is a fantastic guest house ran by a really nice couple who couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean, modern bathroom and large comfortable bedroom with ample room for storage. Walking distance from numerous pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities and a short drive from the city centre make this the perfect venue for business and leisure travellers. Perfect home cooked breakfast was a particularly nice touch

Great value, clean and enjoyable environment with a healthy breakfast.

Margaret greeted us warmly, and in the morning served such a fresh and healthy breakfast! Delicious. It was a convenient location in a nicely kept and clean residence.

The bed was too firm for my liking, and the house located on a suburban street with bold street lights, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this location with the kind hospitality of Margaret, the host.

Outstanding accommodation.

As a frequent business traveller who uses b & bs all the time, this features as one of the best I have ever stayed at. The property is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable throughout. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, beautifully cooked and presented. It's the little things sometimes that make the difference - in this case a mini fridge in my room stocked with fresh milk for my cups of tea! Plenty of on-site free parking and a short drive into Inverness city centre. Book with confidence.

Would definitely come again but would ask for a room overlooking the rear.

Comfortable large bed, very clean, warm on a cold night, good hairdryer, excellent breakfast, great to have a fridge with fresh milk, warm welcome, felt covid safe.

Shower power not great, quite near main road so some traffic noise and we like to have the window open ( we live in a very quiet rural location) couldn’t sit in front of a mirror to dry my hair.

Very good

We had a really lovely stay at Dunhallin. Our host, Margaret was exceptionally friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was really lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. One suggestion I would make us to provide a lighter tog duvet as the bed was too warm which made sleeping difficult. Apart from that little negative we had a great stay at Dunhallin and would highly recommend it. Thanks Margaret!

Excellent.

The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The choices for breakfast were very good, the food was excellent. The room was excellent. The bed was massive. The best B & B we have stayed in for a long time. The changes they have had to make due to Covid were excellent. Your safety and theirs went beyond their care of duty. Plenty of parking space.

My only complaint was there wasn't much room between the toilet and wash basin. If you were a very very large person you might have trouble using the toilet,
