Best B&B

Everything and everywhere was so clean. Always smelled lovely and fresh too. Best B&B I've stayed in. Glynn who owned it was so helpful , didn't matter what he was always there to help and advise.

Loved everything about the whole trip.

ideal location, great value for money, clean room and accommodating host

it’s not very often you go to a place and it ticks all the boxes. as soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed by Glyn and the place smells lovely with fresh flowers and lots of thank you cards, you can see why as Glyn is a top bloke. I noticed a lot of people at breakfast were repeating customers, if I’m ever back this way I would choose to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful b n b .. very clean .. our hosts were so friendly and helpful .. breakfast was lovely everything you need . And the location was perfect would definitely go again and would highly recommend to friends and family .. easy to find just so welcoming..

Wonderful owner of the hotel. Good location of the hotel. Delicious breakfast at the hotel. Near the hotel there is a beach, municipal parking, Aldi supermarket. The room is clean. All amenities are thought out in detail in the room. Separate socket for mobil phone, kettle, hair dryer. Everything for your holiday. I am delighted! I really recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay, with a host prepared to go above and beyond to ensure you were satisfied!

Great value B&B in Newquay, the host Glynn worked extremely hard to ensure our stay was as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Excellent friendly atmosphere, great cooked breakfast, and close to Towan Beach and other facilities in Newquay. Would recommend to other travellers.

October 2021 stay.

Friendly, good location and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Shops restaurants and harbour, beach in walking distance.

There really was nothing to dislike. I only gave a 9 as I would reserve a 10 for something exceptional but this was not far off of a 10. There is not a dedicated car park but with luck you will find a place in the street. There is a public car park a short distance away.

Our stay was perfect, a holiday we'll always remember and cherish

I liked how clean it was and how friendly the owner was, making us feel welcome and at home right from the start. The owner couldn't do enough for us, the breakfast was lovely and the whole place was a lovely place to stay and the location was perfect.

Excellent value for money

The b+b is very central to newquay, very comfortable and room was very spacious. It is very clean and the owner Glynn is very accommodating to every need. He's very attentive, friendly and made the stay perfect. The dining area has a system in place where you are designated a table for breakfast and this is yours for the duration of the stay.

Fabulous stat in a great hotel in a fantastic location with amazing hosts.

Breakfast was fantastic & catered for vegans & vegetarians which was great. Rooms & dining area extremely clean & tidy. Fabulous overall.

Excellent B&B near the sea and town

Close to beaches and shops. host very welcoming. Extremely clean and following Covid 19 guidelines. Very good breakfast. Host also helpful with information on places to visit.

Lovely B&B

Excellent location. Comfy, clean rooms. The breakfast was lovely with a section of, fruit and cereal and then a cooked breakfast of your choice. Glen was very helpful and shared knowledge and info of the local and surrounding area. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We will definitely be returning next year!
