Excellent, with a lovely host who was very knowledgeable about the local area.

I’m tall and could have done with an open ended bed. The breakfast situation was very good and nothing i had experienced before 👏👏👏

Would highly recommend this property.

Location excellent 2 minutes from beach and shops. Property spotless and Alison excellent host. Breakfast brought on trolley to your comfortable room with good choices. Would highly recommend.

The best hostess and B&B in Newquay

Fantastic hostess. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great quiet location set in the back streets of Newquay. And the quirkiest, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time - simple but absolutely nails it

Excellent service, beautiful room, clean and tidy .. breakfast was great, location was great just a short walk to the town, the wonderful landlady was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Nothing would recommend to all my family and friends ,everything was perfect.

Lovely b&b in quiet location, Alison & staff keep it spotlessly clean, nice continental breakfast brought to the room. Very enjoyable stay. Also, good to meet Hugo the bulldog, lovely fella!!

highly recommend bed and breakfast, nicer than many hotels.

The lodge was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Comfy bed, lovely room and host.

No shelf for shampoo/ conditioner. you have to put them in the floor in the shower.

The available options for the continental breakfast were very good. The B&B was very well situated for access to the the attractions around Newquay with a short walk into the town or to the Zoo.

Ideal place to stay

A lovely quiet and comfortable place to stay, and only a few minutes to walk to the town and beaches. The continental breakfast was just whT we needed to fuel our days out. Thank you Alison!

Great location on a quiet street with beaches and town in easy walking distance Breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning, room was spotless and a good size, would definitely recommend.

Ok did what it said on the tin ,,,,,,

Would have felt safer with mat in the shower as found it slippery. No where to put shampoo etc in shower. Not sure about breakfast in room, continental only didn’t know till we arrived.

Home from Home

Allison made us feel welcome, she has an excellent knowledge of Newquay and surrounding areas. The Lodge is exceptionally clean and well decorated, the garden is lovely.

The continental breakfast...its because we would have preferred a full English breakfast 😋

Stunning, stunning,stunning place to stay, as soon as you walk in you are net by Alison who was so lovely. The fragrance of the place is to die for. We have stayed in many hotels in many places throughout the world and none of them snell like this, beautiful.

Fantastic

Our rooms were large, bright and pleasantly decorated. The "continental" breakfast is delicious and generous. The house is very conveniently located on a quiet street, just minutes away from the beach, shops, restaurants and the town centre. But the best is how Alison and Florence take care of every detail to make you feel like you are at home and provide valuable advice to make the most of your stay in Cornwall.

Great location, good value and in a quiet road but only a short walk to town. The property was very clean and comfortable with adequate parking, l liked the boot box next to the front door which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good and well presented. I would happily stay here again. It was nice to meet the hosts Alison and Glenn and they were very helpful, Thank you.
